James Holmes Had a Match.com Profile — and Woman Is Stunned to Find Him in Her Matches

Colorado Shooter James Holmes Match.com Profile Discovered

James Holmes Match.Com profile (TMZ)

Investigators are learning more about the life of deranged Colorado shooter James Holmes before he allegedly killed 12 and injured nearly 60 “Dark Knight Rises” moviegoers early Friday morning.

As police investigators have come to realize that Holmes had been planning his attack for months, stunned Americans are finding their six degrees of separation from the Neuroscience Phd dropout and alleged mass-murderer who was active in several online communities.

It has been confirmed by AdultFriendFinder.com that the “classicjimbo” profile listed as a 24-year-old male from Aurora, Colorado, is indeed Holmes, who posted pictures of himself with orange-colored hair and the ominous question at the top of his profile, “Will you visit me in prison?

TMZ is now reporting on what appears to be Holmes’s “Classic_Jim” profile on the dating website Match.com. TMZ was alerted to the profile by a user who says she was floored when she saw Holmes’s profile among her suggested matches less than a day after the shootings. The Match.com profile also had the same tagline from AdultFriendFinder.com; “Will you visit me in prison?” The user notified Match.com, which reportedly removed the profile within minutes.

Based on screenshots taken by the user before the profile was removed, TMZ has deduced that Holmes’s profile included:

– Favorite movies: “Too many good movies to have a favorite, maybe Dumb and Dumber, Hachiko, Star Wars, etc.”
– Favorite book: Where’s Waldo?
– “You should message me if you’re interested, obviously. Or lookin’ for sexy times. Very nice!”
– Political views: Middle of the road
– Faith: Agnostic
– “I spend a lot of time thinking about the future. Mind = blown”

“Why are we spending so much time on this single incident?”

That’s what many of us would like to know.

The incident is the subject of almost every single talk show, yet the Ft. Hood Muslim killed the same number of people, but was given just a small fraction of publicity by the media and was ignored in a very short time.

This is a rapidly degenerating empire that we live in nowadays, and it’s getting more bizarre with each passing month.

He put on his profile under Faith that he was Agnostic – that would defiantly rule out that he was a member of the peaceful OWS movement and place his right in the Middle of the Tea Party as one who is racist trying to kick God out of America. That comment used sarcasm!

ABC should have reported that a demonic idiot goes on a shooting rampage and he might not have if we haven’t had kicked God out of our schools – he would have learned that God is going to hold everyone accountable for every word and deed they have done in their life.

Even though I agree with you that we don’t need to know the inner workings of a madman, I did find this story (at least the match dot com component) important. Atheists and other godless people always seem to clamor to stories like these and claim the perpetrator was a Christian. There were news stories in ChristianPost (which has taken a hard left over the last few years) insinuating Holmes possibly had ties to a Church. People who aren’t Born Again seem to think Church = Christian. Well, in his Match ad shown here it clearly states he was an Agnostic.

Sure, it was obvious he had no faith or was god-fearing to any Christian. This story (grim as it is) puts those pathetic conspiracy theories to rest. Other than that, it is a uselessly sensationalized story.

Why hasn’t the media mentioned that Holmes was a member of OWS, with ties to Black Bloc? Who supplied the money to an unemployed grad-school dropout to purchase the guns and ammunition? Who supplied the explosives with which he booby-trapped his apartment? Who taught him the tricks of the trade to build the booby-traps? If it was from the interwebs, which sites were they? Shouldn’t the media be looking at who supplied all the weapons, explosives, and training, rather than blaming a group to which the perp has no known ties? After the perp was arrested, and his name and age published, how was the tie-in to a much older person with the same name made?

There’s an evidence trail out there, media pukes. Get off your lazy as$es and do some real investigation. Tell us who REALLY bank-rolled and trained the perp. Condemn OWS Black Bloc, if you must condemn someone, or doesn’t that fit your libturd lunancy platform?

I do not think it is that hard to figure out. This guy was top of his class in neuroscience, I am sure he could figure out how to booby trap his apartment since it has been reported this had been in the planning for months. And what kind of training do you need to shoot at people sitting in a crowded theater?

