Limbaugh Tweets: You Must See This Union Thug Video

Workforce Fairness Institute, an organization focused on employee/management relations, is releasing a series of videos chronicling left-wing intimidation, including tactic of “showing up at people’s houses to harass them and their families,” according to Erick Erickson of RedState.

“The videos document a growing trend in American civic discourse — the use of intimidation against private citizens to punish dissent,” Erickson adds.

And the video makes a fairly compelling case. So compelling, in fact, that conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh tweeted the following:

“The NLRB [National Labor Relations Board] is working to bring division, discord, and disharmony to workplaces. They also intend to deliver it to the email inboxes, voicemails, and even the front porches of employees,” the Institute’s website reads.

Indeed, as mentioned earlier on The Blaze, members of the NLRB have been pushing for legislation that would require employers to turn over the name, phone number, email address, and even home addresses of every employee “within two days of the filing of an organizing petition.”

“But given some unions’ long history of violence and intimidation, it’s simply wrong to disclose workers’ fundamentally private information, putting them at risk,” the Institute claims.

“No one other than the employer has a right to such personal information and employees should make the decision whether it is provided to anyone.”

      As a semi proud union worker, I strongly suggest you pull your head out.
      Remember, almost every airline pilot in the U.S. is union. I do not think your average monkey could handle it. Nor do I think your average american could either.
      Also, you just insulted the majority of teachers in this country.

      The pilot may be a union member, but I pray that the pilot controlling the plane I’m on would not follow blindly as union leaders led, and would have the wisdom to see through harassment. As with teachers, I pray daily that those with high responsibility keep their mind in gear and think about the impact of their decisions, whether they are unionized or not.

      Personal pride and responsibility used to rule the United States, may my fellow citizens remember the dedication of those who went ahead of them, and not give in to the greediness of today’s age!

      We only have one life to live, and nothing we attain in this world will go with us into the next! May we realize that we are all dependent on those around us and be part of “the Body” here in our TIME!

      texasknight, you miss the point. Unions do not take the entire picture into account when attempting to INCREASE their income. Grew up in MI, could argue this one with you all day, dad was a union steward. Today you have a million ways to take care of injustices in the work place without handing your money over to corrupt individuals. You have no say as to where they spend that money. Let’s face it, in most instances you have no say what so ever when it comes to your employer. We are a lazy society, this is just one of the many examples that prove we want someone else to take care of things for us.

We are not all as you describe, some of us are forced in through closed shops and can’t stand a lot of the principals and politics the union as a whole subscribes to. Just remember there is a difference between public sector and private sector unions. We are not all lazy,trained monkeys.

      My son is a double Journeyman electrician. According to him, many of his fellow workers are not going to vote for Obama. As a side note, when he was an Apprentice, he was told to slow down. Apparently, his speed and quality of work was making some of the journeymen mad. He didn’t and ended up the only apprentice working.

      Some of you people make me sick, I happen to live in a state where I have no choice but to pay the union to work and I work hard, I do agree with you that all unions do is protect people that don’t want to work ( I see it everyday). But not all of us wish to be in the union but have no choice, and to have you lump all people in unions into one, makes you as bad as the unions…….

      I am a not so proud union airline pilot….often complaining of the same BS politics and intimidation and the like that goes on here too. I am all for fair wages, working conditions, esp. when it comes to the safety of flight, but too many of these union guys get drunk on the power and lose sight of the reason for the organization.

      I don‘t think anyone’s lumping ALL union workers as anti-American Socialists. They’re just generalizing. I’m an atheist, but I don‘t feel like I’m being attacked when they say “Atheists are attacking X, Y, and Z.” I have never attacked religion and I believe in the right to practice their religions and I am always respectful at a prayer. I even believe that the public buildings should be allowed to display The Ten Commandments, Christmas trees, hold public prayers… The Christians that I know have no problem with my beliefs and I have no problem with theirs. Everyone generalizes on occasion in order to try to keep their points more concise. I don’t think anyone believes that all union workers are selfish and ignorant people – virtually everyone knows someone in a union (my brother) and most know that many of them don’t want to be in a union, but they need to work and many union leaders are trying to force everyone into one.
      Busch tried to convince Coors to join the union a few years ago. Coors said, “Thanks, but no thanks.” Way to go Coors!

