Limbaugh Reacts to Supreme Court Ruling: The IRS Has Just Become Obama’s Domestic Army

After the Supreme Court announced its decision to uphold the constitutionality of President Obama’s healthcare law, conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh opened his radio show with a monologue explaining how the American people have been deceived.
“Obamacare is nothing more than the largest tax increase in the history of the world and the people who were characterizing it as such were right and were telling the truth,” Limbaugh said.
“The Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court John Roberts said ‘it’s not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices. Not our job.’ Well what about when we are deceived?” he asked.
“The court upheld a law that was not what we were told it would be. What has been upheld here is fraud and the Internal Revenue Service has just become Barack Obama’s domestic army. That is what we face now.”

Posted on June 28, 2012 at 2:01pmOk The Tea Party has been kissed again to wake up and start what we did in 2009 and 2010 we need to start the big fight again and flip the senate and the old time Dem. Reps. out ….
Now my question Is if you have medicare that is an insurance right? so will I get penalized if I don’t buy a supplement ? Since what little bit of social security I recieve I wouldn‘t be able to live as I wouldn’t have a roof over my head and would not be able to pay my gas electric and other bills so what will happen?
Report Post »codefool
Posted on June 28, 2012 at 2:18pmWhats the tea party going to do elect more repubes? We tried that last time and all we got was the middle finger from Bohner when it came to standing against Obama on the budget fight. Electing more repubes isn’t going to do jack.
If there was a majority to do so and a R president in the white house they wouldn’t do a damn thing to repeal Obamacare. But now since they know a bill to repeal Obamacare won‘t go anywhere in the senate and would be vetoed they get to go have their ’show vote’ in the house two weeks from now.

Posted on June 28, 2012 at 3:39pmI doubt that the IRS is what Obama had in mind when he said he was going to build a defense force as well-funded and as powerful as the military.
I’m pretty sure he was referring to the Black Panthers, Farrakhan’s Black Muslims and probably the black street gangs and/or the same kind of black antagonists who were screaming to kill Zimmerman, because they were told to do so.
And I’m also pretty sure this was to be during his second term, because the fall out will bring this country to the brink of war….if it hasn’t already exploded from the deteriorating financial chaos growing in intensity on a daily basis now.
This man has done more to cause racial turmoil than if a klansman had been elected. It’s really beyond amazing.

You seem to have forgotten (or not heard) the Repub controlled house has done many things to try to stem the leftist tide – the Senate has been the problem – In case you forgot – the Senate is still controlled by Harry Redi – the male counter-part of Nancy Pelosi.

These people are bottom line thieves, degernerates and they are the HATERS, make no mistake, your last chance for freedom is in NOVEMBER, VOTE, VOTE, VOTE them out of office.

If you had voted for Ron Paul (R) or the libertarian candidate in 2000/2004/2008 – TRUE CONSERVATIVES – there would be STRICT constitutionalists on the courts.
I voted for Ron Paul for the first time in 2012 primary but I will support Romney (gave him $100 yesterday) and probably gave $500 between other senate/Congressional candidates around the country that I support.
However, if Romney – who is our LAST CHANCE – fails. Ron Paul supporters should consider trying to split a state away from the union and going it alone as a country by itself under the STRICT Constitution without income tax. The only thing in the original Constitution I would change is making ALL MEN and WOMEN equal (no amendments) and at least ONE parent of a baby born in the new country would have to be a citazen or that child is an illegal and deported with parents – no exceptions – PERIOD. And if any politician tries to change the Constitution they will be deported.

Posted on June 28, 2012 at 5:14pmThey tax you or penalize you for not purchasing health care.
This stupid scenario went over fine when it was car insurance. If you own a car you purchase insurance. All automobile owners purchase insurance the cost goes down.
Problem with healthcare, everyone can’t afford health insurance without a job. Not everyone who is being mandated to have health insurance can afford it.
That means insurance cost will go up to support those who can’t afford it.
This law is not the same as car insurance. Having more insured who pay out of their own pockets made it more affordable. Having more who can’t pay or have been exempted not pay for insurance out of their own pocket will make it more expensive so everyone is covered. There’s the hidden tax.
So will everyone be forced to have dental, and vision care?

Posted on June 28, 2012 at 1:53pmDoes those waivers now amount to a tax waiver, Are taxes subjective, is that not discrimination? A lot of questions here now.
Report Post »afdbghq
Posted on June 28, 2012 at 7:48pmSince the SCOTUS has ruled that the mandate is a tax all waivers are now null and void and whoever received them will now be required to pay the tax. If the federal government says the waivers stay then the federal government is saying the mandate is not a tax which means the SCOTUS ruling saying the mandate is unconstitutional stands and obamacare becomes unconstitutional. This is a real catch 22 with the law of unexpected consequences prevailing. Lets see hoe obummer and the liberal SCOTUS spins this now.

Posted on June 28, 2012 at 11:10pmInteresting since Revelation says: Revelation 13:16-17
King James Version (KJV)
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Very interesting it says “In” not on. How would John know about implantingthe number “in” instead of on. Now we know that based on current technology it will be implanted “in” and not on. This has already started in some big countries.

Posted on June 28, 2012 at 1:44pmNo, you have to pay for at least part of your own health care, or you will be subject to a fine/tax.
Obamacare will not stop health care costs, hence health insurance premiums, from going up, but they will go up more slowly than if nothing had been done.
The main reason costs go up is not so much that some people refuse to buy insurance, it is fee-for-service compensation for providers, which positively incentivizes needless office visits, tests, procedures, surgeries and the like. Our addiction to malpractice litigation doesn’t help.
Fee-for-service was written into Medicare way back in 1965. It is the “original sin” of our health care system. A system that compensates doctors once, for treating a patient for a particular disease, disorder or injury, rather than multiplying billings unnecessarily, is better able to keep costs under control. This is true whether there is socialized medicine, single-payer, totally private insurance or a hybrid system like Obamacare.
Yes, Obamacare will cost the government roughly twice what was originally projected, and the money will have to be found somewhere. It’s not going to be done by taxing the rich, however much that might appeal to some. It will require a total overhaul of the tax code, which is about as jerry-built as our health care system. But that’s another discussion.

Report Post »Lloyd Drako
Posted on June 28, 2012 at 2:33pmGodLovinMom: Yes, “cost the government” means, eventually, “cost us.” Getting more people into the insurance pool, which is what Obamacare tries to do, will slow but not stop the rise of health care costs. It will most definitely increase the deficit and the national debt. That is why our whole tax system needs overhaul, even more than our health care system does. Obama would have done better to expend his political capital on that issue before turning to health care. If Romney is elected, I will look for some honesty on his part regarding the need both to cut spending and to raise taxes. If Obama is reelected, I hope it’s with resounding Democratic majorities in both houses, so at least the country’s finances will have some clear direction instead of the here-comes-Taxamageddon, seconds-before-mid-night, teenagers-in-hot-cars-playing-chicken we’ve been treated to over the last couple of years. It’s really complex, and I‘m not sure Glenn Beck’s website is the best place to discuss it! But I try, I try. . . .
