Newt Gingrich remains the best candidate for President at this time in America’s history. Despite Glenn‘s misconceptions and misrepresentations of Newt’s history and his stated policies, Newt is the battle proven intellect needed to beat Obama and actually ratchet-down the scope and cost of the federal government. Santorum is okay, but he has a history of promoting liberalism while in government and while not really under pressure as a leader to make such compromise. Romney is and will be a Massachusetts brand Republican, the kind that will fold as the parade of liberal “victims” before him, the kind that will want to be liked by liberals, the kind that will work with the media and try to be thier friend and confidant.

Newt has had his chance – twice. He has NO chance of winning ANY states except maybe louisiana or texas. His southern strategy has failed two weeks in a row.

Do you like romney? if newt stays in – it will ensure a romney victory. its a shame – newt is a smart guy but his supporters do not share that trait

Newt is an “intellectual”. He intellectualizes everything just like those professors that think they can plan out everyones future. I question if he has any true core beliefs shared by conservatives. I think he is a cold calculator in it for himself and will support anything that he calculates will give him power. He identifies with conservatives yet he agrees with liberals on too many points. For God’s sake, the man sat with Nancy Pelosi in an ad promoting Global Waming nonsense. There can’t be enough idiots out there that agree with Nancy Pelosi for that to have been a “wise” move in any sense. Newt has not the heart of a conservative and cannot be trusted.

I believe now is the time for the a hardcore conservative argument to be made without concessions, without backing down. I believe that only someone that truly believes in the conservative way can make this argument in a convincing manner. Newt will either come across as cocky or he will put you to sleep intellectualizing. Obama is the devil. You don’t debate the devil. You drive a stake thru his heart out in the open for all the world to see! Obama is easy to defeat because he’s sooo F.O.S.. Just get in his face and tear his heart out! We need a gutty ORATOR LIKE Hitler to put BO in his place in front of all. Obama has no balls- he’s a snake. Like Toni Montana said, “… the only thing that gives orders in this world is balls“ and ”All I have inthis world is my balls and my word and I don’t break them f

Because Fox and Drudge are in the tank for Shxty Mitty.

I think sometimes the LSM is also because there is so little difference between Obama/Romney. Voters might as well stay with the devil they know.

Also, Obama would rather be up against Romney if the Supreme Court rules AGAINST that RomneyCare/ObamaCare mandate. If the Supreme Court votes AGAINST the mandate, then Romney AND Obama are at an EVEN DRAW. Both men lose.

However if Santorum or Gingrich is Obama’s opponent and the Supreme Court rule ObamaCare/RomneyCare mandate not Constitutional – OBAMA ALONE LOSES. That court decision will be sued to beat him up.

      Lets talk gingrich…
I remember after the missouri/MN primary, newt had his news conference and said that his strategy was to win a bunch of super tuesday states and be ‘on par’ with mitt romney after super tuesday…Well, super tuesday came and went but he only won georgia.

Then last week he said his strategy would be to win all the states from georgia to texas. Now he has lost miss/alabama…

How in the world can he justify staying in the race??? There is no way santorum drops out, so the best newt can do is get a few more delegates in the south. It becomes increasingly clear that newt is working for romney. A vote for newt is a vote for romney. If newt was serious about a convention, then he would drop out because the only way we can get to a convention is if he stops splitting the vote with santorum. Anyways, newt could still throw his name in the hat during a brokered convention.

    Romneycide
A GOP engineered, Romney coronation will forever be known as “Romneycide”

Isn’t it funny how so many people who are tired of the same old thing, go for the same old thing election after election

    Romney = ObamaLITE
37 reasons why conservatives will not support OBOMNEY.

1 Both civility hypocrites. After scorch earthing 10 to 1 outspending his Republican opponents with negative ads before every election, Romney calls for civility (knowing his opponents don’t have the money to scorch earth him back and winking at his super packs)

2 Both have “Putin” arrogant moments (show their chests off for publicity to proof their virility. Remember Obama bare chested on the beach. Here’s Romney

      http://www.canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/39748

11 Both BOUGHT and PAID for media to cheer lead and/or media blackout negative news for them. Everyone knows about NBC and Obama. But no one knows about Romney.
11a Premiere Radio Network, which is a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications. Clear Channel Communications owns not only many talk radio stations (like Rush Limbaugh), but also many billboards around the country. In 2008 Clear Channel Communications was bought by Bain Capital, which was founded by anti-Birther and GOP 2008/2012 Presidential candidate, Mitt Romney. World Net Daily and Corsi were both refused commercial time on any Clear Net Channel media to talk about Obama’s INELIGIBLIBITY to be president. Why? Because the same reason Obama is disqualified – so is Mitt Romney.

11b. Along with those east coast liberals will be Romney’s Bain Capital which owns Clear Channel which in turn owns the radio stations that broadcast conservative talk radio and on which FOX NEWS RADIO has the contract to deliver the news. I LOVE IT! Alinskyites ALWAYS clumsily expose their fear of Constitutional restoration. So predictable with the repeated contradiction of… “Ron Paul can’t win”… not seeming to realize… that CLAIMING THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE… only illustrates their fear… that he CAN win. And adding an expired race card is always the mark of a truly desperate individual. It‘s WONDERFUL to see that Ron Paul’s message of Constitutional liberty is SCARING THE BAJEEBERS outta some Establishment folk.

Ron Paul 2012! Constitutional law, liberty, sound money, nonintervention, strong defense and peace.

What if the GOP came out on Wednesday morning, and stated that we have now declared that the “Ticket We will run, will BE Mitt,Rick” ,because we know that is the ONLY way to defeat Obama in the fall. We have figured it out, Mitt will fix the Economy, and Rick will be in charge of all Defense, Military, and Foreign Policy. Then we not only get to run against “Obama’s Economy”,but we also get to run Santorum’s Defense Policy…ie…“Israel”, against Joe “divide Iraq 3 ways?” Biden.
SERIOUSLY, Think about it? They come out and announce THAT!
Then take a poll of Likely Voters…..

            WE WIN 65%, 35% !

Not only that, it’s a GREAT BUMPERSTICKER!

      True.

If Newt or Santorum had gotten out, Romney would not be in the lead – one of them would be.

But Newt and Santorum are splitting the voters leaving Romney a weak front runner grabbing all the delegates.

For example, if newt was not in the race – santorum would have gotten >50% of the vote tonight. In that scenario, santorum would get almost all the delegates.

However, because newt is in the race and they split the vote, romney will get almost as many delegtes as santorum. This how romney has managed to build a delegate lead…

I saw the Constitution Party on my ballot in 2008 and I almost voted for them over that RINO John McLame. I ended up voting for the Sarah Palin part of that ticket.

This year I will almost definitely be voting for the Constitution Party nominee whoever he is or the Libertarian Party nominee.

It is pathetic that the GOP and dems have made it so a 3rd party cannot get in the race. These two parties are so close together in big government etc ideas – especially with some candidates like Romney/Snowe/Graham/McCain/Murkowski and Brown.

Something has got to give. Either the Republican throw out the RINO‘s who should be running as dems or the Ron Paul supporters and people who don’t like BiG Government, 900 bases around the world, tons of regulations, RomneyCare/ObamaCare, and endless wars – need to go over the Constitution or Libertarian Party. . Isn’t it funny how so many people who are tired of the same old thing, go for the same old thing election after election

      Romney = ObamaLITE
