Karl Rove Thinks That Palin Will Join 2012 Race

Karl Rove Thinks Palin Will Run For President

recently released internet video has renewed speculation that Sarah Palin will run for President. Former top George W. Bush advisor Karl Rove thinks that the former Alaska Governor’s Labor Day weekend speech is her last chance to join the race, and he believes that she will jump in:

Rove said Palin “has a schedule next week that looks like that of a candidate, not a celebrity,” and predicts that her keynote speech at the Tea Party of America’s “Restoring America” event in Iowa on September 3 could be her announcement. Washington Examiner on how Rove thinks Palin will address the fundraising challenges of coming in this late:

“A late entry into Iowa always raises questions about whether a candidate has the time to raise money, build an organization and meet voters face-to-face.  Rove was asked whether a Palin candidacy might operate from ‘a different playbook’ — that is, one that does not touch the traditional bases in Iowa.  ‘She thinks the normal rules don’t apply,’ Rove said.  ‘If you’re Sarah Palin, you just show up and the money comes and the organization comes and the people come.’”

Rove has reportedly been one of the several key national Republican players holding out hope for either Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan or New Jersey Governor Chris Christie to run for President. Rove has also made negative comments in the last week about Texas Governor and emerging contender Rick Perry.

She would have to be nuts to run. She is making tons of money and has a life. Im afraid she will be over exposed if her family is not already. Her family needs some privacy and a life. I think she is better as a commentator, pundit etc. Rove usually has good information so it is possible but I think it would be unwise.

I think Perry is going to choose a wild card VP. Im hoping for West or Rubio. I think he will surprise us. I do not think it will be Bachman or Romney. no way jose.

Same statements could be applied to Palin. She may have more proven strength, as strong a character and easily as much integrity. Her answers aren’t as inspiring.

Of course we have had the pleasure of great talker for the past few years and what has that gotten us if our great talker is really an empty suit or just needs to spend more money until he finally has a plan. All we need to do is spend more money and we will all be prosperous.

Exactly. I have to wonder why so many attacks on Perry? And with the whitehouse being caught directing internet searches to their Obamacare propaganda site, how reliable is the internet anymore? He did reverse his decision and said he hadn’t been well enough informed. What I worry about is the Communist party is endorsing Ron Paul? (At least that’s what I read somewhere). And anarchists like Ron Paul. I used to like him, but I don’t like the “let Iran have as many nukes as they want” part. I agree with staying out of other country’s business, but when someone who hates us that much and has sworn to wipe Israel off the map, that’s not a good idea.

      - your son is a trade union boss counting on trade union blackmail for job security
      - your daughter is a military brass counting on war as a career opportunity
      - you like other people to do exactly as was told in your church.
      - you a Jewish person with inner insecurities and wrongly think that Ron Paul is against Israel.
      - you really like abortions even though your friends know you as “conservative”

Ron Paul’s ideas sound very good to me, I will vote for his message of individual liberty, sound money, peace and small government within the constitutional limits. Free people do not want to be ruled.

Fox News has officially taken a position with the GOP elites by placing anti- tea party pundits like Karl Rove on every show in their schedule. They attack the citizens of the tea party un-challenged by anyone every hour in prime time. I am surprised that a network would be so biased when being less biased has made them so popular but then when you are talking about the money that comes out of Washington I guess its hard for them to refuse.

Porky Karl Rove is the quintessential fat, pot-bellied party boss, sitting in a dimly lit, smoke filled room, chewing on a cigar dissing everyone in his party who he cannot directly control.

It is types like him who is responsible for failed, non-competitive candidates, like John McCain and Bob Dole. He likes those types, because they’re mainstream party types who toe the party line. He despises people who want to think and act outside the narrow limits of what he believes is an “everyman’s” candidate, and he’s usually always wrong.

It was Rove who was responsible for influencing George Bush to push for amnesty and also the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. And it was these policies that caused the Republicans to lose the White house in 2006. Rove, with his lackey Bush, almost destroyed the Republican party.

If the Democrats hadn’t elected a radical leftist to the presidency, the Republicans would still be in the minority in the House of Representatives too.

This man, Rove, is about as far away from the principles of the Tea Party as Obama, only in a different way.

      1. Less questions to Rick Perry so he does not stumble fro Bilderberg’s prepared talking points.
      2. Less time for people to hear truth from Dr. Ron Paul.

I find contridictions in your posts. On one hand you can see her as VP to Paul, but in others you call her industrial-complex owned, or just a simple appeasment to conservatives.

Are you really a Palin supporter, but can’t backtrack on your Paul support? If so, you are welcome in the fold. :-)

Face it. Her negative numbers are far too high. sarah palin running would secure barack obamas second term, its basically common knowledge. Every poll that puts her against obama, she loses by a landslide.

i need to see more brains out of my candidate. she doesn’t appear to know much of anything, and only fields scripted interviews from her employer at fox. if she runs for president, it will just be so that she can remain relevant, so she can scam more money from rubes for the next 4 years.

and before you say something like “obama isn’t all that smart either”, misses the point. of course obama suuuuccckks. Comparing a turd to another turd doesn’t get us anywhere.

