Murderous White Supremacists? Homeland Security Accused of Playing Politics With Local Emergency Preparedness

A new Homeland Security drill aimed at preparing citizens for a possible “domestic terrorism/school shooting” act has residents of Treynor, Iowa, concerned. The proposed mock safety drill set to take place this weekend depicts two white male teen-aged shooting suspects as “anti-immigration, gun enthusiasts.” This not-so-generic scenario is troublesome for some parents and community members who claim the fictional depiction is “anti-white“ and ”pro-illegal immigrant.”

In a March 21 memo, Pottawattamie County Emergency Management officials announced the exercise, in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security’s Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). The outline of emergency response procedures detailed the plan, named “Operation Closed Campus,” as an exercise used to educate players in the proper response to a potential emergency.Murderous White Supremacists? The scenario details two white males, ages 17 and 18, with ties to anti-immigration groups and gun enthusiasts, who open fire on a group of minority students, wounding one Hispanic student. The scenario, the plan says, then develops into “full-scale chaos” with both white male suspects shooting indiscriminately.

Details of the plan were obtained by the New Media Journal from sources who refused to identify themselves for fear of repercussion by local governmental and pro-amnesty advocacy agencies, the paper says.

The planned scenario states:

“In the past 6 months, the City of Treynor and Treynor Community School District has received a significant influx of minority residents. Increasing economic instability and public service cuts in a neighboring metropolitan area had forced minority populations into smaller, more affordable rural communities where commodities and cost of living is significantly less.

The economic migration of minority residents, both legal and non-legal into Pottawattamie County Communities has sparked controversy regarding national immigration policies as well as racial tensions with a few embedded, typically silent, white supremacy affiliates. This tension has sparked public demonstrations, propelled city and state illegal immigrant legislation proposals and the law enforcement community has seen an increase in incidents of racially motivated crimes and incidents.

Earlier in the school week, staff found a hand-written note left on a cafeteria table that stated ‘If you won’t get rid of them, we will.’ Similar notes have been found twice before over the past 3 months. Law enforcement, aware of the situation, have found no strong evidence to take action or make an arrest. Similar occurrences have happened in other schools and public places over the past 6 months throughout the region.”

School students were sent home with permission slips to participate in the emergency drill.  One parent whose daughter was going to participate expressed concerns that the scenario had an anti-white, pro-illegal immigrant bent.  According to the New Media Journal, he was told by the local EMS coordinator that his daughter was no longer welcome to participate

Additionally, local organizations have also voiced concerns to authorities, lawmakers and media.  “There has never been an incident such as the one they are manufacturing here in the state of Iowa or any other for that matter.  This is highly politically motivated, racially inflammatory and completely egregious,” one community resident said.

“Operation Closed Campus” is set to begin at 9:00 a.m. CT and run for four hours on Saturday.  The goal, organizers say, is to evaluate the emergency response process in a “no-fault” setting.

    Can one imagine if private citizens organized a 4 hour drill into a possible response to marshall law from the Federal Government!!!!!!!! “Big Sis” at Homeland Security would have a 100 page report ready to go the next day on how rebelious we might become. We live in a Dictatorship Country. Politicians from both sides that Use the words Its for The American people is just full of sh_t. My Service to this Great Country gave me a good insight how politicians think and for the most part they think with there 4th point of contact. Using this mid western school and state just shows the Barry’s Administration has there own agenda and surely is not for “We The People” Its US -vs- Them

      It is clear that this is no longer a country where the people have liberty or privacy. It is quite obvious who the new enemies of the State are. I too served. When the “yes we can” invaders were marching through Buford Georgia (2007) I think, I counter protested. These illegals had more protection from the local police than I did. I was threatend with arrest for “inciting to riot” all I was doing was holding a sign that said “what part of illeagal dont you understand. I was told to leave or else. Then I was escorted to my car by SWAT team member.

      Upstate, I hear you but I’m not sure I agree. I think it’s actually worse. I don’t think they (the power-brokering progressives) actually see it that way. I think they know that there are far more common scenarios than what they have chosen. However, they deliberately manipulate in order to shape-shift the feeling of minority victimization…because it creates more likely voters for them.

