You are right Chris nobody in your media network can think that fast! Duh!
Or was it a permenant omission by design. Why do you want the Mosque built on the site of such tragedy! They only want it as a symbol to the crazy muslims that they have prevailed with 911. Nobody has a problem with peaceful religions. I have never been threatened by catholics, presbyterians, lutherans, seven day adventists, jew, jehovah witnesses. Should I go on?
So why am I afraid of a religion that has to have it’s laws brought into the American legal system? Because when they do not get their way, they kill you! End Game! Comprendez!

Im a big proponnent of “live and let live” but the muslim leaders use it’s peacfull followers to unindate the communities where they do not have influence. Once they gain enough power in a society they will start to DEMAND that sharia law is allowed and later demand that it over rides the local laws because they claim it is the law of God and superceeds the law of man and since they have the influence (threat of fear, threat of violence) in the community most peaceful tolerant societies cave in and let them have their way. the threats will onlybecome more local and escelated in time.

the current situation should give us pause to think about what is going on here and to compare it with past action from the muslim communities in the very recent past. One only has to look at what is happening accross europe (U.K., France, etc.) and realize what we are going to face in the near future. We did not threaten to wipe out or kill anyone over the conquest building called the GZ Mosque but as soon as this christian leader announces his protest publicly (misguided as it may be) they threaten to attack all americans and threaten death to all americans, starting with this christian.

I am currently revisiting my “live and let live” ideology. If you have cancer and you ignore it, it does not go away. It will grow and become more aggressive and kill you. you have to fight it and stop it before it gets too big to treat.

Sharia law allows a man to beat and even kill his wife and children, allows a man to marry a female child of any age and even makes it a violation of his religeon for him to pay for insurance of any kind. you tell me that these are principals that can become tolerable by law abiding citizens of the United States of America?!? It flies in the face of all we hold sacred as christians (every denomination), Jews, Buhdists, and even atheist. It has no place in our society because it stands for everything we have fought against for the past 250 years in this country.

It will only get worse the longer we wait to take action against the infiltration and dismantling of our society. Please open your eyes to the truth. God bless the USA

Take CNN and MSNBC out of the public sphere IE airports, gyms, etc. they go under. My gym tried to take Fox off the air, unbeknownst to them, our gym members like Fox News and now CNN and MSNBC have been relegated to 1 TV screen and Fox has multiple screens.

If you are a member of your local gym, kindly suggest to increase Fox News availability in your gym or to decrease/changeover the programming from CNN/MSNBC to say Maury Povich and DNA baby daddy programs. I have already begun to suggest airing the New conservative network that Kelsey Grammar is a part of as well inside our gym.

Reverend Jones and others like him are a menace and are undermining everything we’ve tried to do to reach out to the Muslim world and reassure them we are not their enemies. Quran burnings will put every US citizen living abroad in Muslim countries at risk; not just the soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan, but everyone.

Mark, I don’t think Pastor Jones is doing the right thing by burning a Koran. That sais, unless you’ve actually studied the writings of Islamists by Islamists as I have had, one can’t fathom that violence is a MUST for Islam to take over the world. That is their publicly stated objective and part of the Koran. Study Islamic history to see that Islam was spread by violence. Today, they have become more sophisticated in their methods. Notice that “moderate Muslims” don’t come out publicly and condemn the “extremists?” IMO, the terrorists are really a way of diverting us to the reality of “moderate” Islam’s violent intents. They haven’t changed their objectives.

Food for thought. Reread the Book of Revelations where in the last days Jeruslem will be surrounded by it’s enemies and only by divine intervention will it be saved. Who do you think that nations surrounding Israel will be? They will be Islamic nations including Indonesia.

Building a Mosque is legal but wrong. So is Burning Qurans. When Muslims and the left recognize the parallels, they will be forced to recognize compromising on the mosque location is what good neighbors do.

Rev. Jones has the right to burn anything as long as the burn laws are not violated in his town or State. However, wisdom would say that swatting at a wasp is a dangerous thing but just let that wasp land on you and see how fast you start swatting.

Has anyone realized that it is the NEWS MEDIA – MAIN STREAM that is creating all of this hype in the first place? How would the world know about this one lone preacher in a little town far removed from mass society unless the news media reported it, reported it, and reported it over and over?

