I make one mean mug of lemonade. Good stuff. I heard you enjoyed a competitor’s lemonade for $1,000 and I completely understand the difference in high priced name brands. To show you my Lemonade is just as good if not better, you can have a mug for %50 off of what you paid my competitor.

  Dito on the ads on this site. Beck, you come off as a money grubber with all those in pop-up ads. And for the millionth time – I don’t want your damn news letter. I tried as best I could to give this site a chance but I’ll be checking Drudge from now on. As for giving that little girl $1,000 and expecting her to spend it YOUR WAY, you are no different than the government telling us what to do with OUR money. You either pay $1,000 for the lemonade and leave it at that, or just buy the girl a puppy and move on. BTW – do a little research into the cult religion you belong to and let us all know how that works out for ya.

  Ads keep popping up on this site because you delete your cookies and other data on exit. I stop deleting my cookies and it remembers my No thanks. Only time I get that is once every couple months when I clear my cache and cookies.

  re popups comment – use FF or Chrome (instead of IE) with AdBlock plus and/or Ghostery (and tell it to block everything) plugins.
  No more popups, 3rd party triggered slowdowns, etc., on the Blaze, or anywhere else.
  
  If running IE 9, turn on popup blocking – it’s not perfect, but better than nothing.
  If still getting popups, install and run eSet or Viper (paid anti-virus), or Avast (free anti-virus), and/or SpyBot SD (Search & Destroy – free anti-malware).

  As others have noted, I have Firefox on all my computers and haven’t seen a pop up window for years, especially here….. and frankly as another commenter noted, an ”add on” for Firefox called Ghostery even allows you to block all flash based ads whatsoever
  
  However, when you visit sites of people you like like this, just ”clicking” on those Google ads makes them coin, so you should click on em even not to buy, but as a tip to the website or blogowners. Or if you buy from Amazon, go to a friend or blog you like who has their ads and they get a little sliver if you originate your purchase from their ad.
  
  But I block pop ups with the Browser and allow some flash ads to come through that aren’t obnoxious.
  
  This stuff isn’t free nor is their time, so click on the ads from Google so the Blaze gets paid and other blogs you know and like. That’s the only money they make usually on small blogs, although to this operation we pay the freight with our subscription rate for GBTV and the ads help pay bills. : (

  This kid was great and unashamed to be positive. GOOD PARENTING! Great idea, glad it was so well received. Love what you and your entire team are showing us. First you showed us that we were not alone (2009) then we could come together in the millions (2009/2010) then we can go across the world and extend Love and Support (2011) and then you struck out ‘on your own’ with your team and have made an amazing success…no one believed you could and you did !!! And the GOOD that it’s doing is inspiring! I can’t wait to hear more about it. I love having the ability to hear the radio show then jump onto the 2 hours afternoon show (with Liberty Tree House in the midst) …I actually don’t mind the computer work now! Grateful to have it. Congratulations!!

Please tell my why my faith has been around for close to 200 years, with people constantly attascking and trying to disprove it, yet it still exists and is one of the fastest growing faiths in this country and around the world? Please explain why you feel it is ok to go out and seek to destroy my faith through half truths and full blown lies? Very few people who argue against my beliefs do it out of a sense of love and concern. Most do it out of hat and distain like you are. How is that suppose to convince anyone that what you are saying is true? Glenn Beck converted to the LDS faith when he was a fully grown adult. He knew what he was getting himself into and (if you have ever watched or listened to him) you should know that he researches extensivly in what he engages in. If there was something out there that would make him lose his faith, he would have found it. You do not know that he has experienced in his life, and why he made the choice to join the LDS faith so please do not discredit his belief or knowledge.

  ANY good businessman knows that you HIRE the best people at what they do so you DON’T HAVE to be there all the time. Read about Andrew Carniege! He played JP Morgan and the bankers and even his right hand man Charles Schwab (not the that guy) to get nearly twice out of US Steel as what it was worth. Why? Because he knew people and their strengths and weaknesses and he knew how to put the right person in the right job and place at the right time…so he DIDN’T have to do the work himself.
  
  My kids did a stand yesterday and we only got TWO people but one of the ladies drove 10 miles and gave them $25 for the glass of lemonade. They were chopping at the bit to tell mommy when she got home. We tried to get down to Babe’s but older child screwed things up. Looks like it would have been a GREAT experience for me kids…

  Whose “unrealistic expectations”? Yours? The girl wasn’t expecting anything other than getting a couple of guys to buy some lemonade and cupcakes. She got a big, pleasant surprise, a couple of minutes of notoriety, and a new puppy. A charity gets a donation from a child who is learning about generosity, and her parents get the satisfaction of knowing their hard work in raising such an intelligent and enterprising child is paying off. It was a win-win-win all the way around. Relax. It might happen to you someday.

  My only analogy is this:
  
  We are sailing against the wind. We need to tack to the right, but if we don’t do it properly we will loose momentum. We are in rough waters and and the passengers are frightened. It will be tricky, but it can be done. Soon, we will be sailing with the wind.
  
  Patience is required.
  
  We only have two elections under our belt – the mid terms and the Walker recall, Soon, as our progress is noted, more people will be willing to listen to Captain Constitution. Until then, we must continue to tack, slow as it may be.

I hope everyone lived through the unregulated sweets. Everyone at our stand survived without incident! Imagine, butter, sugar, more sugar, more butter, maybe even some chocolate, some frosting, more sugar… All without calorie charts, daily intake percentages, health department inspections or permission slips from the government. And it was OUTSIDE- oh the humanity!!….

On the subject of the government making it hard for people and organizations to feed the homeless…if memory serves me correctly, wasn’t the government (or other groups) teaching people how to ‘properly’ scrounge for food out of dumpsters? What sense does that make? Ok people, just throw away any unused food you have because you’re not qualified to distribute food to the poor without a permit and massive training and fees. But, on the flip side, when you do throw all that food away, we’ll be there to teach the homeless how to properly and safely dive into dumpsters to get all that great food you just threw away. AMAZING!!!
