Megyn Kelly Guest Blasts ‘Black Mafia’ Over Jan Brewer ‘Racist’ Finger-Wagging Charges

The photo that captured a tense moment in time for Arizona Governor Jan Brewer and President Obama has been generating controversy ever since its release.
Now, there’s a new charge being leveled against Brewer as some members of the African American community — who “America Live” guest David Webb labeled as the “Black Mafia” — are labeling Brewer’s finger-wagging gesture as “racist.” These “mafia” members, according to Webb, include Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and radio host Joe Madison.
Last week Madison, in reference to the Brewer-Obama incident, said, “There’s some people, not all, in this country who cannot stand the fact that this is an African American, who is now one of the most powerful individuals on the planet.”
To debate these charges, Jehmu Greene joined Webb and Megyn Kelly.
For his part, Webb sharply criticized those who invoke the “racist” epithet, “Did Jan Brewer’s finger,” he asked, “have the N-word written on it? Maybe that would’ve made it racist. Or is this a case where the President and his acolytes need to call out the ‘Black Mafia’ — which is what they are — to turn it into racism?”
Greene conceded that a charge of racism might be going too far, but posited that people are missing the bigger issue, which is what he considers Brewer’s display of disrespect for the president. “Would she or any governor approach a president in that manner if he was a white man?” Greene asked.
Webb acknowledged that it’s impolite to point but said, “Is this a case where the president and his acolytes need to call out the ‘black mafia,’ which is what they are, to turn it into racism?”
He added that the “black mafia” would be better served investigating other incidents of racism such as the ones coming out of the Occupy movement.

If this dork isn’t complaining about something like this, he’s declaring Angel Food Cake to be racist, because Devil’s Food cake is black. They did that, of course, pressed for time, because he knows they were also busy introducing drugs and aids into black neighborhoods to kill them all off.
And Michael Dyson wants everyone to understand that blacks can’t get ahead, nor can they achieve anything, due to oppression by whites and slavery two hundred years ago.
But, believe me, none of these black charletans will even get close to broaching the subject that 70% of black babies are born to unwed mothers, or that blacks comprise 13% of the population, yet commit 58% of all violent crime, or that blacks have the lowest I.Q. of any group in the US, or that poor immigrants who come to this country outperform blacks academically and in the work force even though they might not be able to speak English when they get here.
On and on and on and on. Everything has a racist element to most blacks, and from reading the forums on racial issues in online newpapers it’s plain that people are sick and tired of all the whining and excuses and complaints.
Armed racial conflict is in our future.

That made me go back and watch most of the clip since I’d skipped it initially.
I listen to talk radio a lot and have heard David Webb a lot. It was over a year after first hearing him that I saw his photo and found out he is a black man. I listened to what he had to say and didn’t try to categorize him. Shamoo on the other hand shouts out loud “I’m African-American and I own the printing press that spits out the race cards!”

When was the last time you heard someone refer to themselves as an Italian-American or Irish-American? I look at the term African-American as simply another embodiment of ‘separate but equal’.
Its a subtle means of continually reinforcing the notion that one group stands apart from all other Americans. By extension then, the USA can‘t ever truly be your country because you’re not an American, you’re an African-American. Sadly, this only serves to perpetuate the very same divisions that men like Rev. Jackson and Sharpton supposedly seek to end.
However, I don‘t think these ’fighters of injustice’ truly desire racial harmony. They’ve felt the power of the word racism and decided they liked the taste of it. Despite being ‘men of God’, they presume to know the intent of all men’s hearts. Amazingly, this omnipotent insight always leads them to the conclusion of racism.
Here’s something to think about though. When charges of racism are frivolously thrown about with seemingly mundane interactions continually dissected to find the ‘hidden’ racism, will the ensuing increase in racial tension result in more interaction? or less? Does extra anxiety when dealing with another race get us closer to racial harmony, or further away?
