Liberal Radio Host Mocks Storm Victims: ‘Their God…Keeps Smashing Them Into Little Grease Spots’

With all the talk of holding radio talk show hosts accountable lately, it’s probably worth bringing you what liberal firebrand Mike Malloy said last week as storms ravaged the South. According to a clip from his March 2 show, it seems the storms are God’s way of getting back at them for not believing in science. Or something.

“Their God … keeps smashing them into little grease spots on the pavement in  Alabama, and Mississippi, and Arkansas, and Georgia, and Oklahoma,” Malloy says in his broadcast from Friday. “You know, the Bible belt, where [in a mocking voice] they ain’t gonna let no goddamned science get in the way, it says in the Bible, blah blah blah blah blah. So, according to their way of thinking, God with his omnipotent thumb reaches down here and so far tonight has smashed about 20 people into a grease spot on highway 12, or whatever the hell highway they live next to.”

You can listen below (via Radio Equalizer).

Malloy is heard on Sirius XM radio, among other places.

      God causes it to rain on both the wicked and good. We all eat from the bounty of the land that he has created. We all warm under the same sun! We all drink of the waters he purified. Violent weather is a symptom not of Gods wrath but of our own doings to the planet and our own evil ways which open us up for Satanic forces. God allowed Job to be persecuted by Satan, he said this man will curse you when I’m done with him…Job was faithful through it all! There is no end to the supply of people who will rip God for destruction on this planet. The Bible tells us men will do so especially when God unleashes the heat on man in the last days. This is to bring man to heel…which he will not! But in the very end, every knee will bend and every tongue will confess him as Lord almighty.

      When we pray for ill to befall on someone we show a lack of Love for Jesus Christ. Period. Remember, “What so ever you do….” is in regards to who we think to be less, for whatever reason, than ourselves. Remember, what profit is it to love family and friends, even pagans do that. Instead, out of Love for the Lord, fast and pray for all souls, especially our enemies, to repent and turn back to the Lord God. That way the Lord Jesus will find no fault in His followers.

      You are partially right. Include in your understanding of Hell as an absolute absence of God, that is zero Love. Even the worst sinner on Earth still feels the presence of God, for He is always open for them to repent and return to Him. It isn‘t until they are past the gates of He’ll that they realize they rejected for all eternity the joy of absolute perfect Love of God. That is why we must fast and pray for the conversion of their souls.

      I don’t really care all that much about what people say or believe. If liberals want to pretend they are offended and demand apologies out of one mouth while they say the same thing from the other mouth, then so be it. It says far more about them than they can possibly say about someone else. But I don’t want to see Conservatives follow suit. We had a choice between free speech and a right to not be offended. We chose the former. Let’s avoid being so thin-skinned. Smile and make ‘em think you’re up to something.

      Those who would insult me or my God are ignorant enough to think that I am offended. Their words are irrelevant, their thoughts meaningless, and I have no interest in giving them satisfaction of an in-kind response. And I’m pretty sure God will handle whatever He feels necessary to handle, as he chooses to handle it. If they want to be their eternal souls on that, that’s between them and God.

      Well, actually, this “IS” a typical response from an idiot.

      God “IS” not ‘building storms’ or ‘floods’ or ‘earthquakes’ or any other form of disaster. Quite the contrary. God has no need to do such things. The die has been cast already.

      Storms are natural processes of the planet and functions of the weather. We see them on other planets all the time. Many, many times the size of the ones we see here on Gods Earth.

      Being an idiot, though, helps to deflect the burden of ‘evidence’ that “God” isn’t retaliating, in some way, for the high density of idiots in our country. Rather than for some pretense “assumed” by a moron.

      The good news or should I say The Good News is that all the liberals who claim they don’t believe in God are now blaming him for everything that goes on.! See they found out the hard way that science is theory and then try scientists work to makethe theory a fact. You cannot blame science on all the natural disasters because science has no real answers anyway. So that leaves us all with someone to blame, and seeing as liberals always have to blame someone for everything, they have found it convenient to blame God. God did make the universe and all that is in it. It is about time we finally got the liberals to admit it.! God must be pleased that finally the liberals know what we have known for our own lifetimes, that God Created the Universe and all that is in it. So when a disaster strikes you can be sure scientists and liberals won’t take the blame. Putting in on God is their way of having to admit they have no explanation for any of these natural disasters. So goes for science. Horray, for God.

