We’ve all heard the stories of all the money we send places in disasters and later find out the people or situation never received it and it sat in a warehouse somewhere.

At this time, no one on the National scene even comes close to meeting these specifications!

I do know quite a few college kids that also watch Becks show, and they are aware of the call to arms by radicals. They see these radicals as freaks that do not belong in college, however, they are on student loans. I am not so convinced that students would rebel as the libs suggest…it just might backfire on them. In my opinion, this whole story is about treason and should be treated as such. Where is Holder? We know…I support the Tea Party wholeheartedly now…I get it. Funny, through all this most Americans are heavily armed for such a crisis…why? Posted on April 14, 2011 at 10:46amCompelled Registration of Communist Party .–The Internal Security Act of 1950 provided for a comprehensive regulatory scheme by which ”Communist-action organizations” and ”Com munist-front organizations” could be curbed. 16 Organizations found to fall within one or the other of these designations were required to register and to provide for public inspection membership lists, accountings of all money received and expended, and listings of all printing presses and duplicating machines; members of organizations which failed to register were required to register and members were subject to comprehensive restrictions and criminal sanctions. After a lengthy series of proceedings, a challenge to the registration provisions reached the Supreme Court, which sustained the constitutionality of the section under the First Amendment, only Justice Black dissenting on this ground. 17 Employing the balancing test, Justice Frankfurter for himself and four other Justices concluded that the threat to national security posed by the Communist conspiracy outweighed considerations of individual liberty, the impact of the registration provision in this area in any event being limited to whatever ”public opprobrium and obloquy” might attach. 18 Three Justices based their conclusion on the premise that the Communist Party was an anti-democratic, secret organization, subservient to a foreign power, utilizing speech-plus in attempting to achieve its ends and therefore subject to extensive governmental regulation. 19
Punishment for Membership in an Organization Which Engages in Proscribed Advocacy .–It was noted above that the Smith Act also contained a provision making it a crime to organize or become a member of an organization which teaches, advocates, or encourages the overthrow of government by force or violence. 20 The Government used this authority to proceed against Communist Party members. In Scales v. United States, 21 the Court affirmed a conviction under this section and held it constitutional against First Amendment attack. Advocacy such as the Communist Party engaged in, Justice Harlan wrote for the Court, was unprotected under Dennis, and he could see no reason why membership which constituted a purposeful form of complicity in a group engaging in such advocacy should be a protected form of association. Of course, ”[i]f there were a similar blanket prohibition of association with a group having both legal and illegal aims, there would indeed be a real danger that legitimate political expression or association would be impaired, but . . . [t]he clause does not make criminal all association with an organization which has been shown to engage in illegal advocacy.” Only an ”active” member of the Party–one who with knowledge of the proscribed advocacy intends to accomplish the aims of the organization–was to be punished, the Court said, not a ”nominal, passive, inactive or purely technical” member. 22

Posted on April 14, 2011 at 11:14amOnce upon a time the United States of America enforced sedition laws. Anyone who plotted the overthrow of this country faced trial and punishment. When I entered the military I had to swear that I had never tried to overthrow the government of the USA, and that I had never been a member of any organization that advocated its overthrow. That was in 1956. In the 60 years past I have watched the country change. It has not changed for the better. The concept of National Pride has evaporated. The only places you see exhibitions of National Pride these days is at international sports contests.
When I was in school, every day was begun by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and a recitation of the Lord’s Prayer. As my schools were attended by an equal amount of Christains and Jewish students, the Lord’s Prayer was acceptable to all. We were led in these priveledged events by our teachers. They set the example for us. Now the teachers fight any effort of students to honor their God. My son was humiliated by a teacher in 1974 because he admitted to attending church every Sunday. I had to teach my children about the American Revolution and the founding fathers because what they were being taught in school was equal to the soft matter excreted by male cattle.
I lived through the cold war! I took the trouble to study history, learn about the countries behind the Iron Curtain and their governments and witnessed the hoax of the Cuban revolution as Castro reneged on every promise he made to the people who supported him. I see the same thing happening now in Venezuela, Bolivia, Argentina, Egypt and Iran.
Wake up people! Your freedoms, which so many of our brave young men have fought and died for on countless battlefields for more than 240 years, it seriously at risk. Big Brother is making plans to enslave us just as Stalin, Hitler, Castro and Chavez have enslaved their people. When are we, the freedom loving citizens of the United States of America, going to stand up and demand, not plead, but demand that the sedition laws be enforced, the borders sealed, the illegal immigrants deported, the laws that are not Constitutional repealed and our representative government purged so that the people of our great country can again take pride and honor from being citizens?

November 2010 was the start of reclaiming our nation, and 2012 will be another huge step forward in cleansing it and restoring it to its greatness.

We have one more presidential election to turn this ship around and have her headed back to the port of the shining city on the hill. Until then “We The People” have a lot of work to do. One, we need to keep pushing back on the Democrats/Marxist/Progressives and RINO Republicans. Two, keep telling the truth to the people. Three, put our money and our feet to work to elect a strong pro-American Conservative candidate for the office of POTUS.
If we do these things and still lose the battle, then we will have to physically fight our way out of this mess!

Posted on April 15, 2011 at 6:24amI believe that we are seeing the fruits of what was sown in the sixties. That was decade when America truely changed. It started with banning prayer in school and continued to snowball from there. We have turned our backs on God, the only source of wisdom, and have embrased the foolishness of this world. The Bible says that you reap what you sow. God is not mocked. You sow the wind and you will reap the whirlwind. Since there is no mention of America in Biblical prophecy, I don’t see this turning around, but I do believe that we should still try.
