Israeli police said Sunday that 25-year-old Asher Palmer and his infant son Yonatan were killed in a terrorist attack after Palestinians threw rocks at their car, causing it to overturn on a highway.
It happened Friday near the Israeli settlement Kiryat Arba. Authorities originally said the wreck was due to driver error, not stone throwing, prompting accusations of a police cover up so as not to “fan the flames” of a potential Palestinian protest.
Police re-labeled it a terror attack after further investigation and an autopsy on Asher Palmer’s body revealed injuries consistent with a rock hurling, including fractures to his skull.
Arutz Sheva reported:
Among the evidence that at first failed, for unknown reasons, to convince police that terrorists may have been involved: a hole in the front windshield of the car, a massive rock found in the front seat with human blood on it, a tear in fabric of the steeling wheel cover and dust indicating a blow from the rock, and damage to Asher Palmer’s face suggesting an impact unrelated to the crash.

“It was clearly a terrorist attack, Asher’s gun had been stolen, there were rocks inside the vehicle and it was clear Asher was hit by a rock,” Aharon Peretz, Palmer’s brother-in-law, told Y Net News. “It’s very grave that [a possible cover up] comes at the expense of a grieving family.”
“He never fought with anyone. He was a quiet and special man and this is a great loss,” Peretz said.

Knesset member Michael Ben Ari criticized the police for its handling of the investigation, saying they were “serving Abu Mazen [Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas] over fear of violent protests and did not report this as a terror attack.”
The chairman of the Yesha Council, an umbrella organization that oversees the local settlement governments, also slammed the Israeli Defense Force for not stating from the outset that the deaths were the result of a terror attack.
“There’s no other way to put this, the IDF did not tell the truth to the public, the media or the bereaved family,” Danny Dayan said. “I am angry and deeply disappointed in the IDF, its commanders and spokesmen who covered up the murder. The IDF chose a dishonest, unwise and indecent path.”
The attack is the second such report of an Israeli baby targeted in a stone-hurling attack in the last week. On Thursday, The Blaze reported on a 20-month-old girl left bloodied after police said Arabs threw rocks at the car she was traveling in.
According to Arutz Sheva, at least 18 Israeli drivers have reported being victims of rock attacks in the past month alone.

Posted on September 25, 2011 at 3:27pm@Euragone, the actions of these Palestinians is just as disgusting to me as many of the people here. But, my family is also Muslim, and I happen to be a big supporter of the Constitution and liberty here.
I would hope that my fellow Americans like you don’t judge me for the actions of these people, but everyday I grow farther from that idea as terorrist attacks continue to happen.
I’m truly sorry members of the Islamic faith act in a way that is hard to describe by words, but I’d like to reaffirm that not all Muslims are like this. You have your rights to believe what you want though, and I can see why holding a negative opinion toward Muslims may be justified.
Once again, I’m sorry for their actions. Truly.

If American Muslims don’t start speaking out against this kind of behavior, all Muslims will be painted with the same brush. It is not enough to post at The Blaze, American Muslims must organize against this kind of behavior. Otherwise, there will be a backlash because GBTV and The Blaze are covering stories like this, unlike the mainstream media, and anger will grow until it explodes in the US.

Posted on September 25, 2011 at 4:59pmI agree TruthSeeker. I haven’t made enough of an effort to convince Muslims to attempt to be more active in speaking out against shariah and Terrorism, rather than sitting back and letting the world collapse in-front of our eyes. I’ve had this conversation one on one with other Muslims, but many are as young as I am( college, 20) and are as lazy as many people our age when it comes to politics. It’s very tough, but worthwhile achievements are rarely easy.
I do understand your point because I myself differ with most Muslims in opinion and see the problem.