      You may be right, but what I have seen for decades among liberals is ‘white guilt’ that prevents them from seeing what is right before their eyes. A logical, and accurate, scenario would be some gang-banger shooting up a place. But that would be ‘racist’ despite the fact most gang-bangers are inner city minorities.

      Hell, the FBI’s own way of tabulating hate crimes is based on race. For example, if a Hispanic is a victim of crime, he/she is tabulated as Hispanic. But if a Hispanic is a perpetrator, he’s counted as a white.

      This is NOT considered a double standard. Makes sense. Not to me, mind you.

      There are actually white people who think white people are the ‘real’ problem here, and in the rest of the world. To think, and run a drill, any other way is racist to them.

      It’s basically the same as rich white Hollywood folk like Michael Moore saying rich white people are evil. Amazingly, they actually believe their own shi‘ite and can’t see the hypocrisy in the argument.

      Stuff like that is precisely why I stopped being a liberal back in 1980.

What about a group of three busting into a house and killing a seven year old girl? All these are recent scenarios what makes one any less likely than the others?

    What are we doing. This is getting crazy. I don’t know how much more I can take. I do my home work and after watching Glenn Beck today scared the hell out of me. Why do we just sit and do nothing. Why don’t we the people rise up and stop this. Am not saying get are guns and go crazy. But we need to start fighting the left allot harder. I can’t sleep I worry about my kids and its driving me nuts. Please god give me hope all I see is evil all around.

      RC30, you are not alone. We can do something. We can vote. We can never have an excuse for not voting ever again. We must keep talking to our friends and family who don’t vote until we can convince them to vote. I have to believe there are enough decent American’s left, if they all would vote, to bring change in leadership to every office which an elected official holds. You are awake, I am awake, now we have to wake our friends up, and that has to begin with convincing those that don’t vote, or seem to always find an excuse why they couldn’t, to make the time no matter what.
      We have the vehicle in place to change this, the incredible government, the real, original one, our Founding Fathers created. The one that did not imply when talking about church and state that Muslim teachers should be able to leave their students for 4 weeks to go to Mecca. We need our neighbors to not be afraid to be un politically correct. Actually we need to just dissolve those two words entirely. Keep praying, keep talking. I know my friends and family are getting sick of hearing me, but God will hold me accountable if I do not. So politely as I can I keep trying to educate myself and those around me. Don’t give up. America needs you.

They are planning a collapse for this summer and Soros is planning out our new financial system and currency on April 8th in a meeting with 200 other elites. Just for your information, Reuters and several other news agencies will be there, so don’t expect anything truthful if it originates with Reuters from now on.

      I figure they plan to collapse our stock market and currency sometime in the beginning of June. If this happens, there will be no election because, by the time the election rolls around, they will have their chaos and we will probably be under the boot.

    I would be raising Cain! I don’t know what sort of facilities the school has for checking out students, but certainly doors could be locked so that no one could enter without identification.

    To put those students through something like that feels like a “nudge” to me. Besides, why would anyone want to give a rebellious student any ideas?!

Notice there basically using a mid western state for there games, could one imagine if this was played out in California, New York, Arizona. And further more take a good look at all law enforcement from local to state levels, sometimes I think there better equiped than our military. There leading (nudging) us down a path to civil unrest to create a State/Fed controled enviroment.       Sounds like the Homeland Security is up to their usual scare tactics; and doing it to make political points at the same time while staging a Columbine style (my oppinion) incident even if it is only used as a ‘training or preparation’ lessons.

      Is it of any interest that we have a economic terrorist group revealed recently in which nothing is said by anyone of the administration, and here Homeland Security is also preparing for a shooting style incident…coincidental most likely…

      Yet I have to wonder if the administration DOES suprise us and stop these econ terrorists before they strike, how will they use the situation in furthering of their agenda?

      In the case of an attack such as this staged drill on a minority group, HSA would most likely move to crack down even worse on groups deemed ‘threats to national security’ which could easily become anyone they wish.

