‘God Is My Witness I’m Telling the Truth’: Maid in Dominique Strauss-Kahn Scandal Goes Public

Maid Attacked by Strauss Kahn SpeaksWhile the New York District Attorney has been considering dropping the case since early this month, the alleged victim of Dominique Strauss-Kahn’s sexual assault attempt is not shutting up. The hotel maid who has accused the former International Monetary Fund attacking her in a New York City hotel room has broken her public silence in an interview with ABC News.

“‘I want justice. I want him to go to jail,‘ Nafissatou Diallo told ABC’s Robin Roberts in an interview to air Monday on ‘Good Morning America,”World News with Diane Sawyer‘ and ’Nightline.‘ ’I want him to know that there is some places you cannot use your money, you cannot use your power when you do something like this.’”

Strauss-Kahn may not go to jail. Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance is considering whether to drop the charges amid “concerns” he has said he has about Diallo’s credibility.”

The accuser is a Guinean hotel maid who has accused Strauss-Kahn of a violent sexual attack in a swanky New York hotel. As a result of the accusations, Strauss-Kahn lost his job as head of the IMF. Diallo‘s accusations upended the politics of France and the workings of one of the world’s most prominent banking institutions. However as investigators learned more, the alleged victim’s credibility came into serious question, and Strauss-Kahn may now avoid jail.

“‘God is my witness I’m telling the truth. From my heart. God Knows that. And he knows that,’” she said.

Defense attorneys for Strauss-Kahn say that everything that happened in the room was consensual, and deny any criminal wrongdoing. Diallo’s full interview will air on ABC tomorrow.

      Allah is the Arabic word for God. Arabic speaking Christians worship Allah like Finnish Christians worship Jumala. The Arabic Christian Bible has Allah in it.

      It only goes to show, if you have enough $$$ or friends with $$$, you can get yourself out of any “predicament”! When this clown was first arrested, I bet a friend that it would take about a week or two before the maid was discredited in some way, shape or form, and the charges would “go away”. Well guess what, that is exactly what is happening! Too many “friends in high places” to nail this FAT CAT for JAYWALKING, let alone sex crime(s)!

      Because she is no longer useful to someone who might want to get rid of Strauss. The mission is done. Btw, Strauss was an anti dollar guy in IMF. He wanted to detach devalue the dollar real bad. Maybe that someone needs Obama to be re elected? Maybe that someone is going all out to clear the way for re election? Like getting rid of FOX?

    The victim of the alleged rape – LIED during her interrogation – about being gang-raped in her homeland – and later admitted to investigators that she was not telling the truth = she destroyed her own credibility.

      Maybe, maybe not.. Strauss Kahn who is notorious for sexual scandals… maybe its a smear campaign against her?? What if she was really raped.. this is exactly why, women, (mothers, daughter, sisters, daughters) etc don’t tell anyone, because of ridicule. Then one will tell and she is destroyed, by the media, by the courts, in any case it is a no win situations. I will hold my judgements on this one..

    I agree with “he said, she said, who knows ?”. But I do know this… It is almost unheard of for someone charged with rape to be arrested in, what ? under an hour ? Much less pulled off a plane and with diplomatic credentials to boot. I know people who have been raped; they knew the rapist and it took a minimum of 3-4 months to get an arrest.. even with DNA. As soon as I saw the original report on this, I thought that something was just not right. This is was the head of the IMF, one of the most powerful people on the planet and he is arrested within an hour or so of the allegation ? Many weeks go by, his replacement is confirmed and within a few days of that confirmation; suddenly, there are “issues” with the case and he is released on a bond ? I’m sure this guy is a dirt bag, after all he was head of the IMF and French ;) .. but this whole thing has setup wrote all over it. He may be guilty as sin, but I think someone, somewhere wanted this guy gone from the IMF..

    Excuse me, not all women working lowly jobs or get fired or are called liers are liars. And you can take that cookie and oh excuse me go take flying leap trip over yourself and before you hit bottom throw up now hit thank you .. I don’t have to explains this but women men children girls and boys are raped abused tortured die everyday around the world and then there is silence. This is serious for you to mock the person named passion for christ, obviously you haven’t been there yet so fly away.

    That being said, I think if she is Muslim isn’t that mocking her religion by swearing to another named god and not Allah. Aparently she isn’t Muslm or Christian in my opinion.

      This piece of fecal matter, the maid, must be deported it’s already been verified she lied to gain asylum and is now out to make a fast buck.

      If she is successful in civil litigation deport her back to the Third World sewer she immigrated from ILLEGALLY (falsifying paperwork and lying to authorities) and let her neighbors there prey upon her stealing the ill gotten gains she reaped in the obvious scam.

    Don’t know the whole story. Don’t really care. But I do know that a french writer has also alleged that he tried to rape her. Maybe this one isn’t telling the truth, maybe she is. Maybe she wanted to cash in. Only problem I see is there’s now two separate cases. What do you think? Are more women out there? If there are; were they paid off? If so, then whose money was used? His of the IMF?

    Keep in mind, that is not about “did it” or “did it not” happen…it is about the evidence they have and the credibility of the complaining party. They cannot bring charges just to make everyone feel justice is served…it has to be able to hold up in court and have a reasonable chance of winning.

    And “they” did not destroy her credibility…she did that herself by the way she has lead her life. It certainly did not take a lot of money either…a 3rd rate P.I. could have found this bread trail.

    That’s the problem with rape… only Strauss-Kahn and the maid know what really went down if anything. Everyone understands claims of sexual assault are the easiest accusation to make against someone.

    I just wonder how someone of Strauss-Kahn’s level of a achievement would risk his entire career over a made bent over a hotel bed when he could easily have afforded an expensive NY call girl and avoided risking himself entirely.

    The maid, on the other hand, appears to have no qualms in voicing her side of the story. Quite uncommon for a rape victim.

God as your witness, did you clean another room and then the room you were allegedly attacked in before you reported the alleged attack to authorities? God as your witness, did you tell your drug-dealing boyfriend in jail that you were getting ready to come into a lot of money? God as your witness, while in protective custody did you use the apartment you were in to meet men for paid sex?

      I didn’t wach ABC,NBC or CBS news in YEARs. Last year I peeked in on Morning Joe for a month or two (never watching the whole show but during commercials at Fox and Friends) because the Joe guy was tearing into Obama but that stopped after his co-worker kicked him too many times and the WH notes must have said stop it so he did. Never watch the show now. That Joe guy has been drinking the Kool-aid and is a RINO.
