Jon Stewart Creates Muslim ‘Qu’osby Show’

Remember when Katie Couric asked a few months ago if America needed a “Muslim Cosby Show” in order get rid of “Islamaphobia?” Regular readers of this site know that one exists — in Canada.

But since our neighbors to the north are so far ahead of us, Jon Stewart decided to try and jumpstart the American version by having one of his Daily Show correspondents, funny man Aasif Mandvi, create a pilot episode for the American “Qu’osby show.”

The segment does included parts of an actual pilot, but also a focus group cleverly edited to fit Couric’s Islamaphobia stereotype. We’ll let you decide who Stewart and Mandvi are mocking more:

Sure were all just in stitches John Stewart …How about we have a show where they cut off heads. In the name of Muhammad. When the day comes I just wonder if he will defend himself or just try to be funny as they kill him. The left learns one by one as see this past week …These aren’t the cute funny furry little people they think they are. Especially when their gang rapping or blowing something up. So go ahead john just climb the wall and go pet one…. it will be fine….The rest of us will all watch …

This is no joking matter. All the comedy in the world will not change the mind of the extremist muslims You would think Jonathan Stewart Leibovitz would know better. I can’t quite understand liberal Jewish people. Will he wake up when they wipe Israel off the face of the map? Many muslims have said they want Israel destroyed. You don’t have to look to hard to find this sentiment.

Have you not watched Jeff Dunham’s show with his terrorist puppet character. It is a riot. Humor is always based in truth. That’s why these segments are so funny. Even the, seemingly, stereotypical jabs are based in truth, i.e. the terrorist uncle, blowing up, etc. These are facts about many muslim sects at large, and they are made fun of…not light of so much. The Islamic faiths are really a joke anyway.. a dangerous joke, but a joke.

I simply laughed……it showed, to me anyway, the absurdity of such a show. I have also watched several of the Mosque on the Prarrie episiodes and found much of them to be funny. They also show the absurdity of the affect of dumbing down our awareness in regards to the dangers within our nation and the world at large regarding evil Islamic forces.

I have already made my mind up, long ago, that the quran is not the will of any god because satan is NOT a god….he is a looser. And, I have already decided that the muslim faith (worldly government without a god) is a danger everywhere it exists. To have a show like this or LMOTP , in light of current events, reveals the absurdities of the faith.

People! Are we awake? Are we praying? Are we humbled yet?

If we are not on the verge of the Rapture, we are so close. Please, read and study your Bibles. Check on your friends and family to see where they are “spiritually”. JESUS is coming soon for HIS kids and you do not want to be left behind in a world without CHRISTIANS.

These people, the left, the marxists, communists are mocking GOD. If we CHRISTIANS continue to permit this, GOD will not, HE cannot have mercy on us. We must stand up for GOD against satan. Remember, ” HE WHO is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” And, “WE are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.” We are told the world will hate us for we are not of the world, but only in it for a while. “People, get ready, JESUS IS COMING!”

“If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

      You reminded of this scripture:

      2 Peter 3:3-7 (NIV)
3 Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 4 They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.” 5 But they deliberately forget that long ago by God’s word the heavens came into being and the earth was formed out of water and by water. 6 By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. 7 By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.

If they just show them we are trying to understand them they will like us. They want to be liked more then they want to be alive. Just look at the reporters in Egypt. Anderson Cooper was incredulous he wasn’t adored for broadcasting the revolution. The same idiots that think they can reason with people who say convert or be beheaded have no idea they will be the first. Does Katie Couric actually think she would be allowed to speak her mind uncovered? look at happened to a reporter from her own network. She was GANG rapped in front of everyone for being there be accused of being a Jew. What these progressives are doing is akin to Jews that helped the Nazi leadership in the ghettos. They helped their own be lead to the slaughter.
The first to go will be their constituents – gays, ethics groups, woman, mentally handicapped, handicapped, and jews (one still supporting them)

The genius of this skit is that I don’t it gave muslims or the citizens a pass. It was hillarious and showed the ignorance of Katy Couric and the whole idea of a muslim Cosby show. The panel of people watching the show were believeable and it didn’t portray them in a negative light.I couldn’t stop laughing. I’m not a fan of Jon Stewart, but this was probably the funniest and well done skits he has ever done, especially with such a sensitive subject matter.

Tubbs and Crockett were married homosexuals? The country’s coming unravelled faster than I thought. I liked the guy who suggested Uncle Rahib, the closet-jihadist-Bedouin who lives in a sandbox in the basement. That was FUNNY.

Now this here’s some REAL western art!”

@ Clinker. U R right. They dont understand that when it comes to Muslims, the liberals are hiding and running away from the reality…. people are not afraid of Muslims and Islamic extremism based on False Expectations Appearing Real. But real FEAR based on what they see…..

and in this case the liberals are the Nazi Sympathizers

I couldn’t have stated that better. I concur; these liberal media dolts think that their subversive and cowardice ideology will endear themselves to these radical Islamic animals. Much like the lonely white kid at an all black school, he thinks if he acts like, looks like and talks like, they won’t turn on him for his desperate assimilation. But in fact these foolish or shall we say (fascist) progressives will too meet a similar fate, you can’t reason with a lower, unevolved intellect.

I’m pretty sure the point The Daily Show is trying to make is that a lighthearted comedy is not going to end prejudice. There are people out there who want to believe that all Muslims are terror loving rapists who murder babies and making a comedy showing Muslims as everyday Americans isn’t going to change their minds. They only want to see portrayals of Muslims that fit their world view.

Look, for example, at the horrible assault of Laura Logan. The anti-Muslim crowd claims that this horrible act is an example of the evil of Muslim culture, but they forget that the people who rescued her were also Muslims. And the absurdity of what the people on the panel on the Daily Show are saying is extremely obvious because the person they are saying this to is a Muslim. I especially like the person who claimed Islam had great marketing. If Islam had awesome marketing, I don’t think so many people would think they were all terrorists.

Isn’t it time for someone to create a t.v. show that shows liberals for what they really are like?

That would be hysterical. I’d love to laugh out loud when they are shown for the hypocrites, liars, racists, and everything else they are. Most of them anyway.