Posted on September 25, 2011 at 5:11pm@Truthseeker I replied to you once, but for some reason my comment didn‘t go through or didn’t load.
I haven’t done enough for sure and I do understand your point. I myself find it very difficult to converse with Muslims when it comes to Religion/politics because I have such different views. No achievement worthwile is easy though, and I will put more effort into confronting Muslims on why the group isn’t more active in protesting against Radicalism and Terrorism.
Thanks for the feedback.
@Steve you’ve got a point when it comes to me, I’ve always held God as a very personal matter to me and even dislike participating in group prayers, which are very common in Islam. My own dad and I have had many problems when it comes to my own faith because like I said, I like to keep my relationship between me and God between me and God.
In terms of percentage, I’m not sure how much of a Muslim I am or how devout I am. I believe in God and believe in freedom and doing good upon your fellow man. To me, that is what faith is. But, in terms of what percentage other Muslims would put on me, some would say I’m not even Muslim.
So, I would agree that your point is very valid, but I would also say that there are many moderate Muslims who are active in their faith but show no approval for the horrific act in this news story. They haven’t done their role in speaking out against it, and that is their own fault, my own fault, and the faiths fault.

Posted on September 25, 2011 at 5:18pmA survey of 100 randomly selected mosques in America finds 81% of them feature Islamic literature — not including the Quran and Sunnah — that advocates violence. And 85% of the imams running the mosques actively recommend these tracts.
Only 19% of the mosques do not disseminate Islamic materials sanctioning jihadi violence,
Despite pleasant platitudes to the contrary, the majority of mosques are not preaching interfaith tolerance and assimilation. While some do, they are the exception — the fringe. It’s the mainstream mosques that are actually radical. Fully four of every five, in fact, may be potential hotbeds for terrorist activity.

I for one do not believe that you are sincere. If you are, then you are extremely naive. Your so called faith is not a relegion.
What legitimate religion in this country comes with its own civil laws that take precedence over national, state, and local laws?
Islam is not a religion. It is a governing doctrine that not only dictates religious beliefs, but also social behavior that includes laws, penalties and punishments, not by God, but by people if the laws are not obeyed. Islam is a form of government, not a religion.
I am sure you are not a terrorist but whether you believe it or not you are an enabler for future terrorists by allowing islam to exist.

What do you not think I am sincere in?
In my love for the country? I stay awake late at night worrying for the future of this country just as much as anyone else and attempt to act in the best way possible to protect American values. I constantly bring Constitutional issues up within my daily life, social media, my own website, etc… I can point you in the direction of this “proof” but I’m not sure if anything online is justifiable enough…
In my hopes for peace or feelings of sadness for the death of these people and others? I don’t know how to convince you of this, but I’m not sure I need to. I feel deep pain and sadness when I see this and at the same time I feel a responsibility to help fix it in some way.
If you don‘t believe that I’m sincere, you’re entitled to your opinion. It’s hurtful that my patriotism is questioned because of my faith, but I’d much rather you were honest than attempting to be politically correct and lying. So I at-least thank you for that.

Please ask God for His holy guidance when reading it. He calls His own out of every religion on earth. You will know it is true because He is the God of love and eternal life..not of destruction and dispair. And He is not the god the 72 virgins used as a bribe to do evil. It is all about Him and His only begotten Son Yashuah. Together they created the world. Knight.. if you read the Bible. please start with the new testament..Matthew. It tells of Jesus’s (Yashuah’s ) walk while here on earth and how he was in heaven with God and was born into humanity to die for us, taking our sins upon His back..( he being the only sinless man who ever lived being born of a virgin) being bludgeoned and hung upon a cross and died for our iniquities, giving us the chance to choose Him.. believing He is the Son of God , dying and having risen the 3rd day and still lives. Understand the label of Muslim. A political ideology Worshipping a pagan moon idol prophesied by a murdering pedophile. It‘s History stretched for 1400 years and within this time it’s violent doctrines has murdered and enslaved millions. It‘s mandated purpose is to spread it’s ideology across the globe either by the sword or thru conversion. If one does not wish to become Muslim he / she is subjected to a lower class status forced to pay a Jizya tax or be executed.
Whats not to run away from? You cant fix it. The true followers adhere to Muhammad’s commands. There’s nothing corrupt within Islam other then the words written by the prophet and followed by those who adhere to those doctrines.
You make it sound your faith has been hijacked when in fact you never showed a strong faith in the first place. Islam hasn‘t been hijacked it’s been purified. You feel a bond or a connection with the culture and yet the culture is filled with evil rituals and hate for everyone who is not a believer. You want to know what to do…Here’s a start. The truth is with the TAKIYA (basically, out and out lying deceit as a device of warfare they include even in their religious understandings) you CANNOT believe ANY Muslim when they ever mention anything about their religion as a RELIGION OF PEACE…though there be some that the Spirit of the Lord is dealing with (in that JEHOVAH has elect out of all types of people). Their zealousness to interpret EVERY nuance of violence out of the words of the prophet, or his actions in battle and against the “infidel” or that of the Qur’an and Hadiths and other various commentaries with slight or major confidence, is the spirit of that religion. Until they reject, with expectation that we try to defend them, and we ought, that religion outright (and even here Takiya enters in, when they are allowed to pretend being turncoat), we cannot, in America consider them under the same protections of true non-Christian religions. That is a shame, and they not we are the aggressors

