In Radio Rant, Limbaugh Calls on Weiner to…Stay in Office?

After reading the headline above, you may be scratching your head. Why did Rush Limbaugh on radio today “wholeheartedly” endorse Anthony Weiner and call on him to stay in office?

For Rush, who didn’t weigh in yesterday because he was off, the answer is simple: Weiner is “the face of Democrat family values, he is the epitome of the Democrat culture of corruption, the Democrat culture of erection.” The longer Weiner stays in, then, the better it is for Republicans.

“Tony Weiner is the Democrat party writ small,” he said. “We want Weiner to stand firm here and not quit.”
Limbaugh does not get sexting.

But the fun for Rush doesn’t end there. The 10-minute rant includes Rush calling Weiner “the dictionary definition of a pencil-necked geek” and even a Bill Clinton impersonation.

Weiner‘s wife doesn’t care what he does. Weiner’s marriage is cover for Hillary. Hillary and Weiner’s wife are girlfriends and Weiner married her in order to provide cover and presumably obtain something from Bill and Hillary.

Rush is right, he is a direct reflection of the moral bankrupt people he represents. He would be drummed out of office by the media if he were conservative. He is of the same ilk as Jesse ( illegimate father) Jackson, Bill Clinton “stinky finger”, Al ( the lier, agitaor ) Sharpton, John Kerry ( fake war hero ), Ted Kennedy ( drunk sexist pig ) and to many great democratic heros to list. Did I forget Alcee Hastins ( the great liberal jusist )?

Want to discuss the pre-stimulus promise of unemployment not going over 8%, now at 9.1%, 14 million more people on food stamps, gas prices doubling, home values falling, foreclosures up, the debt spiralling out of control destroying our kids future ( kind of like pushing a stroller over a cliff) ?

@Marker: A good chunk of Rush’s rant was personal and petty attacks against Weiner (or against liberals, in general), so I’d say neither side is above it. Before you label something as “typical” of one side, be sure to look aorund a little more.

It is typical of the left. Period. Noticed no comment on the economic facts. I suggest you take a closer look at the habits of the left that have been on display for decades. The art of personal destruction is wholly owned by the left.

@Marker: You‘re going to have to learn that making a declarative statement doesn’t necessarily make the statement true. You can make absolutist statements all you want, but all you’re doing is showing that you fail at basic logic because such statements are the antithesis of a logical argument. Sure, if I had a confirmation bias as you do ragarding the situation, I could only see instances when the “other” side commits fallacies, but I’m not wearing blinders like you are. No one side “owns” logic, or the “art of personal destruction.”

As for your statement about economic “facts,” it’s a red herring as it has nothing to do with this particular thread.

Can lunatic-left d-cRAT socialist The Weiner keep his seat? – if degenerates like buffoon barney frank and TAX CHEAT charlie rangel can, he can. D-cRAT socialist voters are THAT STUPID.

Hey, Weiner – don‘t worry about a job if you resign from crazy’s pelosi’s House of Corruption. A person of your low repute, like Client #9, is guaranteed a job as host on the c(lowns)n(itwits and socialist)n(attering nabobs) network. By the way, anyone else notice that just before the 2010 elections he practically disappeared from the public spotlight? He was on TV 2 or 3 times a week until about a month before the election then nothing. Right after the elections he suddenly shows up again. The Democrats know that he is not a likeable person for the general public and if he quits it’s going to be that his own party throws him under the bus because he is hurting their election chances.

Look at the ones still in office, despite their belief systems and/or shenanigans — Reid, Pelosi, Frank, Schumer, Boxer, Rangel, Jackson-Lee, etc. Their actions are only unconscionable to us. The left revels in their antics.

If all the Congressmen and Senators were impeached because of the weird things they like and do, there wouldn’t be any left to conduct government business.

Most men, and a lot of women, fantasize about having sex with someone who isn’t their wife or husband. Fantasy is why pornography is so popular. It’s watching others do the things people only fantasize doing themselves. Weiner should obviously step down. Not because of what he did, but for being so stupid to do it over the internet. Rush is right, strategically speaking.
Weiner will be up for re-election.
The book deals are already in the works.
The books will hit the shelves and MSM in the heart of the 2012 campaign season.
Keeping weiner will really hurt Obama and the socialist democrat libs in the 2012 election.
So, we would be bette off keeping him as long as possible until 2012.
His own people will throw him out at that time.

However, the socialist democrat libs are about to throw him under the bus at any moment, for the above stated reasons. They don’t want to get near him – not even with a… nevermind, they just want as much distance between him and themselves as possible. They are desperate to try to keep ‘some’ sort of clutch on their power.

Just remember, HONEST men & women is what we need.
      Absolute power corrupts, ABSOLUTELY.
So, we need the least corrupt, most honest people available.
      VET ALL CANDIDATES THOROUGHLY!!!
Do NOT allow America to make the same mistake again.
Populism brought us to the situation we are in today.

Let‘s have Rush’s private life examined for the past 30 years. I’m sure there are some questionable actions beyond his drug addiction that would lead us to question his character and honesty. But hey much easier to throw the stone then be open and truthful about ones own indiscretions.

What kind of person would blame the wife for a man who is demented enough to have this type of a relationship with another women? Someone who in reality is not really real, a figment of his imagination. He never met her so she’s everything he wants her to be. He is really messed up! The wife is innocent and had nothing to do with his sick fantacies. It is a sick person who would suggest that she was a part of his demented world. It took him some time to get to this stage in his life, he was already on the road to this type of behavior before she met him. It is a secret life that she never knew of. If she had I’m sure she never would have married him. Who would want trash like that? Maybe someone who thinks like Wiener does. Who condones that type of behavior, as long as you don’t get caught.

Those of you who blame the wife should be ashamed of yourselfs for doing so. It shows you lack character yourselfs. Shame on you! I also say, How dare you!

From one who was once in her shoes so to speak, but not publicly, I can atess that the wife is always the last to know. You go into marriage having full confidence and trust in your husband and the last thing you expect is for him to betray you. Once he does there is nothing more cruel. She is going through enough blaming herself for his behavior wondering what she did wrong. She doesn’t need your help!

She did nothing wrong! Her husband is not normal that’s all there is to it!

Apologize to her and leave her alone

I disagree that “If the wife was taking care of business” Weiner would have stayed at home. The responsability rests upon Weiner’s shoulders, not his wife’s. We don‘t have a clue as to Weiner and his wife’s sex life. Some guys just stray no matter how well the wife takes care of them in their bedroom. To some it’s the “variety” and has nothing to do with the regularity of sex between a husband and his wife.

Weiner‘s wife is a member of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s staff and was absent from the home on a regular basis, but that shouldn’t put the blame for the disgusting affair on her. The couple have only been married a year. Maybe they are incompatible sexually or Weiner likes weird sex his wife doesn’t like. We don’t know what led up to incident. It appears that Weiner has been doing unusual things for sometime and just happened to get caught this time.