It really bothers me that some people can not just accept the fact that there are deranged people out there capable of preforming acts of unspeakable evil. Why must everything be some grand conspiracy to you?

Good practise. Give it about two weeks when it becomes more fact-based and the usual suspects are done with their gross speculations to keep this going 24/7. FOX trots out this blonde gal (psychologist or lawyer) who looks like she could be a televangelist’s wife; she wows the viewing audience with gross generalizations and statements of the obvious that are noxiously vapid. And then, thankfully, she disappears again into relative obscurity.
What will be truly disgusting is how this will be used to step on us just a little more… for our own good. Look for the TSA II: The Theater Safety Administration. Nothing breeds govt. creep like fear and now is the time to be selling it to a receptive public. “YOU NEED US!!!”

Some people who are highly intelligent can’t live socially in society. Remember the Russell Crowe character in “A Beautiful Mind”. He was delusional in his mind, but he was extremely brilliant at the same time. I believe their is something as too intelligent where the brain operates so fast, the person can’t keep up with it. I’ve worked with brilliant Rocket Scientist and Physcist early in my career, but when it came to common sense, they lacked it. James Holmes is reported as highly intelligent. This is all speculation on my part, but I base my theory on past people and experience.

Meh, this is a conversation I had with my wife yesterday. Not all homicidal people are geniuses and not all geniuses are social clutzes. This story is causing people to make logic arguments that can’t stand up under scrutiny. The distinction to be made here is rationale planning vs. impulsive and explosive criminal behavior.
By the logic argument that really smart people are sociopaths, then obviously Anders Breivik is a genius. Not by report. What about Jared Loughner? Nope. You have to be careful here of jumping to the conclusion that smart (or genius) equates to dangerous or that dangerous or murderous equates to smart. Cunning and personality have as much to do with any success in one’s murderous exploits as intelligence. Hell, drive is a huge contributing factor.
I’ve worked in the mental health field long enough to know that people love labels and they love to diagnosis with one criterion met. This is bad practise and leads to a brand of pop psychology that sells air time for people like Dr. Phil.
I know plenty of schizophrenics with low IQs. In fact, research indicates the lower your IQ, the more likely it is you may present with a delusional disorder. But isn’t it more “sexy” to accept what Hollyweird sales? Look it up. Or don’t. The information is out there for review, but the correlation between IQ and schizophrenia is not supported by your claim.

I believe in the absent minded professor theory. Schools do not put up with highly intelligent individuals and force kids to go on ADHD meds. A side effect of that is depression. Or if they dont do the meds , they are so bored in school and start using pot. Pot is known to cause schizophrenia. Anyway I believe it is Legal and illegal drugs that are a concern. The biggest problem is not knowing one’s loving creator and not knowing that life has meaning.

The Gooch is right. Not all schizophrenics are highly intelligent. And just b/c you‘re mentally ill doesn’t mean you’re dangerous. John Nash wasn‘t and isn’t dangerous.

And not all murderers or serial killers are mentally ill, there is a difference b/w “evil” and “mentally ill”. Then there are the geniuses like my grandfather who had no psychological issues, was kind and considerate, law abiding. So I’m not really understanding your comparison.

How many kids went to school in the 1950′s? Were guns available during that time period? How many kids or young adults committed mass murder back then???

How an even obtuse mind cannot make the connection is mind-boggling.

The link betwixt marijuana and schizophrenia appears to be one of exacerbation of symptomology, not causation. Per review in these studies, it was noted that since the 1950s, marijuana use has increased exponentially while the rate of schizophrenia in society has remained stable (and, at times, seemed to have decreased… and, no, not from increased pot use).
The only thing that can be assumed from these studies is that, if you have schizophrenia in your gene pool, it might be a bad idea to smoke pot and if you’ve manifested schizophrenia, pot is arguably not for you.

