Is Soros Betting on U.S. Financial Collapse?

As the Federal Reserve undertakes its second round of quantitative easing, buying up $600 billion of government debt, the line of detractors is getting longer. New to the queue is Zubi Diamond, a U.S. financial author who says that the plan plays right into the hands of George Soros.

“This is the type of stuff we accused the communist and socialist governments of doing—interfering in free markets through currency manipulation,” declared Zubi Diamond, author of The Wizards of Wall Street, to the Canadian Free Press. “What the Fed is doing is not good for free market capitalism and it is not good for America.”

This round of quantitative easing, he predicted, “will devalue the dollar and lead to higher commodity prices, asset and price inflation. It may even lead to the end of the U.S. dollar as the world reserve currency.”

That, he added, plays right into the hands of billionaire, liberal financier George Soros:

“What is most troubling to me about this,” Diamond added, “is that the Fed’s QE2 is in alignment with George Soros’s agenda to destroy global capitalism.” The decline of the dollar “is what George Soros wants and what he has proposed in the past,” he noted.

Soros, the billionaire hedge fund operator who finances various leftist and Marxist groups, including Media Matters, has made his fortune by betting on the collapse of national economies and currencies. He was convicted of insider trading in France.

    I don‘t think it takes a Rhodes Scholar to figure out that Soros wasn’t visiting the White House for crumpets and tea…he visited numerous times to sell his philosophy to Obama and his “team” and now it appears as though things will start coming to fruition.

      I agree , but I don’t think he has to sell obama on his philosophy. He probably came to deliver orders to his puppet that he didn’t want to say over a phone or computer.

      I wonder how many times obama has met Soros outside the White House that we don’t know about? I seem to remember once or twice when obama disappeared from the White House and the press corps. was in a tizzie because they could not find him. I also seem to remember that he said he was at one of the kids soccer games and it was proven that he was not where he said he was. Think about it, Soros, Bill Ayers, and obama all together at the same time!

    HONDAMAN has it right. Soros has a vested interest in the failure of the U.S. dollar. And as a matter of fact he made a speech at MIT school of economics years ago on his theory of economic collapse caused by outside monetary pressure. It was called the theory of economic reflexivity. google it.

    Soros has made his billions by using this ‘technique’ on other currencies. Now, it’s time for the big game.

He can nail 2 birds with one stone by making a ton of money off the collapse and he also can get his political agenda of a socialist utopia.       The same reason that civilians don’t take up arms and start shooting politicians. We believe as a nation so wholly in the sanctity of life that it will take alot for us to cross that line. For now, I will continue to prepare for the worst, while voting for what I consider to be the best way out. The last people to speak out and try to have their message heard through violence killed over a hundred and forty people from my home town. I don’t take this lightly, neither should you. Violence is our last line of defense, for now, we must put our hope in elected politicians. God help us!

    Do you actually believe that Obama is actually trying to improve the economy. In recent history, almost all coups, resulting in a dictatorship were preceded by a very severe economic crisis. Remember when Rahm Emanuel , Obama’s chief of staff, stated one should never waste a crisis. What do you think he meant?

    Mr. Obama presents 3 alternatives:
    Ignorance, which can be cured with knowledge
    Stupidity, which is forever
    Evil, he plans to avenge King George III by destroying the American Revolution and create a dictatorship.

    Almost every initiative that Obama has instigated is destructive to the economy. Does anyone really believe that a President can be that stupid or ignorant?       I saw your episode on Fox (follow the money) on 11/8/10, and though he had some great points, I would have to disagree with backing our money with gold. Now to let you know up front I am a nobody.. no special schooling, and unemployed, but in having so much time on my hands, I have decided to research our monetary system. I have come to the conclusion that backing our money with gold will be a bad idea. The simple reason is we dont own enough to make it feasible. The IMF (or world bank) owns 2/3 of all available gold, and backing our money with gold would make us indebted to those who have it. This is actually what the bankers want (this and a global monetary system, which they have already implemented via a special “bond”.)

      With the following plan, which has been done 8 times in the past, we could get rid of our total debt in a few years, without inflation or deflation.

      It has been done in the states, starting with the colonies, and again with President Lincoln. Both times the Central bank of England stopped it, and pertaining to the colonies this was a BIG reason why we went to war for our independence. With Lincoln, it ended with his assassination, but even then it took years for the central bankers to get rid of the GREENBACK.

      At the present moment, our government issues bonds, which are bought and them used to finance our country, but if you can issue bonds, you can also issue debt free money. The Fed is a private bank that issues debt money.

      The simple way to fix this issue, is to have our government issue its own money, and spend it into the economy, while at the same time, mandating that the banks ( non central) raise their limit of reserves by the same percentage until they are fully 100% reserve backed banks.

      This would remove the debt based money from our system, and allow us to control our own money.

      I, not being an economist, but one with common sense, can see the obvious connections in a video that explains our monetary history, and the controlling handful of global bankers robbing all the countries of the world.

      Please if you can find the time to watch this video made in the 90′s that cover the history of our government and the bankers, and the decisions that were made then, that we are paying for now.

      I believe with the plan that they explain better than i can, we could completely remove our debt, and finance any social security or other plans we may want, while also removing the threat of inflation, deflation, and manipulation of our currency and economy for the enrichment of a few, and keep it for the enrichment of our country

      The light of the sun can shine on this guy, the groups and networks are so well established; the actors so well entrenched into our government, that to stop his agenda from coming to pass will literally take an act of God. We aren’t dealing with a simple man; but someone who is purely evil.

      One thing we do need to watch for is along these lines, is when the event beck speaks of occures, the administration will try to do something to distract the american people while all is collapsing about us, in a final effort to ‘rally’ support for them. Of course, this will also be as they declare martial law and strip our final freedoms awary.

      The then military government of Argentina was going through massive problems with the economy, one of them being massive inflation and massive printing of money (sound familiar) and to distract the people of the land, they initiated the falkland islands war. Which they lost.

      Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan have a hell of a lot more power than Soros. GS has had people inside both the Bush and Obama administrations. Wall Street is giving 144 billion in bonuses this yearas the rest of the people go backward in their living standard. This is not a GOP vs Dem problem. It is an overpowering Wall Street, banking and financial manipulation problem. Soros is merely cashing in as US corps and Wall Street crash the nation for profit.

      takemout.. I am thinking the MORE information out there the better..the MORE people that know the facts the better.. Now consider MARSHALL LAW was invoked WHO would enforce it??? The MILITARY?? FIRST they would have to bring them home.. it would take to long.. National Guard? The Dems already know most of our military are conservative and in being so KNOW the constitution and they take an oath THEY believe in and it says that the Military will not be used against the citizens.. which leaves local police..not enough of them especially in big cities..Depending on what the crisis is as to how the police will bother to enforce it.. the reason they were able to do what they did to Immigrants is the people themselves thought it was best for the country,which included the immigrants.. There are MORE conservatives than liberals/progressives so it wouldn’t work.. we KNOW what they are up to.. than you have the fact that MOST American’s are ARMED..       Never in my adult life have I ever wished to own a gun. I believe in gun rights, but it was never right for me until now. I am afraid of what is coming. I am buying a gun today.If i don’t need one for protection, at least I will be able to eat