      We are not supposed to seek revenge or wish death upon our enemies. We are, however, told to pray for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. That is why it is Christlike to pray for GOD to judge HIS enemies — the mockers, the haters, the persecutors, the mass murderers, the agents of evil. Thus I pray that God takes out Obama. How do you equate, Matthew 5:43-45: “43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ 44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven…”, to your post.

      This is a direct commandment from Jesus Christ. Therefore, pray for your enemies that God, through Jesus Christ and in the Holy Spirit, inspires their soul to seek Him. Remember that Jesus Christ came not for the righteous, but the unrighteous. Jesus will never reject any soul seeking repentance, and that is why we are called to Love them in His name and pray for them.
        “O Heavenly Father, through the love of Your beloved Son Jesus Christ, whose passion on the cross saved us from sin, please save all those who still reject His hand of Mercy. Flood their souls, dear Father, with your token of love. I plead with You Heavenly Father, hear my prayer and save these souls from eternal damnation. Through Your mercy allow them to be the first to enter the New Era of Peace on Earth. Amen.”

      True, Pax, but like I’ve said before, Jesus commands us to pray for OUR enemies. Where in the Bible does it say I am supposed to pray for GOD’S enemies, people like Maher and Malloy? I’ve been making that distinction on this blog for some time now. Here’s what I wrote yesterday in response to a similar post:

      I don’t pray for the wicked, i.e., for those who hate/mock God, and have made a conscious choice to serve Satan. Like any other dictator, Obama has a seared conscience: “Though the wicked is shown favor, he does not learn righteousness; he deals unjustly in the land of uprightness, and does not perceive the majesty of the LORD.” (Isa. 26:10).

      If you can’t pray for God to remove the wicked, then I guess you won’t like heaven, because there will be a crowd there crying, “How long, oh Lord, holy and true, will you refrain from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” (Rev. 6:10) How un-Christlike of them and, mind you, they are in his very presence!

      Also. if you can’t pray for God to take out the wicked so that HIS WILL IS DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN, then let the commies and the Islamists take over America and the rest of the world. You have renounced your duty as a warrior for Christ; one against whom the gates of hell do not prevail. I don’t know about you, but I’m not in the business of making Satan extremely happy.

      Peace.

      “Where in the Bible does it say I am supposed to pray for GOD’S enemies, people like Maher and Malloy?”

      So are you separating God the Father from God the Son? Remember that They are One in being. God can not, ever, go against himself. That is why when Jesus said, “44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, 45 that you may be children of your Father in heaven…” that it is in unison with God the Father. The Father can not disown the Son, nor the Son disown the Father. It is through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice and pleading for forgiveness on the Cross (”Father forgive them for they know not what they do.”) that the whole of mankind, not this select group over some other, is forgiven. Due to all of our fallen nature, no one can stand before the Lord and say I am completely blameless before the Lord. That would be deeming equality with the Lord, for only the Lord God is blameless.
      Love and praying for your enemy is not a selective commandment. It is for all who are in need of the Lord, even those who are desperately lost in darkness. Would you say that God is incapable of touching such a lost soul? That Jesus Christ, the perfect Shepard, is incapable and not wanting to save every soul that is open to His Grace? Will there be those who reject the Lord God? Yes. That is their free will, and if they die unrepentant, then yes, there is no hope for them. But while there is breath still left in them, and if we earnestly pray for

To think otherwise is to deny Supremacy of God and His ever merciful Love for His creation. Indeed, should just one so far removed from the Lord come back to Him, the entire Heavens rejoices and glories in God the Savior! PAX,
      No, I’m not separating the Godhead. I am separating MY enemies from GOD’s enemies. The Bible calls the latter the “wicked,“ ”evildoers,“ or ”workers of iniquity.”

