Maher: Voters are a ‘Crack Baby’ While Glenn Beck Close to ‘Playing With His Poop’

Bill Maher appeared on Tuesday’s “Countdown” with Keith Olbermann to talk about the election. So what happens when two liberals get together to lick their wounds? Terms such as “crack baby,“ ”nut bag,“ ”incestuous,“ and ”poop” get thrown around — the first describing voters, the second Tea Party candidates, and the third the liberal media.
First, the crack baby and nut bag. When Olbermann asked if Maher takes comfort in America not electing Christine O’Donnell, Sharron Angle and other Tea Party candidates, Maher had this to say about voters in general:
Well, I’m a cock-eyed optimist Keith, so of course I take a lot of comfort in that. Yes, I think America did draw a line. When the nuts started falling out of the nut bag this year, they said, “yeah, even us — the electorate of America, the crack baby that we are — is going to say enough is enough.”
Later, he eased up on the electorate and focused his ire on Republicans:
There are no Republicans on the moderate side. … At some point, the left moved into the center. The right moved into a mental hospital.
The left is at the center of politics? If that wasn’t a jarring enough statement, he went to say that this past Congress is one of the most “successful” since LBJ, and even had time for some self reflection when he described liberal news coverage as “incestuous.” And as an added bonus, he said Keith Olbermann sticks to the facts while while Glenn Beck “is close to playing with his poop”:

I’d love to see them have to go to a real job where they, dare I say, get a callous or two on their hands. I love the narrative on Obama, “he’s so intelligent.” I had a conversation with a lib friend recently and we were talking about the 2000 election. I asked him what was appealing to him about Al Gore. Same terminology, “at least he was intelligent.” My friend has a PhD in a hard science, so I asked him, what measure he used to say that Gore was intelligent, after all, Gore is a lawyer, not much critical thinking involved there (memorize a bunch of historical rulings, then try to twist current circumstance using slick words to conform to precedent…yeehaw!). After a moment, I gt the, “well, he seems intelligent” reply. I pressed further and shot the whole thing down. I told my friend, “you wrote a dissertation, you broke new ground and proved a theorem, you can do the math, do you think Al Gore is smarter than you?” I haven’t seen any real signs of intelligence in Obama over and above the ability to bamboozle much of the electorate, including the idiots in this video clip. We haven’t had a chance to see his grades, no real world experience other than ‘community organizing’ whatever that is. Aren’t Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton “community organizers?” Yep, LOTS of intelligence floating around there. On second thought, maybe being a BS artist does require some modicum of smarts.

Medicare and Social Security are huge socialist services, but those are just the biggest. Public funding for police and the fire department is socialism. Public Libraries are practically Communism. You do realize that the reason it is free to take books from the library is because they were bought with public money and belong to everyone in the community, right?
So, I‘m afraid you’ll need more evidence than Soviet Russia to prove Socialism doesn’t work.

The real morons are those that actually pay people like Maher and Olbermann such high salaries. As a “comedian” Maher is not funny and as a news caster Olbermann is yesterdays news.
What really amazes me is the fact that people like Maher renounce their religious heritage so they will appear to be more intelectual rather than spiritual. No matter what you or I may think of Maher or Olbermann, I’m sure they both have mothers that love them in spite of the fact that both are complete morons.