Get your attention off of the sick talking mouths and start teaching yourselves to watch out for the super car salesmen and door to door barkers. You’ll learn if you live enough.

The last thing I want to do is sound insensitive. But I have a question. Is it possible that the extreme muslims would secretly get a thrill up their leg so to speak if this pastor did burn this book? Would it not be the fuel on the fire to rally their troops to do what thay plan to do anyway? As far as Boehner and Palin why would they support this book burning when it would just encourage the muslims to have more credibility to do the insensitive thing with the NY mosque?

It is the failed strategy of the left to blame the right for everything that is wrong in this country no matter what happens since the democrats took COMPLETE control with the 2008 elections. Thank God no one is falling for it and they are on their way out.

Why is the left so obsessed with Sarah Palin? No one on the right considers her a serious candidate, she is just a plain citizen like the rest of us. She does not represent the right, she is a celebrity spokesperson.

Only the left has suggested conservative personalities like Palin and Linbaugh are the “leaders” of the right. The REAL leaders of the right are people like Governor Christie of New Jersey. It isn’t about social issues, it is about competent government.

My personal conservatism is about fiscal responsibility and limited government. I like Sarah Palin politics just fine, but as for leading she is a disaster (can’t put a sentence together). Republicans need capable leaders who can cut through the BS and get things done. Check out how Christie handled a queston about the teacher’s union in his state:

      http://blog.heritage.org/2010/09/09/video-gov-chris-christie-schools-new-jersey-teachers-unions/

Republicans DO need to define our leaders and Christie is a fine place to start for me. I have no problem with women having power, but I would rather have Jan Brewer with her brain freeze than Sara Palin with her cheerleader routine representing me.

Sarah Palin has been in executive level politics for almost 20 years.
      Some of Sarah’s accomplishments.

In Alaska, Sarah’s top priorities included fiscal restraint, limiting the size of government, resource development, education, equitable oil valuation as well as transportation and infrastructure development. Sarah Palin fought for ethics reform and transparency in government.

Sarah Palin has a long record of achievement and experience in public office.Prior her election as Governor, Palin served two terms on the Wasilla City Council and two terms as the mayor of Wasilla. During her tenure, she reduced property tax levels while increasing services and made Wasilla a business-friendly environment, drawing in new industry.

Under her leadership as Governor, Alaska invested $5 billion in state savings, overhauled education funding and protected Alaska’s natural resources. She created Alaska’s Petroleum Systems Integrity Office to provide oversight and maintenance of oil and gas equipment, facilities and infrastructure and the Climate Change Subcabinet to prepare a climate change strategy for Alaska.

During Governor Palin’s first year in office, three of her administrations major proposed pieces of legislation passed—an overhaul of the state’s ethics laws, a competitive process to construct a natural gas pipeline and a restructuring of Alaska’s oil valuation formula.
She cut Alaska’s budget by 30% and gave Alaska aa budgetary surplus Took on big oil, rooted out corruption in her own party. She pushed through the biggest private sector infrastructure project in US history that set dormant for decades.
      The list goes on.

Palin is past chair of the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission, a multistate government agency that promotes the conservation and efficient recovery of domestic oil and natural gas resources while protecting health, safety and the environment. She also served as chair of the National Governors Association (NGA) Natural Resources Committee, which was charged with pursuing legislation to ensure state needs are considered as federal policy is formulated in the areas of agriculture, energy, environmental protection and natural resource management.

Sarah Palin’s successful efforts to stop the cronyism and reform the energy business in Alaska were so impressive Kay Cashman, the publisher and executive editor of Petroleum News, wrote the book entitled: “Sarah Takes On Big Oil” This is a must read for anyone who wants to understand the leadership Sarah Palin has exhibited in the area of reforming government and industry.
We should also remember that Sarah, while working as the state’s chief energy and environmental regulator, found massive corruption within her own Republican Party. Those included were the party chairman, and a former Attorney General. When she was through fines were paid, and some were trotted off to prison.

While Governor Palin has a history of being a reformer and taking on powerful interests for the benefit of ordinary people, Obama’s history is that of a tool of special interests, be they unions, trial lawyers, ACORN, or Wall Street.
