Latest Epic Viral Video Beck Remix Features Entranced…Donald Duck

Glenn has been mocked, parodied, pilloried, satirized, smeared, caricatured and lampooned in just about every conceivable way. But this, to our knowledge, is the first long-form Donald Duck cartoon remix to explore Glenn’s “seemingly sympathetic voice.”  Don’t miss the violent ending!

Via Rebellious Pixels:

This is a re-imagined Donald Duck cartoon remix constructed using dozens of classic Walt Disney cartoons from the 1930s to 1960s. Donald’s life is turned upside-down by the current economic crisis and he finds himself unemployed and falling behind on his house payments. As his frustration turns into despair Donald discovers a seemingly sympathetic voice coming from his radio named Glenn Beck.

Of course it’s out of context, but I will admit that it’s very funny. The interesting thing is, the creator indicted himself because Donald wouldn‘t have lost his job in the first place had he not been sucked in to the ’class envy’ mindset by liberal radio. Being jealous of the boss and responding by being a bad employee resulted in Donald being fired. Seems to me he should have turned off the liberal media at the beginning. Maybe he’d still have a job.

Very interesting take. I had not thought of it in that light, but you are absoulutely right. Had Donald NOT listened to the Liberal radio crap, he would have been focused on doing a good job for his employer. As a Christian, I believe I am working as much for the Lord as I am for my employer. I owe it to Him to be the best employee I can be. When I’m focused on Him and my job, I don’t have time to be a bad employee. It doesn’t mean I will never be let go, or there won’t be tough times ahead. He never promised a rose garden, just that He would be there with us, and help us through.

Anyway if you notice even though Donald Duck shoots the insider radio in the end his troubles are still not solved and his house will still be lost. They could at least included the solutions that Glenn has suggested to be the solution. Faith, Hope, and Charity. All three are missing from the cartoon.

With so many wackos in the Progressive movement, the suggestion to kill Glenn as the way to stop his message.at the end might well be at least tried. IF we had shot a vidoe like this with Obama talking on it, one would have the Secret Service there the next day and the MSM would accuse all Tea Party people of the violence in the USA.

What the Progressives don’t understand or refuse to acknowlege is that Glenn Beck and his entire family are receiving divine physical protection as part of the covenant made by Glenn and God on August 24, 2009. Anyone could have killed Glenn easily on 8/28 and at subsequent public events. There is actually two contracts on him right now… but divine protection surrounds him. Glenn knows this promise will be kept as long as he keeps his prt of the covenant.

If anyone makes threats against any sitting President of course they will be investigated. As well they should be,no matter who is in office.

And what convenant on August 24 2009? Did Glenn and his wife get sealed in a temple ceremony? What divine protection? Mormon underwear? “Contracts” out on him? How come no one has been arrested for putting “contracts” on him? This would be big news. And what part of this convenant is Glenn supposed to uphold? Making the church money? Bringing the White Horse prophecy and theodemocracy to America?

“As the “world is governed too much” and as there is not a nation or dynasty, now occupying the earth, which acknowledges Almighty God as their law giver, and as ‘crowns won by blood, by blood must be maintained,’ I go emphatically, virtuously, and humanely, for a THEODEMOCRACY, where God and the people hold the power to conduct the affairs of men in righteousness. And where liberty, free trade, and sailor’s rights, and the protection of life and property shall be maintained inviolate, for the benefit of ALL. To exalt mankind is nobly acting the part of a God; to degrade them, is meanly doing the drudgery of the devil. Unitas, libertas, caritas esto perpetua!”
Joseph Smith Times and Seasons, vol. 5 no. 8. ( April 15, 1844) pg. 510

“The History of the Church account is an amalgamation of the reports in the Joseph Smith Diary and the Nauvoo Neighbor. The report by Levi Richards is here published for the first time. A reminiscent account of this discourse by James Burgess contains the essential details found in the other three accounts published here, and adds that the “Constitution and Government would hang by a brittle thread.”

In the month of May 1843. Several miles east of Nauvoo. The Nauvoo Legion was on parade and review. At the close of which Joseph Smith made some remarks upon our condition as a people and upon our future prospects contrasting our present condition with our past trials and persecutions by the hands of our enemies. Also upon the constitution and government of the United States stating that the time would come when the Constitution and Government would hang by a brittle thread and would be ready to fall into other hands but this people the Latter day Saints will step forth and save it.

General Scott and part of his staff on the American Army was present on the occasion.