I can promise you, since I know your illiterate nature prevents you from seeking the truth on your own, that there is very little difference between the three. In terms of rules and beliefs, Islam is between Orthodox Judaism and Christianity (which is why I find it so ironic that Christians on this board associate more with Jews than Muslims).
In fact, of all the three religions, Christianity is the only one that believes ONLY Christians are saved. Islam and Judaism believe all “good” people are saved and believe a good person can exist outside of their faith. So, if we want to get into which Religion is more peaceful or accepting, it is absolutely NOT Christianity.

I have studied on a great many of them myself before coming to the knowledge that Jesus (Yashuah) is the only begotten Son of God and that God says unless if you believe this and that He was crucified and died for our sins and rose on the third day…that we would have no part with Him. Ephesians 2: 8-9 says that we are saved by grace and not of works, lest any man should boast.” Then James 2;18 But someone may well say, “You have faith and I have works; show me your faith without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” Israel is still God’s chosen people. If you read Zechariah 13 and 14 you will see what is going to come down. Romans 11;25-27 tells us that that Israel’s eyes will be closed until the full number of gentiles have come in. There will be a remnant of His people left. We are only the wild olive branches grafted in. Pride was the sin of Satan. People tend to get jealous because we are not of the true branch. But God allowed us in so as to incite the jealousy of Israel. Romans 9:20 But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’” When Abraham had an illegitimate child Ishamael with Sarah’s Egyptian handmade, Abraham begged God to to let Ismael be the seed through which the Promise came,, but God refused saying He would come through Sarah..the legitimate wife.

He is the only way to salvation. For He is the way, the truth and the Life and no one can come to the Father except by Him. We pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus (Yashuah). If you concentrated as much on the Bible as much as you do on all these religions of Bablyon.. you would be able to see the big picture. There is only one way. I pray that your eyes will be opened. I am not going to get into a religious debate with you over whose religion is right; no one knows that but God Himself. It is a waste of my time and yours to spit forth scriptures from the different books because, in the same way I cannot shake you from your faith, you cannot shake me from mine. Being a non Christian, listening to Christians use the Bible as evidence for how right they are is laughable as I am sure you feel when Muslims use the Kuran (Qu’ran, if you prefer) to proclaim their righteousness.
That being said, my point is that there is a difference between disagreeing with someone’s faith and disregarding it or – what happens on this site – disrespecting it.
It’s really disgusting and UNCHRISTIAN of you (the universal you, not necessarily ONLY you, Ashes) to denounce Islam and attack a member of this forum simply because of his belief. Hitler was the most evil man on earth, blamed for the deaths of many millions, yet he didn’t kill a single one of them. Sometimes, the words you speak are more dangerous than the stones you throw.
So before you denounce these Muslims for taking the life of this beautiful father and his son, you should practice a little EMPATHY and realize that they are also people who have been hurt deeply. The words you use to describe them only adds to the hate in the world and you would do us all a lot of good to keep those words to yourself.

