Marco Rubio: Obama‘s ’Made Everything Worse’

Sen. Marco Rubio on Saturday delivered a sharp rebuke of President Barack Obama’s State of the Union address, saying Obama avoided discussing much of his administration‘s accomplishments because he’s “made everything worse” during his time in office.
“It was an opportunity for the president to talk about his accomplishments over the last three years and to lay out his plans for the year ahead. And he missed on both counts,” the Florida Republican said, delivering the weekly GOP address. “You didn’t hear much talk about the success of his administration — and that’s because there isn’t much.”
Acknowledging that Obama inherited a significant national debt, high unemployment and a struggling economy, Rubio said the president’s policies have only exacerbated a bad situation.
“This president didn’t talk about his record for one simple reason: He doesn’t want you to know about it. But you do know about it, because you feel the failure of his leadership every single day of your life,” Rubio said.
Rubio, a Tea Party favorite, continued, “The bottom line is this president inherited a country with serious problems. He asked the Congress to give him the stimulus and Obamacare to fix it. The Democrats in Congress gave it to him. And not only did it not work, it made everything worse.”
Rubio said Obama plans to “divide us against each other, to pit Americans against other Americans in the hopes of generating enough votes to get re-elected.”
“He tells Americans worried about their jobs that the way to help them is to raise their bosses’ taxes,” Rubio said. “He tells those who are hurting that the only way they can be better off, is for others to be worse off. He tells all of us that the only way for some of us to climb up the economic ladder is for others to be pulled down.”
Rubio, who has not yet endorsed a GOP candidate for president even as the days tick closer to Florida’s Tuesday primary, said Obama is using “divisive rhetoric” to call for higher taxes on the rich.
“For the first time in my adult life, we have a president who’s asking us to abandon our economic heritage,” he said.

The truth is, we are all to blame. Everyone wants smaller government, less spending, fewer wars, balanced budget..until the changes effect them personally. Just look at what’s happened across the country. We have millions of people out of work. Millions more that are working part time or for a paycheck much less than what they were getting before the crash. Most of the states are bankrupt and trying to figure how to keep up their social programs and pention and insurance plans. So what happens???? Someone comes along and is elected as Governor or some other position in power and starts making the painful decisions that need to be made. And what happens? The people that put the candidate in office are irate and want him impeached. Everyone is suffering, but the Unions or other powers that be, won‘t give up a cent to try to help out the serious problem that these ’social contracts helped to cause in the first place……….I think we are all greedy and probably deserve what we get.

Our govt unknown to most of us DOES go into other countries & attempt to manipulate various situations ( leadership, policies, outcomes, ect.) we would not like it if China/Russia/Syria had operatives here attempting to choose our leadership would we? The 9-11 terrorists all had visas issued from State Dept., all came from Saudia Arabia, yet we send troops into Iraq. Then we go into Afganistan. Why? Bush had to look like he was doing something about it. Constitutionally, it‘s not acceptable to go into other countries as we’ve done. The Patriot Act is not constitutional, the govt forcing banks to collect data for them is not constitutional. Our govt allowed the terrorists in, same as they are allowing the non-violent occupation by illegals. The govt is defined by our constitution to protect our soverienity but it is not. To cook a frog you must put it in a pot & heat the water slowly to a boil or the frog will jump out, that‘s what they’re doing, we are the frogs.

Report Post »WEBWITHDEB
Posted on January 28, 2012 at 1:40pmPatriot? Per that standard a person born to an illegal immigrant in this country is eligible to become president. What you are describing is termed “native-born”. A person becomes a native-born citizen by virtue of being born in this country. A person becomes a naturalized citizen by coming to this country and following the lawful steps to be naturalized (granted citizenship). A president, per our LAW (aka the Constitution) must be “NATURAL-BORN”. Taking the two concepts of citizenship in concert, the president must be born in the U.S. (or in its jurisdiction) AND to citizens (naturalized or native). That Rubio’s mother, I believe, may not have been a citizen until after he was born thereby disqualifies him from being VP or President.
As to how this relates to Obama, let us remember that when he was supposedly being vetted, the excuse that there was something embarrassing on his B.C. was used to not fully disclose same. Reasonable people could have assumed that although Barack Sr was listed as Dunham’s husband, it did not necessarily mean that he was the father to Barack Jr. Now that Jr has definitively claimed Sr as his biological dad via the release of his B.C., he, himself, as revealed his ineligibility. Support your states attempts at removing his name from the official ballot due to this revelation.