      @KickenBack: No, unions are not UNDemocratic…in fact Unions are at the very heart of Socialism which is exactly what Democracy looks like. Our country would be much better off if we was not Democratic. In fact we as Americans should not strive for Democracy but for Individualism, which is what the original intent of our fore fathers…can man rule himself…I know he can. All it takes to make our Republic work properly is to get rid of the Socialist and Communist from our system and replace it with original intent from our founding fathers in others word we need to have principles and guidelines that make the decisions for us instead of this fear of offending someone and get rid of the corruption that has infested OUR Land of the free and OUR HOME of the brave!.

      For those talking about airline pilots. Yes, most airline pilots belong to a union, but there is a reason for that. For your education nearly all airline pilots are forced to join the union as part of taking the job. The union takes approximately 2 % of the pilots’ salary whether or not they are a member and whether or not they agree to those terms. In my experience most pilots do not support the Democrat agenda that the airline pilot unions push.

      Come on.. I’m a Union worker BY FORCE.. But, I work my butt off.. Don’t lump the regular employees in with the Union Leaders and Job Stewards. We are forced to join and forced to hand over our money. Sometimes people you need to stop with the all inclusive attacks. Yes the SEIU is a jacked up union that does very little for it’s members but, the members are being held hostage by SEIU. We have tried to break free from the chains. No Go. The politicians are bought and paid for by SEIU. I’ve been a Union employee for 25 years. And lo and behold i’m still a Conservative. Imagine that.. Guess we aren’t all losers.

      Most of this BS is the union bosses and the upper union members screwing the hard working average union worker. The greed and thuggery is at the top and they do exploit some of the “middle men” to do their dirty work. Our union shop workers (most of them) work their butts off and don’t complain much. However, they are forking over thousands per year to their union reps and getting back a few dollars in return.

I don’t think linking to an anti-union youtube video is going to bring AOL or IBM back to advertise on your show. Some companies, in fact, believe they can make more money by publicly disavowing their association with you.

      @TexasKnight – Speaking as a former teacher who was a member of the union… No, he did not insult teachers, he insulted their union. The NEA has teachers as members (Most because they have to be members), but teachers and the NEA are not the same. Some teachers belong to the AFT or no union.

      Your comment is very insulting. I am a union worker – not by choice but because I had to join the teachers’ union to get my job in Msla Cnty Public School Dist.
      This is exactly why I ask everyone to contact their state representatives and ask that a right-to-work legislation be introduced and passed.
      I have to pay $450.00/year for union dues – I don’t want to pay – that money could go towards my heating bills which are increasingly more expensive – that would pay for two months of heating. I keep my thermostat at 59 degrees and me and my dogs are pretty cold for 6 months.
      And to know that my money is going to fund thuggery and the leftist agenda, while I’m so cold, well it just frosts me!!!
      Rush stated, a year ago?, that 51% of union members are conservative and don’t want to fund the unions, and I agree. I listen to a conservative radio talk show all day long and I have non-teacher workers, as well as teachers, come in and tell me they don’t believe I have the guts to listen to Rush and Hannity. And funny enough, I have true liberals come in and you can just see the look of horror on their faces when they get a Listen-to of my radio – sometimes I do have to laugh.
      So please don’t believe that just because some of us are union members – we‘re too stupid to see what’s going on in this country – I consider myself as a pretty smart person – and in order to be hired by the county – which has approximately 1000 aps for a single job – this must be true.

      I dont think most of you know this, regarding the exemplary behavior exhibited again and again by unions in pursuit of their goals. It shocked me when I found out, google this, Union members are exempt from federal prosecution for extortion even when murder is involved, so said the Supremes in 1973 decision. This is why Unions are the raging thugs they are. The quote is from the CATO institute,

      Under the Supreme Court’s 1973 Enmons decision, vandalism, assault, even murder by union officials are exempt from federal anti-extortion law. As long as the violence is aimed at obtaining property for which the union can assert a “lawful claim”–for example, wage or benefit increases– the violence is deemed to be in furtherance of “legitimate” union objectives. By the Court’s peculiar logic, such violence does not count as extortion.

      Ever since I read a horrid story about unions in a Readers Digest, in the 60′s+-, I’ve had a total disgust for anything to do with unions.
      Those who wouldn’t play ball had their construction sites burned down, violent attacks on non-union people.
      How could I even dream in my wildest days that I would ever belong to such a violent organization?

