Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa (D) blasted the Republican Party platform on Sunday, calling it something that “looks like it’s from 1812″ with regard to health care and immigration.
“If you look at their platform, the 2012 platform it looks like it’s from another century and maybe even two — it looks like it’s from 1812,” Villaraigosa, the chairman of the Democratic National Convention, said on “Fox News Sunday.”
He continued, “When you see they want to repeal the Affordable Care Act providing 32 million people with health care with no alternative plan of their own. They call for the self-deportation of 11 million people — no country in the world has ever done that. They don’t believe in abortion even in the case of rape and incest. It’s a platform that’s from another century.”
Fox News’ Chris Wallace pointed out that Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney is on record supporting abortion in cases of rape and incest.
Villaraigosa went on to say that the Democrats have “a plan to take us forward,“ adding later that former President Ronald Reagan ”would be turning in his grave to hear some of the words that came out of the people at the Republican convention” with regard to the party’s “voodoo economics.”

Posted on September 2, 2012 at 4:30pmLife was good in 1812. No one had ever heard of the state being over run with violence, crime, drive by shootings, and legions of people sucking off of the taxes generated by the hard work of others. All while the takers spew hatred and demonize the workers who pay for their lifestyle. Reagan would be turning over in His grave but not for the reason Villaraigosa thinks. Reagan would despise what the democrats and liberals in general have done to His once great state.
“Villaraigosa went on to say that the Democrats have a plan to take us forward”

DEMOCRATS want a population they can control!
Margaret Sanger started Planned Parenthood to abort black babies!
Every inner city plantation slave lives on their entitlements, much like the slave owners before the civil war. They are crowded in inner city low income housing, living on food stamps, and every four years are promised false hopes of a brighter future. But, kept under the thumb of gov’t dole and promises of freebies, they end up still poor; without jobs, and poorly educated. Without jobs and decent teachers how are they supposed to improve their lifestyle? They can’t! Democrat laws keep them poor and they vote they way the are told will bring more freebies. It’s a vicious circle that causes men, women and especially their children to live in this slavery. Obama’s heros are Mao and Che, do they really think O will bring them freedom from drugs, violence and slavery?