I’m not big on conspiracy theories, but the one logic argument that keeps being repeated ad nauseum by progressives and the emotive types is as follows:

      1. Guns are bad. Therefore….
      2. People having guns is bad and bad people have guns. Therefore…
      3. Since guns are bad and only bad people have and use guns, the only safe thing to do is disarm the general population and have only the state be armed.

You’ve gotta wonder how someone can conclude that the state being armed is the only logical and safe recourse. Hell, with this logic argument, it is seems damn-near suicidal. Oh, well, at least all of the “bad” people can now be readily identified. I guess that makes sense….
This also brings up an eerie comparison between the war on drugs and the war on terrorism (which are inextricably linked to begin with). You need to keep drugs illegal in order to continue your war. No criminalization, no enemy to fight. Your war MUST continue so that you can keep your police powers (and bloated budget). Hmm… if this works for the war on drugs, how do agents of the state incorporate the same line of reasoning into the war on terror. “Hey. Let’s go make… er, find some terrorists.” Hmm…. Fear sure is a powerful motivator to allow authoritarians to ‘protect’ you.

Hmm, some interesting comments so far. Im not a fan of this site(the nutrition site) or anything, however my wife is a nutritionist and says that there is a lot of good info about health topics and so forth, and she is very smart and I trust her opinion that these people are worth listening to. Besides, weather you agree with these people or not, consider the questions they bring to the table. I see no hidden agenda in questioning what they are proposing here. Im not sure I buy their version about FBI and all that, but im interested about the financing, Nero background, and a few other red flags raised. If were gonna go all conspiracy, I would say the whole UN “Small Arms Treaty” thing does stand out a bit. Anyone who knows about conspiracies, knows that the only conspiracy more widely believed then JFK ass. is mind control. Im not ready to except ANY conspiracy, but I do think we should examine some of the oddities surrounding this particular horrific act. Not two hours ago Diane Feinstein was on FOX talking about Gun Control. Typical tenant of the left, but Obama said he is NOT going to go after guns. WHY? He is the most Progressive president sense FDR right? Also we have his whole “Were going under the radar to ban weapons” remark. It could be because he is playing the election game, or it could be that he knows about something much larger like the UN’s plan to ban weapons globally. IDK. @The Gooch: Mike Adams is a “new age” Self-Help goof. He’s anti-government, and anti-establishment. OWSers are his type of crowd. He constantly does stories (and promotes) people who refuse chemo et al. medical advancements, while writing and promoting other alternative treatments. He’s of the ilk who believe 9/11 conspiracies, just like most OWSers.

Thats strange my wife says she has never read ANYTHING like that from this guy, but she said it maybe true. We (My wife and I) are FAR from OCWS people. Libertarians to the core. I believe in the benefits of some holistic medicines, and in fact so does Mr. Beck. If you recall he went through a period where he had to go on that horrible diet. I have nothing but good things to say about natural health issues. Theres a reason why the Japanese culture who has a diet of all natural foods mainly consisting of vegetables and fish live longer then ANYBODY on the planet with the lowest rate of cancer as well. Here in the states we have the highest cancer rate, and eat the most processed foods. You do the math. but don’t get me wrong either. I love eating junk food. Its my choice, but I am aware of the benefits of eating healthy as well. But were way off topic. Who cares about ANY of that. What do you think about the questions raised in the article???

      ThatsJustCrazyTalk,
Thanks for the enlightenment. I believe all Truthers are foolish… yet another new age religion based on pseudo-facts.

I suspect the FBI, DEA & ATF all have some good people in those agencies (& I place them in that descending order of which I would trust them from most likely to least likely). Having said that, as the DEA depends on keeping folks fearful & sold on its ‘war on drugs’, it MUST continue to use propaganda & fear to fight a war against irrepressible human behavior. There is lots of money & power handed to this agency & many parasites who feed off the same (substance abuse tx pros, private prison industry).
The ATF is the govt.’s bumbling, slack-jawed, halfwit goon squad. I feel sorry for any person of character who chooses that entity as a career choice.
The problem in considering this event as an FBI backed ploy is this kid doesn‘t meet the criteria ol’ Napolitano & crew set forth as to whom to fear. Here’s the thing about govt. cover ups & machinations: They don’t stay covered up. I believe this kid is disturbed, his behavior was likely minimized at some point & he had the drive to make a fairly simple plan WITHOUT involving anyone else. How do people like this succeed? No one else knows its coming. People aren’t like squirrels, burying little nuggets of info. away. Nope, like this chick from the dating service, we can’t help but share. I don’t buy it, but could be wrong.

