Joy Behar Compares ‘Illiterate’ Sarah Palin to ‘Jock Itch’

I’ll let NewsBusters tell you what happened, but let’s just say it includes Joy Behar calling Sarah Palin “illiterate” while comparing her to “jock itch,“ and also a panel member piling on by making the curious charge that Palin is ”anti-semetic:”
On Thursday’s Joy Behar Show on HLN, host Behar quipped that former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin has returned “like jock itch,” after playing a clip of Palin on Fox News Channel making fun of CBS anchor Katie Couric. Behar: “I give Sarah Palin credit. She’s out of favor. She’s out of the limelight. And then, suddenly, she’s back like jock itch, and just as snarky as ever.”
After commentary from her panel members for the segment, the HLN host ended up cracking that Palin is reminding people that she’s “illiterate” because the former Alaska governor also alluded to her own answer to Couric’s question about what she reads. Behar: “I think that she learned from being on Saturday Night Live that the way to reconstruct your image is to take the joke on yourself. But all she‘s doing is reminding us that she’s illiterate.”
Panel member and actor Josh Gad then oddly suggested that Palin has a history of making anti-Semitic jokes as he chimed in: “I miss her anti-Semitic jokes so much.”

How unfortunate to have two such unmannerly people spewing venom at people of honor and integrity. Literate people generally do not have time to waste on this form of ignorance, but sometimes morbid curiosity may get the better of us. I sent a long email to the HLN website on their contact link. I have no idea if they even understand when someone else speaks from a different perspective than they do but they are following the lead of the their Leader:

Obama is mean spirited,
Obama is petty and petulant,
Obama mocks his opponents personally instead of discussing policy differences,
Obama constantly uses straw men arguments using false premises.
Obama uses the talking points that are developed and perpetuated by the Left Wing Media.
Obama epitomizes the vitriole he railed against in Arizona on a daily basis.
Obama is not the agenda setter. He is the salesman. Obama is a Marianette. He is not the puppet master. Media Matters, the Unions, Center For American Progress, Planned Parenthood and the multiple Soros organizations are the ones setting the agenda. Obama is just the salesman and the fundraiser.
His attitude and actions have not only set our country back 50 years, he has also set the Office of the Presidency and the inherent respect it used to hold back at least 20 years. Is that office given any more respect now by our allies or our enemies than we had after Nixon or Clinton? I would argue not. Our allies don’t respect us. Our enemies don’t fear us.
And all HLN can find to talk about is an American Citizen and Grandmother who they don’t like.
Joy has no life. She has no real family. She despises marriage and most of the time men. She mistakes being a SmartA$$ for being Smart. If she didnt’ spend so much time tearing down others, you could almost feel sorry for her.
