Madonna’s recent concert in Tel Aviv has managed to outrage Israelis, Frenchmen, and a fair number of the woman’s fans internationally.

What did she do?  Well, after lecturing Israelis on treating “every human being with dignity and respect,” Madonna displayed French politician Marine Le Pen with a swastika on her forehead, before fading to an image where she also appeared to be dressed as Hitler.

Not a “respectful” move in Israel by any means, nor does it seem to reflect the “dignity” Madonna demanded Israelis treat their peers with.

“For a show that was originally billed as a ‘Concert for Peace,‘ the opening night of Madonna’s world tour in Tel Aviv, Israel, featured a disproportionate amount of violence,” one reporter wrote, citing the disproportionate use of guns and Nazi imagery.

Dan Williams of Reuters similarly remarked that Madonna “showcased grim dance routines depicting violence and bloody gunmen,” while simultaneously wishing peace on the unstable region.

“I chose to start my world tour in Israel for a very specific and important reason,” Madonna explained, ignoring calls to boycott the country.

“All the conflicts that occur here [in the Middle East] and have been occurring here for thousands of years; they have to stop…You cannot be a fan of mine and not want peace in the world,” she declared.

But Marine Le Pen has interpreted the concert quite differently, it seems, and not without justification.

While her party has been accused of racism and anti-Semitism in the past, Marine has pledged to reform the party from the days of her father– who denied the Holocaust ever took place.

A Party spokesperson elaborated, saying they would be watching Madonna “very closely” for a repeat performance, and if she tried the move in France she would “certainly be taken to court.”

      It‘s not difficult to tell from her history that she’s been on the receiving end from many men and there was nothing spiritual about it…

      Most of her talent is based on provocation and as Don Rickles used to tell starts jokingly – it’s time she went home and stayed there.

    Why anyone even hires this ho bag is beyond me. She has nothing decent to show anyone. Now she is mocking people who lost millions to the Holocost. She needs to stay at home and allow her children to know what a real mother is like before they go down a road to ruin. Those chilren are growing up with a woman like that for a mother must be horrifyingly embarrassing for them.

      I don’t think she did it the right way, but she wasn’t trying to lecture anyone. She was simply trying to spread the message of peace by an abstract form of art. It seems like she went to far with some of the pictures because of the attention it would grab and that in no way excuses it. However she should have shown the Israeli people a different concert and maybe show other regions of the world this concert minus the Nazi opinions unless it is a proven fact.

      With that being said I think it was stupid and another way to gain media attention and waste my time.