I James Burgess was present and testify to the above ”

hey teaparty blog lets make sure it cost him a nice long jail term. we need to demand that all these traitors go to jail for this attempted overthrow of america. do they really think we wont hold them to account for this. this is why they do what ever they want. we do nothing when they pull things like this. its time to call the traitors out for what they are, criminals! and demand they be held to account for what they do. this kind of thing would never happen if we start putting the traitors and communists behind bars for even attempting anything like this. when 8 million people vote and its overthrown by some low life judge its time to clean house. we dont put them in to make laws they are there to inforce the laws we put in place. it says WE THE PEOPLE on the top of our constitution for a reason its because we the people are the ones who make the rules. and if any of you dont like that your free to get the hell out of our country your not being held hostage here.

I am a vet also and throwing people in jail for having different ideas is not part of the constitution I swore to defend. This is a free country and will be as long as the majority of us disavow communist ideology. We must educate with reason and logic not the brute force, fist in face method of the left. Educate your kids and your neighbors on how a free market empowers the individual. Simply put each purchase in the free market is a vote. Where you chose to work is a vote. Where you chose to live is a vote. Public, private or home school is a vote.

Ron communism is a threat to personal freedom and provokes a desire to strike back. The best way to strike back is to succeed in our free society and live our life in a way that shows that WE can take care of ourselves and each other with out the government.

Who had the time to watch all that Donald Duck in order to find just the right pieces? I‘ve tried doing something like this and it’s not easy getting all the necessary parts together.

I checked out Jonathan McIntosh (Rebellious Pixels) site and on it he describes his advocacy of the “fair use” aspects of the copyright and trademark laws. I’ve been in and around Intellectual Property rights and the laws meant to protect those rights for 20+ yrs and the easiest way to describe the “fair use”/“open source software” crowd is as Intellectual Redistributionalists.

Just as the Progressives/Socialist believe that all property (stuff) belongs to the world and it is government’s job to make sure it is distributed evenly, these folks believe that all Intellectual creations, a person’s writings, art, animation, etc. also belongs to the world and should be shared without charge. This appears to be driven by the split in the rights of Intellectually Property into two main categories:
Patents – protects what an item _does_ or a _process_ or a novel crossbreed _plant_ or what an item _looks like_ (design) these last about 20yrs (if renewed on time).

Copyright/Trademark – protects creative works of the written word, artwork, music, websites, etc and lasts up wards of 50 years beyond the copyright holder’s death (these are also subject to renewals every few years now).

What this means is that copyrights held by corporations can last for centuries since it is possible for a corporation to live beyond the life of its founders. This makes the Intellectual Redistributionalists very angry because while it was difficult to find and remix Donald Duck it would have been much harder to draw/animate the entire thing from scratch.

If you didn‘t already know this is how the left perceives GB you haven’t been paying attention. Of course every statement is taken out of context, but that is how they see him – out of context. You don’t think they ever pay attention to any entire GB show do you?

This is no different from what Jon Stewart or Bill Maher does every show. Taking things out of context is a basic precept of comedy, like the double entendre. In fact, that is where the left knows GB from – Jon Stewart, MSNBC, etc. They don’t have to brains to actually try watching a show to see what he is really about.

I just wonder how Disney feels about having their copyrighted character usurped. They don’t take that lightly. Didn’t they just called Goofy, Mickey and Pluto communists?

Once again, though. The funny thing (like yesterday’s (real) communist-sponsored picnic) is that you can’t parody the right without also showing how the Obama Presidency has failed handling the economic depression.

Oh man, I can’t tell you how many times I have explained “fair use” on the web. It doesn’t matter whether you did it for profit – you are infringing on Disney’s right to make a profit from the use of their own characters. Any single copyright or trademark violation may be subject to a stiff ($100k+) judgement for the bereaved party. The only reason you don’t hear about that much is because most people do not bother to properly copyright (register a piece with the library of Congress), but you can be sure Disney did.

Fair use allows you to use “a small piece” of a larger work in order to frame a new premise in a new article. It does not allow you to copy entire works for any reason. However, this “may” slip by as satire or comedy, a different category all together, but if there is one company I wouldn‘t mess with it’s Disney.

On the captioning of the cartoon…I’m pretty sure that the “Halves” should be spelled “Haves” compared to the Have Nots…..so we are split 50/50 us against them?…So typical to support class warfare and social strife, rather than working to resolve the situation. In the end, poor old Donald is still unemployed but seems happier…

Donald Duck’s problem was not from the economy but when he heard about the haves and have nots and decided to sabotage the boss. Typical liberal: cause your own problems and blame everyone else.

Disagreed with the message of the video, but found it very funny nonetheless.

I’m in agreement with beekeeper- it was well done. I liked the raving monster radio. The legal eagles at Disney will be unleashing their wrath shortly, so it was nice to see it before it will be pulled.