All right, first off, these links AREN‘T from Alex Jones’s website. Second, I use a presidential candidate’s political history and voting record to determine how he/she would act as President. Sure, Rick Perry’s checkered past may have been years earlier, but I know all too well that politicians have a history of taking their shady pasts along with them, regardless of how many years that may have passed by. This is why I always take the words of ANY presidential candidate as a grain of salt, but if you want to vote for a candidate based solely on his/her speeches and religious background, I have absolutely no problem with you doing that. I guarantee that you’ll be voting for more of the status quo and more broken guarantees with that sort of mentality.

Your right. Ron paul gets a lot of his support from Anarchists and those Communists that prod the Anarchists into action. Ron Paul runs as a Republican only out of convenience, he’s actually a true Libertarian. And True Libertarian philosophy is closely aligned with chaos. A Ron Paul presidency would be a disaster for the USA…. Here’s an example:
“If Ron Paul were to actually win, he would indeed fail to smash the state entirely. That is neither his intention nor his promise. However, he would clearly move American society far closer toward the anarchist ideal.” ~ By Anthony Gregory

Anyone who believes frisking 6 year old girls and wiretapping random citizens under the guise of “protecting” us is a good idea, really needs to take of the blinders and re-evaluate their mind-set. The “Patriot Act” is a way to carry out their agenda and take away your liberties and freedoms. It is what Mark Levin calls Slow Tyranny. It is anything BUT patriotic !!!!

“Neo con” can mean many different things (BTW, I remember that Sen. Paul Tsongas was described as a “neo liberal”), but your use of “neo con” in postings on the Blaze smacks of Jew hating.
Wikipedia is not the best souce of info in the world, but it basically sets forth my independent observations:

Some writers and intellectuals have argued that criticism of neoconservatism is often a euphemism for criticism of Zionist Jews, and that the term has been adopted by the political left to stigmatize support for Israel. In The Chronicle of Higher Education, Robert J. Lieber warned that criticism of the 2003 Iraq War had spawned[74]

a conspiracy theory purporting to explain how [American] foreign policy… has been captured by a sinister and hitherto little-known cabal. A small band of neoconservative (read, Jewish) defense intellectuals… has taken advantage of 9/11 to put their ideas over on [Bush]… Thus empowered, this neoconservative conspiracy, “a product of the influential Jewish-American faction of the Trotskyist movement of the ‘30s and ’40s” ([Michael] Lind)… has fomented war with Iraq… in the service of Israel’s Likud government (Patrick J. Buchanan and [Eric Alterman).

**** I’m not going to brand you with any sentiments that you do not have, but you should be aware of the association that the “neo con” term connotes. ****
Also, AARP sent me a membership card. I tore it up.

RON PAUL is brilliant enough to let Israel off the U.N. / U.S. leash that has been stopping them from cleaning IRAN’s clock. That way, they would be dis-armed and it would keep us out of it !!!
Israel has 300 nukes and a incredibly powerful and highly technical, military force. It CAN and WILL defend themselves !!!! RON PAUL would have the U.S. step in, if needed ! It says in the Constitution our government is to provide for the common DEFENSE, not global OFFENSE !!!!!

I thought about how Israel could “clean their clock” and that was a gripe I had against Bush, that he didn’t let them. But he did state that he wants to stay clear of all foreign affairs. That’s cool with me as long as we somehow support Israel. He seemed to be concerned that we were furnishing Israel weapons. Then the other thing is nuclear power. I want to see that gone, and he is for using it and not developing oil fields so as to spar comptetition in cleaner fuels such as nuclear power. He also wants to leave it to states to legalize prostitution. Guess being a Christian.. that seems weird to me. I will still vote for him if Palin doesn’t run. BANTER, you are correct that Mrs Palin has been vetted like no candidate before her. And do you know what probably the most well know result of that “vetting” is? It is the belief that she actually said, “I can see Russia from my house.” in an interview. THAT is the level of ignorance that she, and we are fighting against.

Agreed. That comment alone should show the people that journalism is dead, and TMZ is the fourth branch of government.

No matter the candidate, we have an uphill battle, because too many people rely on “Obama’s money.” They will never vote to shoot the gift horse.

Well, Mr. Intellectual. Tell us what is your ideal Presidential candidate and V.P. would be.

PROBIE, My IDEAL president? ME. And my running mate would be irrelevant. The downside to “idealizing” things like this is that I have the same chance that Palin and Paul do of being elected. Now, if you want to talk about things that have an actual chance of coming to pass, you let me know and I’ll educate you on that topic, too.

Not sure who you intended for the question, but if it was me – Palin is obvious, but I am a big fan of Jim DeMint. Any politician who states publicly that he is prepared to lose his seat by voting on truth and principle fits my ideals, and our founders, ideals on serving.
