Mark Levin Has Some Unanswered Questions About the Account of Cain’s New Accuser

The Right Scoop:

Going through the story that was laid out in the press conference today by Sharon Bialek, Levin has found a few ‘problems’ that necessitate more information. He said earlier in the show that he was unable to get Gloria Allred to book her client on his show, so he’s basically left with just questions that need answers. One such question is why, after Cain had already ‘upgraded’ Bialek’s hotel room and then took her out to eat at an Italian restaurant would Cain then ask Bialek why she was meeting with him. Another question would be why he took her to the NRA to show her around if she had already worked there before? And there’s more:

      Levin knows more about the way this country was setup than the constitutional lawyer in office now. and also what is wrong with asking questions? Herman Cain is my choice but lets ask questions of those that accuse to make sure. if the story falls apart then that only boosts cain. also insurance man you should listen to the whole thing and get all of the information before you attack someone. Levin finishes the segment by saying the accuser doesn’t make a lot of sense

      No any candidate will show strength for the movement as long as we run it right. Even voting for Romney would be a gain for us if we don’t turn against him. In the last poll around 25% of Tea Partiers favored Romney over all other candidates.       Learn how to read Insuranceman; and where did you come up with Levin having less crediblity than Cain. Lets see, Levin is a Constitutional Lawyer, has worked with one of the defenders of our freedomes on the Supreme Court and served on Legal Counsel for the Great One, Ronald Reagan. And Cain has more credability then any of the Political Hacks running for the GOP nomination. Looks like the only one with little crediability is you.

      chairman of the fed reserve gives me no reason to go with cain…and his 999 plan sickens me. If he would change it to an end item consumption tax, I’d have no issue with it…Can’t afford it. Crunched the numbers and it would cause us harm. I guess I need to move to one of those zones to get a deduction…the zones are already identified, not news…it’s the ghetto.

      Personally, I’m concerned about the (now) several accusations. Remember, folks, we’re not the Left. They willingly closed their eyes to the Sexual Deviant-in-Chief. They’re the ones that went from “yes he did,“ ”No he didn’t.“ to ”Yes he did,“ ”It doesn’t matter.” We need to be asking if this matters, and it does.

      I’m not as willing to give a free pass. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. The question is, where’s the fire? Is Herman Cain the predator they’re trying to make him out to be, or is this all bought-and-paid-for?

      What angers me most is that Obama, Soros, and the Dems think we’re all so stupid, we’ll just buy this crap. Maybe this kind of trash can fly in Detroit, where everyone’s hoping a piece of “Obama’s stash”, but the rest of the country is just plain disgusted with having their intelligence insulted this way.

      Cain was a member of the Board of Directors and then chairman of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas, not THE federal reserve- You know, the one chaired by Greenspan, Bernanke, etc? It’s not that Federal. And being chairman of the board of directors in a region is not the same as being the chairman of the entire Federal Reserve, not by a long shot.

    Cain needs to answer whether the trip occurred or not first. If so why?
    Cain then needs to answer if above did occur, if he was ever alone in a car with this woman. If so why? 

    This woman will burn Cain on if the trip happened and why….They will show Cain as a liar if he denies the trip and it really occurred. That will be where Allred being the lawyer comes in…..She will press him….

    Cain has denied the allegations of the sexual innocent but he hasn’t the trip yet has he? He can surely show the trip didn’t occur if it never happen and shut them up. I would if the trip didn’t occur, wouldn’t you?

      Why does Cain have to respond to a fake, trumped up charge? What he needs to do is the same thing the left does. Send in about 20 lawyers to dig into every ounce of these peoples past and totally expose them for what they really are. These accusers should get no less than what the left did to Sarah Palin. How do we know it wasn’t a “set up” by the women? How do we know she didn’t try to get hired in turn for a little “favour” and Cain turned her down? And that‘s why she’s pissed? I have known women who have done this. Why is this never questioned? Why is the poor women a victim again? Isn’t funny how and when they pick the times a wormen is a victim? And holy cow, 14 years? If it was a real issue, time would not make a difference. You would go after the person no matter what. If you went 14 years then it’s not an issue. And we don’t need to bring up the timing issue.     I call BS on her and her story. First, hotel records for her room, the bar, and the restaurant will collaborate her being there. But to me, if this did happen, she went there to do him sexual favors and he turned her down. That is why she didn’t come forward. Now she sees an opportunity to profit off of her actions by smearing a good man who she knows cannot respond to her accusations because no one would believe him once he says ya we met, but it didn’t go down the way she said. This women is a capital “C” unt.