Jerusalem is a Holy City and he wanted to sit in the temple there and do his ‘taking the place of Yashuah as intercessor for us to YHWH. So they devised a plan to use Ismael’s tribe because of the relationship..it is our understanding that they actually lived in peace until then. Mahamaad’s wife was close to the Pope and so she had easy access to Mohamad , him being her caravan driver, and had great influence over him. These people have in truth been victimized. It is sad how they were used, given a false religion and have been controled to do the work of Satan. There have been a great number of converts and hopefully there will be more. Only by God’s grace, we were not born into this Satanic religion. God says to pray for the peace of Israel..and I understand that to mean that their eyes will be opened, and they will as soon as God has finished calling out all of His own.. Thank you Steve.. keep up the Lord’s work. I always enjoy your posts. I always stop to see what you have to say. God Bless.

Discussing the content of scripture is different from debating its relevance. I am willing to talk about what is in Islam or Christianity, but I will not be evangelized – I think it’s insulting and counterproductive to the flow of any and every conversation. Save it for Sunday Mass and your missions trip to Whocareswhere.
Honor your fellow man:

Report Post »As an Israeli Jew, I appreciate your apology. However, as a fellow American, you need to study YOUR Holy Book, the Koran, in a little more depth sir. You claim to be a Muslim, a peace loving Muslim. There is no such thing in the Koran. In the end, it instructs ALL Muslims to “kill all of the infidels”, including peace loving Muslims, starting of course, with ALL the Jews. I.e., take the entire world for Allah. If you want to be peace loving, and for now I’ll take your word on that… then you need to find a new religion, Islam isn’t a peace loving religion, it’s a religion of killing and hate. The so-called “fanatics” mentioned by the left, by BHO, the media, and all ignorants, are the ONLY ONES really following what the Koran teaches. In these times, we all need to find out what “our book on OUR RELIGION” truly says, the times for listening to others, including religious leaders, concerning what our own faith teaches us, are over. Read YOUR book sir. By the way, the peace mentioned in the Koran is in the FIRST part of the Koran, the end of the book teaches killing and hate. Your clerics will confirm to you, if they’re honest, the latter over-rules the prior. The peace doesn’t apply any longer. It’s sad when a Jew knows more about Islam than a Muslim. Read YOUR book sir, then find a new religion if you truly want peace. To you American, Western, Muslim clerics that teach your followers that Islam is a “religion of peace”? Sham

If more Muslims came out, like you sir, and condemed such actions, then I think people would stop putting all Muslims into the “hate” bucket. Truth is, sadly current day Muslims are doing no different than Christians did and almost all other religious bodies have done in the past.
It would be nice if humanity could have gotten past such actions, but we have not.
However, thank you for at least being brave enough to say this is WRONG.

No, it’s sad when a Jew THINKS he knows more about Islam than a Muslim. How pompous and arrogant of you, you should be humbled by that which you do not know! As a Jew I shouldn’t have to remind you of the teachings of our sages, but apparently it is YOU that needs to re-read your own scriptures.
It is no coincidence that the Islamic holy day is Friday, Judaism’s is Saturday, and Christianity’s is Sunday. The Rabbinic teaching is we are all brothers in faith and all followers the Noahide laws. The second you turn on your brother is the second you have turned on your faith.
Leviticus 19:34 – “The stranger who sojourns with you shall be as a native from among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you were strangers in the land of Egypt. I am the Lord, your God.”
Never since the times of Moses has there been a more fitting description than that of the Palestinian.

Papal Rome is the one who took Christianity and changed it to Sunday. But Yahshua said. I have made the Sabbath for man, not man for the Sabbath. But because God the Father came as His own Son into the world, born to a woman as Yashua. When He died and rose on the 3rd day to redeem us of our sins…every day became the Sabbath., as He is Lord of the Sabbath. Therefore we live every day unto the Lord. So Sunday is just a traditional observance.

