‘Just Shut the Hell Up’: MSNBC’s Scarborough Blasts Those Calling Jeb Bush a RINO

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough lashed out at conservatives who have been calling former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush a “RINO” (Republican In Name Only) for his recent critical comments about the Republican Party, telling them to “shut the hell up” and “stay in your mother’s basement“ and ”eat your Cheetos.”

Bush has been quoted extensively in recent days calling the current GOP “short-sighted” and charging that his father or Ronald Reagan would have been rejected for “finding some degree of common ground.”

“Jeb Bush’s Republican Party is the party of the future,“ Scarborough said on ”Morning Joe” Tuesday. “Joe Scarborough’s Republican Party is the future of the Republican Party. You know, I’ve had people come up to me hysterically over the past couple of years, screaming and yelling. And I say put your hair out. I guarantee my way forward is the future, not yours. Your Republican Party is in the past, my Republican Party is the future.”

He continued, saying “his” GOP is going to take care of long-term debt, be responsible on Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, hold government accountable and try to keep taxes low.

“You know, you can go online and act like a jackass and say what you want to say. And now everybody is calling Jeb Bush a RINO. Just shut the hell up,” Scarborough said. “You can stay in your mother’s basement, you can eat your Cheetos, you can type on your dinty laptop, you can do that, that’s all you got.”

“But you are not the future of the Republican Party, so just keep screaming at your walls downstairs, your day is done.”

I would love to see someone ask Joe Scarborough about the dead intern found in his congressional office in 2001. Her name was Lori Klausutis and the investigation was a joke.

Interesting. Makes me wonder if they blackmailed him about an affair, and when he then abandoned his party in all but name they made the problem go away, but made sure she died in his office so they had something even worse to blackmail him with if he ever got out of line in the future. Or, he just could have killed her himself. But if that was the case I doubt the story would have been buried in the media. The progressives are the ones that control the media, not the party they blackmailed him into betraying.

That’s funny coming from a guy who actually doesn’t even qualify to be called a RINO. Joe Scarborough is a Republican in his own mind, there’s a big difference. Just watch the clip and ask yourself how his rant is any different from how a typical liberal acts. Demonize, berate, and tell them to shut up. Nice try Joe. This is an awesome video showing how we’re wtaching th Obama campaign go from Bizarro World to Bozo World. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-OPf1dK-qlE

Joe’s just mad because Americans are starting to spot all the progressives who have creeped into the Reuplican party. And now their fake two party system that is actually only one party will change to a real two party system. As the Rinos are expelled.

      Exactly!!!!!!

Notice how the ESTABLISHMENT RINOs zeroed in on Mitt Romney FIRST!! They tripped over themselves to get in front of the camera.

We ALL know the BIG RINOs – McCain, Graham, Jeb Bush, ALL BUSHES, Snowe, Collins, Brown, Chris Christy, Sanunu, ….. EVERY ONE OF THEM PULLED OUT ALL THE STOPS TO GET THEIR RINO Mitt Romney nominated and ATTACKED VICIOUSLY all other GOP candidates and boo hooed/cried foul when the candidates and their supporters fought back against Shxxty Mitty.

Every one of these RINOs – including Romney(care) – are for KEEPING BIG GOVERNMENT STATUS IN PLACE. They are for endless wars, trashing constitutional amendments “to keep us safe” , welfare for ALL corporations from sugar growers to oil companies and helped create massive tax loopholes for their buddies. They are as bad as their liberal buddies.

I must now make a formal apology to Glenn Beck as I have labeled him a traitor to the constitution for his support of other RINO’s in the past. Hats off Glenn, by the posts here you are doing a good job educating your followers. I have attacked you before, but it appears that you are informing the masses, and I for one have a new found respect for you. Keep up the good work and lets boot these RINO neo cons out of Washington. It would appear that the Liberty movement and the far right might just find common ground before our nation falls off a cliff, what a day that would be when in unison we throw the bums out!

I lived in Florida under Jeb Bush, worked for government agencies and held a local level political appointment during his 8 years (even met with him in his own office) He’s a perfectly nice guy, but we had rampant corruption and mismanagement throughout Florida, had to live through numerous scandals & ugly headlines and mostly Jeb seemed to take the “ostrich approach” to handling them. It was beyond frustrating to those of us “on the frontlines” with no back-up from Tallahassee who seemed more concerned with PR than actually solving a problem.

…so basically, Joe, kiss my butt. Jeb has earned some criticism.

I resigned myself to voting YET AGAIN for voting for the LESSER OF TWO EVILS – Mitt Romney.

But if Romney chooses another RINO (Jeb Bush, Condeleeza Rice, Chris Christy or Rubio), screw the GOP. I will vote straight GOP for senate/House on my ballot but will vote for Libertarian Party and/or Constitutional Party presidential candidate. If Obama wins – so be it. Our republic is dying – might as well get it over with quickly instead of kicking the can down the road and slowly eroding it under a RINO 2012 combo.

As for Jeb Bush, I lived in Florida under Jeb Bush.

The BEST I can say is Jeb Bush is BETTER than a democrat so I voted for him. Jeb is NOT a conservative. .

The BEST I can say about why I voted for George Bush Jr (twice) is he was BETTER than a democrat. Geroge Bush was DEFINITELY not a conservative. I refuse to watch The Five because Dana Perino – a RINO- just like her boss is co-host.

The BEST I can say about why I voted for Bush SR (ONCE – 2nd time voted for Ross Perot and Clinton won) is that I did NOT want to vote for Clinton or Bush because there was little difference between them. George Sr was a RINO also. All the Bushes are including Barbara who suggested Pailin “GO BACK TO ALASKA” and Laura and her daughter who AFTER George left office ADMITTED they are pro-choice and for gay marriage.

A few words on Glenn’s hateful vitriol claiming barry is a racist,
eric holder, the ultra-racist appointed by barry. Numerous quotes from his book claiming that white people are the problem. Press releases claiming that barry wil not try to get the white vote. The white police acted stupidly. His white grandma’s typically white ignorance, etc, etc.

If only Joe would speak like that about Progressives/Liberals. He never misses an opportunity to bash Conservatives and Republicans. Even if the story of the day is about something a Democrat does wrong, he will absolutely go out of his way to make sure to remind the viewers that Republicans do it too! He trully does the country a disservice by not challenging the bigotry/stupidity on his show each morning. He has to wait for Michael Steele to be a guest before a Liberal is actually properly challenged. And don’t get me started on that air-head, empty-dress blonde on his show. What a moron!

They want to keep the Bush family in the future Republican party because the Republican party is run by RINO’s.

I‘ll bet the Bush family cut a deal with Romney during the primaries and they’re trying to test the Bush name to determine if he’s and acceptable VP choice.

While I don’t like Scarborough, Jeb’s no RINO.

I’ve lived in Florida most of my life. I voted for the guy three times. Trust me. He’s much more conservative than either his father or his brother.

As to his comments, he’s correct in saying the GOP needs to find some common ground with Dems if anything is going to get done. The GOP just needs to start meeting them on the Center-Right rather than falling for the Overton game of meeting them on the Center-Left, as they have over the past several decades. That’s something that the GOP is been terrible at for a very long time.

BTW: Florida’s not lacking in strong Conservatives.