      The sad joke is that this the town I live in and it is the first I had heard of it! While in a town not far from here there are white supremists, the fact is that those on the left already see law abiding, gun owning, constitution loving citizens as racists, bigoted homophobes. This is only going to fuel that horrendous misconception. Besides, as it stands right now, asides from really terrific schools, we don’t have anything to offer. We have to drive 15 miles just to get groceries since (though they are working on it) we don’t even have a grocery store! This scenario is a terrible one though I can see what they were drawing from.

      Been a long day here, not doing too hot due to allergies and such; seen my doctor and no longer have to wear the sling for my shoulder (Yeah) and my mom has more usage of her hand back with most of the feeling returned.

      Now is the time for white citizens to protest loudly that they are being discriminated against…..and they are. The race card is not exclusively owned by any one race. People in that town should be vocal about this, otherwise Commandant Napalitano and her crew will just move on to the next community and do the same thing. This is subtle indoctrination and obvious humiliation of white citizens at the same time. To be fair, they should have two scenarios. The second could be minority offenders attacking white residents. You can bet that will never be used to “educate” the town.

      Or we could actually enact a law to encourage they deport themselves and avoid the cost of us doing the same. They obviously had financial resources enough to get to America, if the penalties for actually catching them did not involve just a strong scolding (for both them and the owner of the company), they would likely find their way back home. They say 6 in 7 border crossers do not get caught! How many enemies of this country are in the 6 of 7 that do NOT get caught? There certainly appears to be a systematic effort underway to weaken and destroy this country. The borders are just one front of this ongoing onslaught against American Freedom! Of course you are a racist for pointing this out. There are too many politicians who have not addressed this issue for it to be simply random chance that this is occurring. Meanwhile, business owners are paying large contributions to politicians to utilize the cheap labor that is flooding in. I know several Iowans and one business who was involved in the 500 million egg recall about 6 months ago donated roughly $500K to the Iowa State Democratic Party. When they run the ‘raids’ looking for illegals, frequently the “owner” of the business gets a 48 hr. notice? What are the chances that they are going to catch a significant number? Generally, they simply use it to cull the few problem employees they want to eliminate and then can skip paying the unemployment for terminating them. There are entire sub-businesses making money just bringing in “documented” employees for these farms. Plus the illegal also frequently pays the ‘mule’ $3-8K for bringing them from Mexico to the Mid West. Of course the documentation is fabricated, but looks legitimate should the owner get caught employing the illegals and they have plausible deniability in the courtroom should it ever make it that far (which 99% of the time it does not). Bush 2 stated they are doing work that American citizens would not do (paraphrasing)…I tend to think MANY Americans would happily smell pig excrement (or a host of other similar positions) right now if they are past the unemployment benefits and could step into a $12-15/hr. job with benefits. Many would without being off unemployment!

Those that think they are entitled to other peoples money and property will be the first to realize the government is not going to do anything for them when the economy colapses.       Federal Homeland Security IS NOT involved with this drill. Can you stop with the anti-fed paranoia for even a minute?

      Read the article: “In a March 21 memo, Pottawattamie County Emergency Management officials announced the exercise, in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security’s Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). ”

      HSEEP is basically a book – learning materials – put out by Homeland Security about how to design, conduct and evaluate drills. It was program was put together and published by the Bush Administration.

      But the fact that they are using this book is enough for the bold title: Homeland Security playing politics!

      And do I see an irony here? You want the US to fight terrorism, but you’re against Homeland Security?

      I don’t necessarily like the drill scenario, but one of the points of this type of drill is to catch people off guard with THE UNEXPECTED. The other issue here is that we did have two white teenagers go on a shooting rampage and kill 12 other people. People were in shock when that happened. The first responders and the support staff have to be prepared for anything because one simply doesn’t know how the event is going to occur, when it is going to occur and who will be involved.

      Another aspect is making it just a bit harder to identify who are the good guys and who are the bad guys. If the perps are from a racial minority group in the town, well, then all that population can be isolated; but what does one do if there is no clear distinction?

      It’s not really about stereotypes, it’s about breaking sterotypical thinking and trying to be prepared for the unexpected.

      I don’t know if that explanation helps at all, but that is some of the thinking that went into the creation of the situation.