My “brother” is not all of humanity, put fellow Jews of the “Whole House of Israel” sir. You’re talking to me about Rabbinic teaching? Read my first post again sir. When I said, “read your own book on your own religion”, in the case of a Jew I’m referring to the TaNaK, the original scriptures, not the “post biblical” Rabbinic teachings of the Babylonian Talmud. What good ever came from Babylon? I don’t care what the Talmud says. To prove my point that you don‘t know what you’re talking about… Bush isn’t running in 2012, none of them! You talk about the Jewish Sabbath being on Saturday and you talk about following the Noahide laws. I suggest you re-read your Noahide laws again sir, there are seven of them and keeping the Jewish Sabbath isn’t one of them. Thus, as they threw out the Jewish Sabbath, I could care less about the so-called “Noahide laws”, even less than the Talmud. It appears your “sources” have a lot to be desired sir. The Talmud (Rabbinic teaching source) and the Noahide Laws HAVE NOTHING to do with MY faith sir. My source is the TaNaK (ONLY) and my Elohim is YHVH.

I don’t like your condescending comments, but I can see your point with Qur’an 2:62:
“Those who believe (in the Qur’an), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. (2: 62)”
Here’s the problem. The majority of the world’s Islamic followers seem to over look this verse.

They don’t look over this verse. The verse itself has been abrogated. Abrogation in the Islamic ideology means it no longer is valid or followed.
When a verse contradicts another the latest verse takes the place of the older verse. Allah is perfect and he gives a better verse. Allah can do all things.
A clear example for the layman would be.
If on Monday Muhammad proclaimed to respect all religions.
Then on Friday he proclaims to not trust the Jew or Christian and convert enslave or kill non believers.
By Islamic law the verse given Monday no longer is valid and the verse given on Friday is now what Muslims by Islamic law must follow.
This is called nasikh abrogating verses.
So you see those like bush who claim to defend the Islamic ideology really haven’t a clue. He said he‘s well read in religious theology and when I asked him for a verse thats wasn’t nasikh he didn’t. He offered a verses abrogated This is the deception Islam creates. People need to educate themselves from useful idiots such as Bush and Muslims who post on this site knowingly lie and distort the truth.
One more thing in the Islamic ideology Muslims have muhammad’s permission to lie and deceive. This is called taqiyya. It is designed in infiltrate the enemy and protect Muslims from the enemy. And the enemy is anyone not of the pure ideology including apostates.
Don’t be fooled people. Do the research. Read about abrogating verses and lying.

Ah I see where you are getting at and thank you, I will do some homework. A parallel would be when Adolf Hitler granted the labor unions the May Day holiday they fought for. Then the next day he abolished the unions.
Now I‘m not trying to defend nor vilify the Qur’an but all the abrogation in the world shouldn’t change the original meaning or original text, right? That’s what the free world is fighting against. An Enemy that his trying to change history to satisfy their lust to over power and enslave the world. Answer this anybody: Do the Qur‘ans printed today contain the exact same text as those printed hundred’s of years ago?

I know what abrogation is. However, verses are only abrogated when a later one contradicts a preceding one. I have yet to see you post a single citations that abrogates mine.
I know one exists (and I also know that is abrogated later in support of the one I posted), but I would like to see YOU try to find it. Ya know, do a little research, educate yourself, learn how to decide for yourself instead of just spewing forth the same filth your environment threw at you.
I can also find instances in the Jewish and Christian bible where it calls for the death of non believers. Can you also explain how this is different?

Yes, all Kurans are the same today as they were a thousand years ago. Qu’ran means “recitation” and you would be amazed at how well Muslims can recite it verse for verse and note for note. They have competitions aimed to see who can recite the words best and, it should be noted, the winner is not decided on who remembered all the words (every contestant remembers all the words), it is judged more as a singing match – who has the best inflections, etc.
Pretty amazing actually.

Some people just spit out crap from their lips just to sound important while others actually have factual historical proofs to back up their claims.
The Gaza strip was a base for 7,000 rocket attacks against schoolyards and townships in Israel before the Israelis responded in 2007. During Israel’s airstrikes on Gaza rocket sites there was one civilian death for every 30 terrorists. By contrast, a 2001 study by the International Committee of the Red Cross found that the civilian-to-military death ratio in wars fought since the middle of the 20th Century has been 10:1 – ten civilian deaths for every soldier death. In other words, the Israelis protect civilians at a rate 300 times greater than any other national army. As Harvard Law School Professor Alan Dershowitz observes, “No army in history has ever had a better ratio of combatants to civilians killed in a comparable setting.”