      “For behold, Your enemies, O LORD, For behold, Your enemies shall perish; All the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.” (Psalm 92:9)

      “Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? Who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?” (Psalm 94:16)

      “But He will say, ‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’” (Luke 13:27)

      We are to fight against the wicked, the workers of iniquity, i.e., those who practice evil because they have sided with Satan, like the fallen angels. They subvert the will of God on earth, i.e. the kingdom of heaven. They are not my enemies. They are enemies of God. The kingdom of heaven suffers violence from these people and we are to take it by force in prayer (in Jesus’ name). If those people are not taken out, the will of God on earth is thwarted. That is why Hitler had to go, and Obama has to go. There were mighty intercessors, warriors for Christ, who took Hitler out, most notably Rees Howells. At minimum, he was able to stop Hitler from invading England. Wars that are not fought and won in the spirit realm first, cannot be won on earth, because evil men like Obama have spiritual powers aiding him. Gotta go, but I’ll expand later.

      @KRYPTONITE
           First, let me agree with you in regards to the Fallen Angels. They are truly the enemy of God, with absolute hatred for God’s creation, thus our own enemy too. That said, there needs to be an understanding as to a fundamental distinction between the Nature (i.e. Characteristic) of Angels and Human beings.
           Angels are distinctly and uniquely different than humans in the realm of freewill  Their only opportunity to express freewill was when God allowed the Heavenly Host to chose to serve God, and through Him, Humankind. When Satan, and those who followed him, chose to go against God’s will, it was at that moment a decision for all eternity. There is no going back for them. Period. Since they rejected absolute Love, their Nature and domain is completely void of absolute Love, which means absolute hatred for all God’s creation, particularly Human Beings.
           Human beings on the other hand, have been graced with the gift of freewill while they live in this world. This freewill is irrevocable. Even God Himself can not withdraw, nor suspend it, for such an action would make the gift disingenuous and contradictory to the intent for Humanity to reflect Himself.     (cont.)

      (cont.)     Now then, what of those who by their own volition dedicate themselves to Satan? Is such an act absolute and final for all eternity, or can they, even the most egregious sinner, ask for forgiveness and turn back to the Lord? If God Himself can not violate Human freewill, then how can Satan? What of Peter who rejected knowing Jesus Christ while in His very presence? Did he not turn back and ask for forgiveness? Did not the Lord, after His resurrection, ask Peter to tend to the spiritual well being His followers? Which is worse, to reject God knowingly out of fear in His very presence, or being seduced through lies and false promises by the Enemy of God to reject Him? Even if a human rejects the Lord God and follows Satan, the Lord Jesus Christ will forgive them, even during their last breath on Earth, if they turn from their sin and ask for forgiveness with all the sincerity of their soul, for He is ever merciful. How can we as His creation place limitation on who God can and can not forgive, can or con not move to repentance? This is why we can never condemn anyone, for we do not know the state of any soul even at the moment of death. And it is why we are called to fast and pray for those souls who are in darkness, even the POTUS, for through such acts the Devine Love that is God can touch them. (cont.)

      (cont.)     This does not mean that everyone will be saved. To the contrary, there will be those who will absolutely reject God no matter how many people fast and pray for them to turn from evil and repent. But we can never say with certainty who that is, for that is in God’s Domain. Therefore, say this prayer for our lost brothers and sisters:
           “We praise you and thank you, O Holy God, the Almighty creator of mankind, for the love and compassion You have for humanity. We thank You for the gift of salvation You bestow on Your poor children. We beg You, O Lord, to save those who follow the evil one, and that their hearts will be opened to the truth of their eternal life. Amen.”

      PAX,
      I hope I am able to post this “epistle”— and you graciously take the time to read it! We agree 100% as to the nature of angels and that humans have free will. You then say, “Even if a human rejects…God and follows Satan, the Lord Jesus Christ will forgive them, even during their last breath on Earth, if they turn from their sin…”

      You imply that all human beings have until their very last breath to repent, but that is an untruth, albeit a pious one. We all have free will, but we don’t get to tell God how long He extends his grace to us. That’s what Satan wants us to believe but nowhere in the Bible does it state that God’s grace is there for everyone indefinitely until the day we die. God can and does withdraw his grace sovereignly, and when he does, a person is no longer able to repent. There are countless verses that prove this. Here are some:

      But although He had done so many signs before them, they did not believe in Him…Therefore they could not believe, because Isaiah said again: “He [God] has blinded their eyes and hardened their hearts… (John 12: 37-40) See also (Mk. 4: 11-12). And according as they did not think good to have God in [their] knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind to practice unseemly things (Rom. 1: 28).

