Ingraham Responds to Schultz’s Apology on Radio: I think It Was ‘Heartfelt’

Following up on her Facebook response yesterday, Laura Ingraham has finally addressed Ed Schultz’s vicious attack on her radio show. Initially, she said that the statement didn’t really phase her. She explained, “The more vile the thing that’s said about me, the less it effects me.” But, did she accept Schultz’s apology? Listen for yourself:

He apologized, that’s fantastic, given what a nut case he is I don‘t believe he’s sincere. But he did apologize. If I was Laura‘s husband I’d still want to dot his eye.

Laura is too mature and classy to stoop down to Ed`s remarks. I have much respect for her and absolutely NONE FOR ed. Old ed is hateful, and should be fired ! It is amazing that wsome of the networks would even consider such a sceevy character to employ. Now many others can see why so many networks have little or no followers, it is due to clowns like this.!!!!

So what is it about the hypocricy and Liberals that seems to function as if the regular rules of good taste and decorum don’t apply? Some nut case in Az shoots six people and instantly, it‘s Sarah Palin’s fault. I have come to the point where I believe it’s the far left who refuses to take a rational stance on anything. If a far left loon pushing income redistribution –which BTW, is not in our constitution!!–it’s perfectly rational and accepted; if a conservative wants our laws enforced, illegals banished and off the dole, wants the federal government and all their bureaucrats OUT of our lives, our classrooms, our refrigerators–we are being unreasonable. Thank you Laura for setting the bar very high. Too bad the far left can’t reach it.

I think I probably would have learned new obscene words from them instead if a conservative had called them a similar name. It also would have been all over the lamestream media which would have been calling for the conservative to be fired.

Why is it that conservative women are so beautiful? Is it because they love themselves and that love leaks out into their facades? Is it because they do not harbor resentments throughout the decades, sparing their bodies the damage that emotional distress can cause? Or is it an “eye of the beholder” effect caused by us men seeing a confident, happy woman who is in control of their life and emotions?

Laura, like most conservative women, loves life, herself, and her fellow men and women. She, like most conservatives, does not harbor resentments – even towards a guy like Ed Schultz who hurls epithets and heinous insults without care. She’s just like my wife – only blonde.

The last few years have seen a marked decline in civility. Schultz, Behar, Colbert and the rest of the lib/progressives have all made extremely nasty comments about conservatives. I cannot recall any conservative or independent personality doing the same thing. If they had, the lib-slanting media would have been all over them. Think back only 2 2/12 years…..the media was not nearly as vicious as it is now. I don’t recall anyone calling a conservative (or lib) woman a slut or a whore, do you?

This administration has given everyone a poor example to follow. Obama demeaned Joe the Plumber, he told Republicans to get into the back of the car, he called Tea Party members “Tea-baggers”, and the list goes on and on. He has lowered the bar in civility and public discourse….and these media sheep are just following his cue.

Aren’t there any libs out there who are offended by Schultz and his ilk? Why haven’t they spoken out? Has the Democratic Party been so co-opted by progressives/socialists that they no longer can behave or speak with decency?
