This is just like the school choice disagreement between Ayers and the young black activist. That story gave me hope. Just about everyone in that room vocally disagreed with Ayers when he said that more $$$ to the public schools was the solution. All in all Sharpton and Ayers have the same agenda. Stay in power by keeping minorities ignorant, dependant and angry. I am cuatiously optomistic that more and more of America is waking up to this.

We thought we won this summer with the new elections but we have weak leaders. They are still going to shove their agenda down our throat even if we have all three branches of government. The unions are currently out organizing the tea party. They get to play by different rules. Violence will come from the unions with little response. I can’t believe how many people in Wisconsin are willing to put their union and job before their country. Believe me they are. Our youth is being indoctrinated in public schools, young viewer TV and every other form of media. This country is divided with each side pretty much hating the other and each vowing they will get their way. I believe a house divided cannot stand. Freedom and progressive communism can not exist together. They are implementing socialism (healthcare etc.) with ease and we are many times slower in trying to undo anything. I have always thought from the beginning that the United States will be divides up to become two different nations. I hope I’m wrong by I can’t figure any other way out.
The tea party and 912ers need to be doing much more. Forming bigger organizations, becoming much more powerful without being co-opted by politicians. Like creating their own budget office so that the people can see the truth about bills. We need a better research organization so we can keep up with the progressive commies. We need to distract them with everything we have even if it doesn’t work. We could protest to break up California into smaller states. California is not all like San Fran and LA. I live in Illinois and it is not like Chicago in the suburbs. Chicago, Unions, and farm subsidies have bought a lot of liberal votes. We have got to get creative and very active before it’s too late. The hour is upon us, the alarms are ringing unless we do more (non-violent) I fear freedom will soon be lost. Many of us have exceptional skills and talents and we need many to give all.

Once an Amendment is passed, it IS part of the Constitution. The Civil Rights Amendment is just as much the law of the land as the Bill of Rights. If a Tea Party member has not said they want to repeal the amendment, then the default view would be one of support. All OTHER rights are reserved to the States, but not those in the Civil Rights Amendment. Silly Reverand.
Isn‘t it more likely that someone who doesn’t support the Constitution is more likely to not support the Rights it guarantees? Didn‘t a recent lawmaker say Tea Party people don’t deserve the Constitutional Rights but “we‘ll give ’em to ‘em anyway” or whatever???? Sounds to me like the Left is more likely to be against Rights defined in the Constitution than any Tea Party supporter.