    Her reputation clearly shows that she’ll use sex to get what she wants, Cains is reputation is the opposite. So if you are liberal, you believe the lying “C” unt, but if you are a conservative, you’ll decline to believe her story until she can prove it.

    I have never donated to a candidate before, but today I sent in $200.00 to Cain. Spend it well Mr. Cain. Win 2012 for America’s future.

      More of a question to me is the reality of human response.
      Was she a limp doll that could be moved enough to arrive at the conclusion that the attempted movement was toward his crotch? The automatic physical response of the human bady is to counter a force with a counter force…this is how we are able to balance.
      She was either limply passive or she is, by default, claiming that Cain exerted an increasing amount of force to counteract the the natural response of resistance.
      Which is it?

    I acually am holding back till I hear from the Great One,, He is a Lawyer and a very wise man. This woman did not change my opinoin of Herman Cain.       My sister was sexually assaulted in eighth grade and raped in high school. Even at 37 years old, she has emotions about what happened and could never tell her story with much calm, and zero emotion. I agree with Levin, that there are just too many holes in this story. Wonder how much money she’s making?

      Levin has thought this through really well. My thought is…..For her to remember so much detail after 15 years simply proves she is either a complete liar, or if a meeting actually did occur, she is coloring up the facts about 90%. Give this thing a little time, and the true facts about her will emerge.

    Why would she travel across the country in the first place to meet Cain in person? They already knew each other? Why didn’t she just call him. and fax him a copy of her resume? Another point…..Man and woman in front seat of car…..he puts his hand up her dress, and pulls her head down to his crotch at the same time…..Now think about that scenario just a moment. For that to be true, both of them would have to be mighty acrobatic! I think when you investigate this lady’s background thoroughly, you are gonna find that she will not pass the “smell” test!

      Aggressive women can be identified in three seconds, if a male knows what to look for.
      Some women are very cleaver and make a career being aggressive using sexuality mixed with allure and intelligence, and I don’t mean the women who are obviously flaunting it.
      The first time it happens, especially when you’re a young male with power, it’s flattering.
      You can lose concentration in seconds if you don’t know you’re being preyed upon.
      If you’re aware of such predators, you’ll figure it out before it metastasizes and avoid the situation, otherwise you’re cooked.

      This hag has tried, but never succeeded at being that kind of aggressor, she’s not intelligent enough.
      She is admitting what she is when she agreed to blame the other party for her weak personality.
      Listen to her voice quiver when she reads the script prepared for her.

    If Cain actually did this then Sharon Bialek would have had a wonderful lawsuit against him. But she never filed. She only told her friends (so they say).

    I feel that Sharon Bialek is lying for financial gain. Anybody else feel that way?

    Now that Gloria Allred (her last name says it all) the truth is out. This b*tch only shows up to politically motivated causes where she can sink the conservative. That‘s what she did last year with Moonbeam couldn’t get any traction in the CA gubernatorial race. She took the truth from” Illegal alien lies to employment agency that sends illegal out to Whitman residence and when Whtiman‘s learn she’s illegal fire her as the law requires“ to ”Whitman hires illegal and then mercilessly fires her!”

    Of course, Whitman was NEVER charged nor convicted of ANYTHING, and all the lawyers agreed that they’d done EXACTLY the right thing. But Allred used it to sink her in the polls with Hispanics just before the election. The Pinko is now attacking Herman Cain with another bogus attack trying to force a loss in Iowa and New Hampshire to get him out of the race.

    Don’t forget that Pinko Allred did NOT say anything when Blue Dress Bill Clinton actually DID have sex (regardless of Blue Dress Bill’s screwy definitions) with Monica in the Oral Office. The most powerful CEO in the world using his position of power to have sex with the lowest of interns. Isn’t that exactly what the Progressive Liberals and the National Organization of Elitist Women always decry? Yet it was OK for Bill.

      Exactly! If I went to dinner with a man and he made some very unwanted advances once we were back in his car, there is no way in hell I’d ask him to drive me back to my hotel. I would hop out of his car, hail a taxi and tell him to get lost. Then I’d tell him, no, I’m not interested in your “job.” And then I would file a complaint against him. That is, I’d do all of that if I was a self-respecting woman who didn’t trade on her looks for advancement.

      This business of he said/she said, neither of which can be proven or disproven, has all been an effort to smear the character of Herman Cain. I don’t think too many people will buy it.