Posted on January 28, 2012 at 10:19pmKTsayz
The Supreme Court made it very clear in their decision on Minor v. Happerset that they were NOT setting a precedent by establishing a complete and exclusive definition of natural born citizen, because it had nothing to do with the case at hand.
“Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts.”
When they finally did examine the issue in 1898, they found that it was the policy under the laws of England at the time of our founding, with which the founding fathers would surely have been familiar, that natural birth was dependent only upon place of birth, not upon parentage. Since our founders nowhere in the Constitution or anywhere else wrote any article or statute changing this standard, they concluded that it remained in effect under the Constitution and up to the present day.

Posted on January 28, 2012 at 9:32amPresident Obama’s agenda is entering its final phase! http://commonsense21c.com/
An economic crisis, ending in violent chaos is the prescription for replacing a Republic with a Dictatorship. Since taking office, Mr. Obama’s agenda has been a blueprint for establishing that economic crisis.
That agenda is approaching completion. The economic crisis is almost upon us and the civil unrest to justify a declaration of martial law and suspension of the Constitution has started with the “OCCUPY WALL STREET” campaign.
On February 24, 2011 President Obama informed Congress that he would not enforce the laws that he disagreed with. Thus, Mr. Obama declared himself a Dictator? Is this our new form of government? A Dictator does not require the approval of Congress! Dictators don’t resign and dictators don’t allow free elections! The “OCCUPY WALL STREET” is the beginning of the final step to consolidate tyrant’s power!
The American Revolution has not been in such danger since the War of 1812, will we allow the tyranny of King George III to return under new management?

Posted on January 28, 2012 at 1:17pmThis is why you can’t change America ! Because the people in America have changed … For the worst! 50 years ago Americans wouldn’t have supported a President like this one with his ideas. Now they do… 50 years ago he would have been thrown out on his ear with 5% approval rating… It’s the immoral generations raising even worse generations. There’s no turning back ! Just turn your TV on. TV use to be for reliable information and good clean entertainment . Now it’s for a news media out of control talking about a Government out of control and raising generations of degenerates with the filth and immoral content . Take a good look and see… America needs a serious wake up call and if it stays on the current path it’s going to get one…

Posted on January 28, 2012 at 9:22amI really wish Marco would have decided to run. He is one of the true conservatives with consistent positions. I see him as the future of the GOP. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jds7JMG1Ii8

Posted on January 28, 2012 at 9:30amI trusted this CLOWN and gave him my vote. He turned around and stuck a knife in the back of all the Americans, when he voted to extend the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. ACT and voted in favor of NDAA.
Patriot act actually means: Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act.
This Muslim BOOGIEMAN Threat is a CONSPIRACY THEORY.
We were attacked by 19 SAUDIA ARABIANS 11 YEARS AGO !!!!!!!
They attacked because we established American military bases in Saudia Arabia. THEY WARNED US ABOUT THIS, BEFORE 911. THIS WAS CLASSIFED. That is what BLOWBACK means.
It is repercussions that are a Result of actions, unknown by the Public.
Tar and feather this turncoat !!!!!

Posted on January 28, 2012 at 9:47am@ProbIemSoIver YOU my friend are precisely the reason Ron Paul would never ever be considered the GOP candidate. Blaming of AMERICA for 911. YOU ARE A LUNATIC! Radical Islam is to blame….Not America. You Paulbots just can’t figure out the difference between Fact and Fiction. Hence the reason you loons gravitate to the All Knowing Alex Jones and his cast of All Knowing Conspiracy theorist like Jesse Venture and Hemoroid inspector Charlie Sheen. Derrrrrr~!

@ProbIemSoIver YOU my friend are precisely the reason Ron Paul would never ever be considered the GOP candidate. Blaming of AMERICA for 911. YOU ARE A LUNATIC! Radical Islam is to blame….
Please do explain your position…..Here is the problem with you Muslim Boogie man people. You always say the same things….”you are crazy!!! Of course Radical Islam was to blame!!!” That is as far as your arguments go.
Where i can give favor to the “Blow Back conspiracy lunatics” is that it makes logical sense, without the need of postulated information to prop it up. Meaning that I don’t need any assumptive information to know that I would be pretty darned angry if I were in their position, and seeing a super power government set up bases in my country, and sticking their noses in my business….

Posted on January 28, 2012 at 11:16amOh yeah and I forgot….your other part of the argument is always that America should never take responsibility for it’s actions.
Why is there such shame in admitting when we are wrong, when we try to teach that to our kids?? I think that most of the people who take the position of blaming ourselves is un-American is a guilt thing. Will we have to wait 200 years to admit this one too….
We admit now that what we did to the native Americans was wrong…and to be honest since we like to compare things to history (which i think i s a useful tool) this is very similar to what we did to them. We market them as savages to get “popular opinion” to destroy them….And to be fair the same can be said for the propaganda against the Jews……people in general should not fall for any of this propaganda….If the people stop being sheeple we wouldn’t have these problems…..Our second amendment right is sufficient to take care of the terror problem…..