      @PAX (CONT.)
      And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness (2 Thess. 2:11-12). We then…also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. For He says: …Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation (2 Cor. 6:1-2). Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens. (Rom. 9:18)

      When someone hears the gospel and rejects it, his heart is hardened. No human being can remain physically static, and the same holds true for our spirit. You either go “from glory to glory,” or your heart is increasingly hardened, which is why so many people who have reject Christ repeatedly do so until their dying day. In fact, unless there is a covenant promise (for a loved one), it is very hard to get someone who has practiced sin for years to suddenly repent before he dies. Sometimes disease weakens the body to a degree where the person becomes aware of the spirit world, but even then he may not know what to do about it unless a Christian is present. Ultimately, if you have rejected the gospel, God can in his sovereign justice decide to let you go your merry way. Sinners should be warned that the only guarantee they have of being saved is to repent TODAY. (CONT.)

      @PAX (CONT.)
      They may never get another chance either because they die suddenly, or because they harden their hearts to the point where God decides to give them over to a reprobate mind. While it is true that we usually don’t know when that happens, the Bible clearly tells us that the following individuals will not be saved:

      - Those who teach heresies (2 Pet. 2);
      -A Christian who commits the sin unto death (1 John 5: 16; Heb. 6:4-6);
      -A person who blasphemes the Holy Spirit (Mk. 3: 28-29), and
      -Workers of iniquity, aka, the wicked, evildoers or the enemies of God (Psalm 92: 9; Matt. 7:6).

      Number four is the topic of discussion, given that Obama falls under that category. The question then becomes, how can we recognize workers of iniquity? Quite simply, Jesus describes them in detail: “You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.” (John 8:44) (CONT.)

      @PAX (CONT.)
      Breaking it down, a worker of iniquity is someone who:

      -Is driven by Satanic desires, i.e., seeks to steal, kill and destroy
      -Does not stand in the truth, i.e., doesn’t belong to Christ
      -Speaks only lies, i.e., is a consummate liar
      -Is a murderer, i.e., has total disregard for human life
      -Has made the devil his father, i.e., is directly empowered by the devil, meaning, he has the spirit of antichrist. This is the overarching characteristic, and the REASON why God calls us to intercede so these individuals are taken out. (Psalm 94:16; Judges 5:31)

      Obama fits the above description to a tee: He steals, he wants to destroy America and freedom, and he is responsible for the death of millions of babies (and I suspect some adults). He lies every time he opens his mouth. He hates and/or mocks God, his Word, his people and his Bride. He most certainly has the spirit of antichrist, because only someone empowered by Satan can rise to a position of leadership whereby he can unleash evil on a large scale.

      We Christians have been passive for too long. We are being “destroyed for lack of knowledge.” (Hosea 4:6). We need to stop being religious and start fighting the good fight.

      I’ve implied nothing in my discourse with you, but written everything as plainly as possible. In “taking the time to truly read” your “epistle”, I see that our understandings come from different vantage points. I observe your understanding to be based in Sola Scriptura, and mine in both Scripture and 2000 years of Tradition. (N.B. In the parlance of Orthodox Catholicism there are nuances between Tradition and tradition. I understand the usage of the word tradition has been of much consternation and disagreement with our fellow Christians, and is beyond my capabilities, if even possible, to alleviate within the confines of a blog thread. A good, albeit short reference webpage if you are willing to read is:
      http://cuf.org/faithfacts/details_view.asp?ffID=149)
           However that may be, my faith and understanding of the Lord God and His Mercy comes through the “religion” of the Roman Catholic Church and it’s teachings. To “stop being religious” for me means to give up my heritage in faith and practice as a Catholic. This I can not do.
           All I know and can do is to fast and pray for the enlightenment of all God’s children, no matter what state their soul is in, that they believe in His everlasting mercy, and encourage them to do the same for others. So please recite the prayer found in my prior post.

      1 Peter 4:16-17

      “However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name. For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?”

      Now we have to gracefully accept that. We are to be different then the world. But are we?

      If believers would know their Bibles this could be a good situation to witness to unbelievers. That we have fallen short of what God expects of us and are willing to accept the consequences.