      What I do not understand is….people keep saying it is not the ‘workers’ ….. that it is the union leaders who take the money and buy politicians etc. Well, I can see a worker being told to get on a bus and go to a rally or they will be fired …..but this does not account for the ANGER and VIOLENCE the workers express. So I’m afraid some of it IS THE WORKERS …..sad…….

      Personally, I think the problem, is trying, as the song says, ‘..to do it my way–we should remind ourselves, IT‘S GOD’S PLAN and trust in Him. Things go wrong when we try to do it our way, and it does not align with God’s Word. I too have to remind myself, that God’s Armour starts with shoes of Peace. I fall into the trap of allowing my emotions to occassionally rule my decisions, and react to such disturbing things happening, but anger is a distraction! We have work to do! And it starts with Peace, not our peace but that which surpasses ALL UNDERSTANDING, left by my Saviour, Jesus

      CATB, try a new sport, looking at houses for sale in Detroit below 10 or 20 grand. Then Google Earth them. They’re boarded up crack houses next to empty lots that have been bulldozed under. Sidewalks when they show up are cracked and convoluted, probably should stay on the street. This is our future if this guy gets re-elected!

      IGNATZ: Yes, I was horrified seeing the video of those vicious teachers in Wisconsin. Goes to show ‘ya even teachers aren’t the sweet little teachers they were years ago, when they really cared about the children. Years ago, I was very involved with school and learned what a bunch of twits many of those school teachers were.
      I applaud the good teachers and hope they can wade through all junk they put up with from those hateful pro union types. Teach your kids at home or at a Christian school. Schools have become Big-Brother types and teach other than reading, ‘riting, ‘rithmatic and history of our great Nation.

    It was never his intention to unify, only to deceive. Much like the one foretold to come. Obama speaks to both sides of each issue. You the deceived, only hear what you want to hear and ignore what you do not believe. Much like the Brown Shirts were to Hitler, you will be disposed of once he no longer has need of you because he must show that he is not associated with you.       No SS is a tax taken out of your check (that is if you work) you have no say in it. And I for one well not just let the govenment just keep the money the toke from me. Welfare is given to ppl who never worked a day in there lives and it comes from the taxs that working ppl pay to the government to take care of your sorry a$$. I feel really bad for what they have put people in Wisconsin through. They even threatened the children who dared voice their opinion by chanting ‘stand with Walker!’ just last week. The union bosses like Hoffa Jr., Andy Stern, Richard Trumka, Steven Lerner, are in bed with O-blame-a and they are the so-called 1%. They are greedy and selfish and power hungry.       A couple of weeks ago Rush hired a consultant to try to stem the exodus of his advertisors who didn’t want his hate speach associated with their products. Companies don’t much like it when you offend the audience they would like to sell their products to.

    Is it any wonder why any business or company in American that can outsource or move it’s primary workforce out of the country, does so? Unions are one of the primary reasons why private sector labor work no longer exists in our country. The only toe-hold unions have left themselves is the security of the left-wing controlled public sector.

      That is true. But, remember we are FORCED into unions.. I’ve been at my job for 25 years.. I’m 48 years old, unemployment is at 14% and i’ve tried to start a buisness and the BIG dogs ran me out. So I have a few more years until retirement and hopefully I will see something at the end of my long career of serving YOU the public.

    I don’t see the unions as being any worse than the Fascist company owners and bankers. There are plenty of companies in America who will pay 14 dollars per hour, but they try to get 40 dollars per hour worth of work from their workers- like Target for example. If it was left up to companies in this immoral age of greedy selfish people and bankers, they would pay workers 4 dollars per hour. The real American Anti-union movement didn’t begin until many Fascist investors started coming to America from Europe.

      Sovereign Soul….provide some examples that have happened in the last 5 years for example and in this country. My husband just dealt with this union intimidation this past summer when a union was trying to get into their company. They were going to employee’s houses after work to convince them they should vote for the union to represent them. Union got voted down, imagine that!?!

      The difference is the capitalist or business owner, whether crony capitalist fascist or whatever term you or I could use is responsible to God in heaven for his greed. I am not going to threaten the business owner to extort his property, i.e., I am not going to steal. Thou shalt not steal. Intimidation, threats to extort property is theft of the owners property.