Thanks Gooch. That is exactly how I feel. Never really bought the FBI theory. Thats just silly to me, but something about this case in general feels different then any of the others I have ever seen before. Have you heard of Scopolamine? It is a drug used in Columbia that gives total mind control over a victim or target. It is used for three things robbery, rape, and murder. Every victim dosed by this horrible stuff remembers nothing and almost always shows no signs of being dosed to any passers by. They do what they are told and act very methodical and calm. Its crazy stuff. IDK, just another off the wall theory. The more I am finding about this guy the more I think he is just another sick nut job, but why it ended the way it did is as strange as how it started. Very slow and methodical and with no emotion in his attack or surrender. IDK. But thanks for the intelligent opinions I appreciate.

Okay, this is not news. Who cares? Holmes also at some point ate at a restaurant (let‘s say Denny’s) and was waited on by some gal or guy. That interaction is about as meaningful as this tripe.
I’ll bet Holmes also at some point had a dog or cat of perhaps a specific breed or color, or he once presented with an illness many (but not all) people have presented with. Wow. What a connection we have. Let’s all play Seven Degrees of James Holmes.
This is beyond stupid and meaningless.

Just asking people to take a moment to think about what it is they’re giving credibility to, that’s all. Like Holmes allegedly stated, I want to study human behavior.
Let he who is without sin…. Okay, I get it. That doesn’t make this type of “news” any more palatable or meaningful. But if you wanna wallow in the mud, that’s your choice. Just think about this for a moment: This is the type of emotive and connect the dots thinking way too many progressives depend upon. Is that how you want to function and be manipulated?

It makes me a little uneasy reading about every little detail on this guy’s life as it is exposed. This is why many of the killers do what they do – to become “famous” (or infamous). I’m not knocking The Blaze for reporting it – and people are known to have a morbid curiousity about what makes someone tick when the do the unspeakable as Holmes did…

There is no shame in feeling dirty when the Seven Degrees of Seperation with James Holmse game begins. The stories coming out now are just keeping this ugliness on a type of media life support to allow cops and pundits to drone on while a few people try to actually talk to this kid. And the general public happily chimes in and plays along; we are predictable little creatures. And yet at least 95% of the audience will have forgot this story or have details seriously screwed up in months. Most of this is about emotion and very little is fact driven beyond who this kid is, the weapons he used and the names of his victims.
Hopefully, we’ll find out which brand of coffee &/or breakfast cereal he used. Then we’ll all know to avoid it… or the sales will spike. Which do you think is more likely?

Hey, I can take it as well as I dish it out, but to call me Encinom? Man, that goes too far. And to think about the number of times I’ve ripped into that poster only to have him/her remain mute.
The only point I’m trying to make is that people are making stupid logic arguments (e.g., “If I go to the movies, I’ll be shot“ or ”All 24 year olds who go see Batman are potential threats“ or ”Because this guy used online dating, all males who use online dating are likely homicidal timebombs”) and are dutifully being led to these false conclusions by a media that will, at some point, let us know whether Holmes wore boxers or briefs. Hell, for all we know, maybe he want ‘commando.’ Is that still relevant? Nope.
This guy is (say it with me) an anomaly. Who cares what his 3rd grade gym teacher has to say?
Sorry to upset your applecart by daring you to challenge this level of stupidity. By all means, feel free to play Seven Degrees of Seperation with James Holemes. Heaven forbid The Gooch challenges you to think for yourself or deny some “ME!” Monster his/her 15 seconds of fame.
I‘ll bet ol’ Encinom is as digusted with that allegation as I am. Man, I hope so….
Thanks for the exchange. It was… different.
