Irony Alert: Bus Crashes Into Live Press Conference About Workplace Safety

Last week, a Casino under construction collapsed in Cincinnati, injuring over a dozen workers. Naturally, that led to a news conference on site about the safety of the area. And in what can only be called ironic, during that news conference a large bus crashed into a TV truck and gave the man behind the microphone a little scare. Naturally, it was all caught on video.

Here’s the first shot, which shows part of the incident but also features the irate bus driver blaming the news conference:

You just can’t make this stuff up.

    Usually when it comes down to an issue of a bus versus a group of people, also known in the driving world as “pedestrians,” the group of people have the priority of place. Instead, from the second her foot touched the ground when she got off that bus, she blamed everyone else except the actual person driving the bus. The guy speaking was white so he was obviously a racist because he did not move for the black bus driver. Oh wait, he’s a sexist also since she is a female bus driver. I’m also pretty sure that he is part of the 1% who needs to pair his fair share. Let’s be honest, no poor people can afford to build casinos that provide jobs for people – so it’s clear – he’s the 1%. His hair is parted sideways also, which as everyone knows is how Bush would comb is hair. So in the end, it is Bush’s fault and the 1%, because this guy is obviously a racist and a sexist.

    I love the fact that her FIRST words off the bus after SHE backed into a truck were to blame a group of pedestrians, who, when it comes to a bus versus a group of people, should have priority of place. But, instead, the second she stepped off the bus she was blaming someone else. Its always somebody else’s fault. I’m pretty sure Bush was somehow responsible, too.

    When I drive I always hit things that are in my way. Stopping and waiting for someone to move always takes longer than just hitting them, getting a ticket and losing my job.
    When I saw the bus door open and the professional driver step out, I must admit I was overcome by the high degree of intelligence emanating from that rotund, finely sculpted face with such brilliance I instinctively reached for my sun glasses.

      *** applause **** **** applause *** very nicely put Warphead. i couldn’t have said it any better. Clearly she’s the victim here. And i’m sure the union she works under will also feel like she is the victim. Not to mention, all those whiteys there. i would also venture to say it was some sort of white power rally under the illusion of a “press conference”. this was a hate crime to say the least. where is rev. Jackson, or Al Sharpton when u need them.
      That being said…this is the world we live in today, always everyone else’s fault.

    I saw this story on the news.

    It’s their fault because she was driving a several ton bus which could have crushed them…. Typical liberal “it’s not my fault” rhetoric…

    Well, if she is a city employee and trying to get paying customers around the City of Cincinnati, then you have to support her.

    I’m curious to find out why the news conference is in the street? Rent an hotel conference room for reporters for heaven’s sake.

    I feel that many reporters and media feel that they don’t have to go by the rules and just park where they can.

      No, nobody “has to support her”. There is NEVER an excuse or reason to nearly run somebody over. She’s using that old, “You made me do it” excuse just like we did as kids.     In the bus driver’s defense, the Channel 12′s truck was right in the middle of the road, the bus driver was just trying to get around it. Not sure why she didn’t just get out and ask them to move it, first.

    This happened on Friday. I heard someone from my family, who watched the news that night, tell us about this, and it is JUST the way I pictured it, right down to the lady who got off of the bus.