      After that we need to do better. Also, how we handle disasters when they befall us. We need to show that there is strength that comes from God to those who trust Him.

      This is just the beginning. God will shake his children to awake them so they will tell the story of salvation to their neighbours.

      Also, I didn’t really understand your post. You said it didn’t affect anyone, then said that those affected by it probably didn’t even hear it. I suppose you mean those affected by the storms don’t listen to this jerk..? Or did you mean that those affected by the statement he made didn’t hear him say it? That wouldn‘t make sense after you said that the statement really didn’t affect anyone.

      Last, “…no on(e) has a right to not be offended.” I do. So do you. We have every right in the world to not be offended. I don’t have to be offended when idiots talk, so I’m not. That’s my right. That doesn‘t mean that idiots don’t have the right to be idiots. They do. And they have the right to spew idiotic crap. It also doesn’t mean that people can demand action against an idiot for his idiot views. I think that’s what you were trying to say.

      Pamela,

      The tornados occured in fly over country … you know … where all the mouth breathing … Bible thumping … knuckle dragging … trailer park people live … To Airhead liberals … we DESERVE to end up as grease spots on hwy 12. THEY know better than we do … intelligent folks get smushed and it’s our fault for not giving them tornado shelters and those cute little bike helmets … to protect them … southerners get smushed … and it’s our fault for only having a GED.
      Yeah the “progressive left” is compasionate … only if it means they get to decide everthing. To them we ARE the reason for legal abortions

      Sorry but I disagree here.

      We can only interpret the Bible based on our in fallibility and personal experience.

      @MODERATIONISBEST – first of all denominations = division = “We can only interpret the Bible based on our in fallibility and personal experience.”
      Also, you can‘t rightly interpret the bible without the Spirit not ’personal experience’ or anything else. without Reading the the bible without the Spirit, the bible is just words.
      “But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.1John 2:27

      In my experieence you are mistaken. The proliferation of denominations is not due to a change in their understanding of the bible but in every case I have studied a denomination is formed because the leaders of that denomination refuse to accept biblical authority on one or more points. Christ says we (meaning christians) are to be one as He and the Father are one. We are all to speak the same thing. The word denomination itself means division. He also tells us that in the last day there will be many people that think they were right and believed but He will cast them away because of their lawlessness. Lawlessness meaning not following the teachings of Jesus in the New Testament.

      @wvernon1981

      I do not have to change my belief to conform to pop science. Any rational examination of evolutionary theory, which is what I expect your referring to, shows it to be a laughable hoax.

      If you would like to study on these topics let me know.

      You all miss the point.

      People read the book differently, yet they all claim to have the holy spirit within them. Yet each person claim the same infallibility of their interpretation of God’s word.

      So while you say that God’s word has never changed, I would say look up how the current day Bible was formed and you can see how hilariously man made it is.

      The Bible is ALWAYS changing. People seem to forget that Christianity had its dark ages too with burning witches, to torture, to slavery, to treating women less equally then men. What happened? Did the Bible change? Did people’s interpretation change? Did people stop taking the Bible as seriously? Were earlier generations of Christianity less filled with the holy spirit, and current day fundamentalists Christians are?(which is why they are less violent)

      What about fundamentalists who still treat women less equal?(I saw a video where a Pastor said he would NEVER learn theology from a woman) Are they not filled with the same holy spirit? Why do you see very few women leaders in Christianity or Mormonism, or Islam? What is wrong with women preaching as a leader of a church? Do you or would you go to a church with a woman Pastor/Minister/Reverend? Why or why not?

      @JYNKO

      You even proved my point by saying, “In my experience, you are wrong” which suggest that in someone else’s experience I am right.

      We can only interpret the Bible based on our own experience and interpretation.

    And as for numbers, Malloy wasn’t generating any: in the spring 2006 Arbitron survey, his combined (adults 25-54) ratings stood at a pathetic 0.5 share in New York City, compared to a 2.1 for rival Lionel on WOR 710 AM and 2.2 for the just- cancelled John Batchelor on WABC. For Malloy, that represented a drop of 29% over the previous ratings period.

    What Mike did have, however, was a hard- core cult following by some of Air America’s most politically extreme listeners. Apparently, the network felt that wasn’t a demographic worth maintaining.
