Little Boy Delivers Epic Speech After Learning to Ride His Bike

This is one of those videos you have to watch until the very end. No stopping or pausing early. You‘ll be glad you didn’t.

The little guy below just learned to ride his bike. Afterwords, he is more than excited. Much more. His dad asks if he has any words of wisdom for the camera. And boy does he ever. He launches into an inspiring, confident, and frankly epic bloviation that is Braveheart, Gladiator, Rudy, and Winston Churchill all wrapped into one. It just made me go slay a dragon.

See for yourself:

I didn’t hear the kid try to mooch or complain about not being able to ride his bike. Or demand that someone ride it for him. Or blame someone else for not helping him ride it. Or tell someone else they need to pay him to ride the bike. Or hire a lawyer when he fell off the bike.
So, nope. The kid, most assuredly, is does not sound like a liberal.

Perhaps you misunderstand conservatism. This stuff the boy is saying is great, because he encourages kids to go out and do this themselves. This is a far cry from convincing people to believe that it is someone elses fault if they fail, or that it is someone elses responsibility to provide riding lessons until they can. Though our “good” intentions may sometimes agree, the problem lies with the means by which said intentions are best realized. I believe it is a conservative viewpoint that “goodness” is best manifest when it is individually chosen without violating the individual rights of others. This is especially true when it is in spite of hardship. How we may define “rights”, “hardship”, and even “good”, is another debate entirely. IMHO

You made an important connection here that many older people aren’t making. Many of us have grand children just as precious as this little guy, and I for one am willing to sacrifice for them. But many selfish, immature geezers are not willing to give an inch no matter what.

ROCK AND ROLL!!! Now this is one kid that will be a strong conservative as he gets older. I even think that the liberal wackos in higher education will have an impossible task of trying to brainwash this kid! I pray that will never happen, even at his young age these are the type of people that we need to help bring this country back from hell’s edge and help to keep and restore our freedom. Anyone that hears his speech has to start believing in what he says and get the courage to stand up and be outspoken for our freedoms and rights. Kids like this are what is going to bring the liberal wacko left down and chase them out of town (and the country)!

Jabberwocky’s vast wingspan darkens the clearing. Alice can barely contain her fear.

      ALICE: But this is impossible.

MAD HATTER: Only if you believe it is.

ALICE (speaking her father’s words): “Sometimes I believe as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”

MAD HATTER: An excellent practice, but just at the moment, you should focus on the Jabberwocky.

She looks up at the huge terrifying creature. The Jabberwocky roars. Alice whispers to herself, her voice trembling.

ALICE: Six impossible things. Count them, Alice.

ALICE: One! There’s a potion that can make you shrink.

ALICE: Two! And a cake that can make you grow.

She draws the Vorpal Sword. The Jabberwocky lowers its huge head and hisses. He strikes out suddenly with his spiked tongue.

      ALICE: Three! Animals can talk.

The Jabberwocky drives its spike tail down to stab her. She barely rolls out of its way in time.

ALICE: Four. Four, Alice! (pulls herself to her feet) Cats can disappear.

She ducks in time to avoid the creature’s snapping jaws.

ALICE: Five. There is a place called Wonderland.

It swipes at her with long curved claws. She deflects them.

      ALICE: Six.

She stands still for a moment, then slowly lifts her head. All fear is gone. There is nothing but fierce intention and blood-lust in her eye.

ALICE: And I can slay the Jabberwocky!

She swings the Sword and attacks with fury.

      ALICE: OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!
