Indiana Prosecutor Resigns After Suggesting Wisconsin Governor Fake Attack by Union Foes

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — An Indiana prosecutor said one of his deputies resigned Thursday after admitting he sent an email to Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker suggesting the Republican fake an attack on himself to discredit the public employee unions protesting his plan to strip them of nearly all collective bargaining rights.

Johnson County Prosecutor Brad Cooper said Carlos Lam resigned in a phone call about 5 a.m. Thursday after acknowledging that he sent the Feb. 19 email to Walker suggesting “the situation in WI presents a good opportunity for what‘s called a ’false flag’ operation.”

“If you could employ an associate who pretends to be sympathetic to the unions’ cause to physically attack you (or even use a firearm against you), you could discredit the public unions,” Lam wrote in the email, which was obtained by The Associated Press.

Cooper said Lam initially denied sending the email and said someone had hacked into his email account. But Lam later acknowledged he had written the message, and resigned hours before the Wisconsin Center for Investigative Journalism reported the contents publicly Thursday.

“He wanted to come clean, I guess, and said he is the one who sent that email,” Cooper told the Daily Journal newspaper in Franklin, south of Indianapolis.

A message left by the AP at a telephone listing for Lam was not immediately returned Thursday.

Lam‘s email was sent amid daily protests at the Wisconsin Capitol against Walker’s plan to take away public employees’ rights to collectively bargain for anything except wages no higher than inflation.

“We cannot have the public unions hold the taxpayer hostage with their outrageous demands,” said the email, which urged Walker to “stay strong.”

Lam is the second Indiana prosecutor to lose his job over volatile comments about the Wisconsin protests. Jeffrey Cox, a deputy attorney general, was fired last month after tweeting that police should use live ammunition against labor protesters.

Wisconsin Republicans eventually used a procedural maneuver to pass the collective bargaining measure without Democrats who had fled to block a vote and Walker has signed it in to law. But a judge has issued a temporary restraining order to block the law from taking effect while courts consider a lawsuit alleging the Republicans‘ move violated the state’s open meetings law and constitution.

Can anyone be so sure that the real false flag was getting the prosecutor tricked into sending the email, suggesting the false flag in order to create chaos, in an attempt to redirect the attention away from the violence of the unionites that is everywhere? Just sayin’… These are the people who trick people into committing suicide with a note on their chest accusing someone else after all..

Well, that was not a wise thing to email, it would be like someone proposing violent action against another here on the blaze, because the NSA is most certainly combing this site at all times.

When did it become a federal crime to love your country and the Republic of America?

Why hasn’t the Blaze posted the article ( from drudge ) where Obamanation actually talked to Netenyahu and confirmed Americas friendship with Isreal? The question remains, did the
Obamanation mean what he said, or was this confirmation more double speak?

Also from TheHill, The office of budget management in the Senate is proposing a tax on the number of miles everyone drives. They propose a “ mileage counter” be installed in every vehicle. They also stated they would not collect any other information about you from this device, yea right. I know one car that will never get any such device while I still draw breath”………..

Suggesting that any politician do something that would make another politician APPEAR to be a victim is similar to telling a friend of yours that “all politicians are honest”

A great many politicians are victims of their own egos. Deciding to become a “public servant” entails considerably more empathy than a politician deciding to attempt to place himself/hersel f on a pedistal.

A public servant thinks of the public.

A politician thinks of self promotion.

Scott Walker doesn’t need to fabricate union violence, there are hours of video and volumes of written material available on the internet to demonstrate how unions have discredited themselves.
Unions have gone from being detriment to business and a force against productivity in earlier decades to now being down right anti-American. Their declining numbers, yet increased influence has made their desperation dangerous to the general public, as evidenced by their actions since Obama’s rise to power.

What’s is amazing is that there is a belief that Republicans are “dumb”. This is preponderated by the Far-Left media. The Republicans embarrassed the Lefties by stripping-out collective bargaining from the Bill, and now there is Hell is pay. Now, this can only be decided by the Supreme Court of Wisconsin.

None of the Lefties are the least bit concerned that the Voters of Wisconsin voted them out in the last election. The Lefties believe that it‘s righteous to nullify the votes of the last election because they don’t agree with it.

It makes me wonder what will happen when Obama loses the 2012 election. Will it be nullified by the Socialists, Communists, and Marxists because they don’t agree with the election results?

Why do you think the lefties threw such a fit when Gore lost the election? The whole socialism plan was postponed for four more years, then four more after that. Why do you think they worked so hard to discredit Bush an Cheney? Why do you think all kinds of things were being leaked to the media, true or not? When the Dems. took control of the house in 2007, they began to implement this plan and as soon as BO took the office of the presidency, it was open house on socialism and the take over of the country. What they hadn’t planned on was Beck and the tea party. And some of these loons say there isn’t a God!

However, i am so tired of people accusing others of being evil, stupid, or the like. The time of judgment is not at hand. When the time is here, the judge will arrive, and nobody will have a defense! Trump has many good idea‘s but he too doesn’t measure his words.. which makes him look irrational.. Cain has the right amount of PASSION..
