Justin Bieber ‘Attacker’ in NYC Allegedly Turns Out to be Undercover Cop

While in New York City today promoting his new fragrance, pop singer Justin Bieber was signing autographs outside Macy’s in Midtown Manhattan. That’s apparently when he was rushed by a crazed fan, causing Beiber’s security team to step in and Beiber himself to get defensive. But there’s just one problem. The “crazed fan” was allegedly an undercover cop who actually tried to step in to control the crowd.

TMZ reports:

A member of Justin Bieber’s personal security team was cited for disorderly conduct today after the singer had a frightening run-in with an undercover cop in NYC … but it was all one MAJOR misunderstanding.

Bieber was signing autographs outside of Macy’s when the crowd became unruly … and a plainclothes police officer rushed to help the singer.

Problem is — Bieber didn’t know the guy was a cop — so when the cop got close to Justin … Bieber got defensive thinking he was a crazy fan.  A member of Bieber’s security team immediately grabbed the cop and tried to pull him away.

The cop quickly identified himself — and cited the security team member for disorderly conduct.

ABC7 in New York originally reported that Bieber was “assaulted” by an unidentified man outside Macy’s when the singer went outside to address the crowd:

Witnesses say when Justin Bieber came out the doors an unidentified man jumped a barrier and knocked the teen sensation to the ground.

Bieber was not injured but appeared to be very ‘shaken up’.

Witnesses say Bieber was swinging back at the man.

Video posted on YouTube shows a birds-eye view of the incident (language warning):

TMZ reports that the cop and Bieber’s security team did get the situation sorted out.

I would punish my teenage girl if she acted like that…..the screams echoing between the buildings sound like the voices in Ex-Congress pencil neck Anthony Weiner‘s head while he is wrenchin’ one off in the congressional gym showers after he just sent a tweet to a teenage memeber of the marching band at your hometown highschool.

Clearly Bieber‘s PR machine is coordinated with Beiber’s security machine to fake a riot incident just to get Bieber into the news and win some free buzz interest in his new perfume line….Sadly the BLAZE fell for it.

Here again is another example how cops by new interpretation of overly broad authority abused power to cite or arrest bystanders who he was supposively helping to protect because of his own rash actions; cop was rash and unreasonable since he did not identify self as an officer, maybe rash to act at all then more emotionally rash citing security for doing their jobs.

I used to love your show but it went to hell right along with that new gay introduction.

You know, as much as I love & respect Glenn, the $4.95 to see his new show kinda bothers me too.
Kinda like the dregs left over from the coffee pot. This shows me a totally different side of Glenn. Just glad I’m not the only one to catch on to this uncomfortable feeling. Plus, I don’t have credit cards.

Disorderly conduct? What a damned joke.

Its getting to be that you can’t look at a cop without being cited for “being mean to a police officer.”

The UC didnt id himself before rushing in- so the security officer was well within his rights. Should have not be cited.
A under cover cop isnt a cop until he id’s himself- up to that point, security could have taken him to the ground if need be.
But common sence isnt common anymore- biggest problem in this country. Still dont know why this kid is news in the first place.

That ticket should be Torn up, Undercover Cops have no place in “Crowd Control”

I am sooo tried of the over use of Undercover, Plain Clothes, and Unmarked Cars

It allows for FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR too much abuse of authority by actual police and more and more people POSING as police since no one can really tell who the police are any more since anyone could be a cop, so a stalker only has to say “Hey I am undercover cop” and get full access

It is part of the movement to feminize America. Hollywood and the rock and roll industry find little girlish **** dudes, and then push them as the latest craze. Girls that come from families that have no real man in the house, end up thinking these sissified little wussies are the example of what is right.
