Liberals Protesting ‘Immoral’ GOP Budget Cuts With Hunger Strike Now Have Righteous Theme Song!

As you may recall, liberals around the country have embarked upon a nationwide hunger strike to protest the mean and immoral budget cuts proposed by the GOP. The Blaze reported on the antics of HungerFast.org last week.
Their very earnest cause now has a very earnest theme song to go along with it–and lest you’re in the dark, the song’s music video spells out its political message!
Over 30,000 Americans joined together to fast, in protest against Republican budget proposals that will leave children hungry, veterans homeless, and thousands without jobs. Tell Congress: Don’t cut vital services for the most vulnerable among us.
Moby, the ambient singer-songwriter, partnered up with MoveOn.org to put together this music video featuring sad-faced liberals silently holding up paper plates with banal sayings on them, decrying the budget cuts as “immoral,” and ”un-American,” among other things:

Thus far, 30,000 people have announced their intentions to participate in the rolling fast to protest what they call the immoral budget cuts. The movement’s official website HungerFast.org recaps how Congressman Tony Hall fasted for 22 days back in 1993 in response to budget cuts that would have devastated poor people at home and abroad. Now, Hall is fasting again in solidarity with the vulnerable who will once again be negatively impacted by austerity.
Among the cuts are a $500 million slashing of WIC, the federal health and nutrition programs for women, infants, and children. The program was estimated to serve 9.3 million people this year, according to Reuters. Over a billion dollars will be cut from HIV/AIDS, hepatitis, STD and TB prevention in addition to a $600 million reduction in the funds for community health centers. Transportation and housing and urban development also suffered a 20 percent cut, and another $194 million was cut from foreign food assistance, including food aid donations and a global meals program.

While Michelle Obama is running all over the country telling us our children are obese and trying to regulate every aspect of our food intake, from school lunches to restaurant menus, you liberals now claim starvation!!!???? You can’t have it both ways. Either we‘re fat or we’re starving to death…..Get together and review your talking points. While all you dolts are on your self-righteous hunger strike I’ll enjoy whatever meal I am willing to pay for. That is of course, assuming I can afford the $5.00 a gallon gasoline in my car to get to WORK (another dirty word for you liberals) so I can collect my EARNED paycheck and go out to eat. Get a freaking clue and learn how a free society works. Lesson #1-If you‘re able and you don’t work, you don’t eat!! Amen and Amen!

Remember to read their words! The key word here is “intention”. They “intend” to fast in protest… it doesn’t mean that they will just that they “intend” to.
As an example, I can say to protest their protest, I intend to eat a an burger every hour on the hour. It doesn’t mean that I will… just that I intend to do it in protest to their protest.

Each and every liberal has a different idea of what “morality” “IS.“ Relative morality ”IS” from where they come. With no base line, no one can determine the moral soundness of their argument.
So sorry, your argument touches no moral cord in a world where a life of moral conduct (based in Gods code of moral conduct; at least it is a base line from which to ‘base’ moral conduct) has a foundation and doesn’t fluctuate with moods, personal needs, feelings or things.

When Bill Clinton left office the budget was balanced but the National debt was 5.6 trillion dollars. So for this example Clinton left Bush our $5,000 limit credit card $600 over it’s limit.
Bush came into office and started running a Deficit, in other words he was making less than he was spending (actually Congress is who does the spending, but this explanation is not about blaming anyone), more than his income ( like a lot of us do). In fact in 2006 for our example he spent $162 more than his income and the credit card had a balance of $8,500 Those late charges and finance charges add up!
Now, the Budget. Fast forward to 2010
Spending ( total U.S. budget)…………………………………..$3,700.00
Income (total revenues)…………………………………………..$2,000.00
Deficit (amount added to the credit card balance)…………..$1,700.00
Balance on the credit card (Total National debt)…………..$14,000.00
Budget cuts agreed to April 9 2011 ( how much we
Are willing to give up to fix the problem…………………….$ 38.00
Interest & finance charges on the credit card for just the 8 days of negotiating
these draconian cuts…………………………………………….$ 40.00
Interest and finance charges on the credit card is $ 5.00 each day
Now let me ask you this. If you had a credit card that was $9,000.00 over the credit limit, of $5,000 ,and you had an income of $2,000 a month and were spending $3,700 a month (putting the balance on the card). When they called you to ask for a payment, you told them “ well I’m willing to spend $38.00 less this month, and I’ll pay you a payment, someday, when I get a raise. What do you think they would say to you?
People, It’s time to get serious about this. China an Japan are our credit card companies. One of them doesn’t really like us, the other really NEEDS all the money they can get right now!
