Miami Imam & Sons With Giving $50,000 to Terrorist Taliban

MIAMI (AP) — Three South Florida men have been charged with providing about $45,000 in financial support to the Pakistani Taliban, which the State Department has designated as a terrorist organization.

The U.S. Attorney’s office in Miami announced Saturday the arrests of Hafiz Muhammed Sher Ali Khan and sons Irfan Khan and Izhar Khan. Hafiz Khan is the imam at Miami Mosque, also known as Flagler Mosque, and Izhar Khan is the imam at Jamaat Al-Mumineen Mosque in nearby Margate. Officials say the mosques are not suspected of wrongdoing.

Authorities say they have recorded conversations in which Hafiz Khan supported violence perpetrated by the Pakistani Taliban.

If convicted, the men face 15 years in prison for each of the four counts.

Attempts to reach the men, their attorneys and their mosques were unsuccessful.

    However, with that said, Jefferson did not mean by this that Islam can come to the U.S. and replace the Constitution with Sharia Law. Had they attempted this in Jefferson’s time, he would have declared war against them.

      I agree. If you join any branch of the U.S. Military, then try to get out on “conscientious objector” status, you should be put in front of the firing squad for Treason.

      If you give aid and comfort to the enemy, foreign or domestic, you should be put in front of a firing squad for Treason.

      If you call for Sharia Law to replace the U.S. Constitution in any form, you are an enemy to this country and are guilty of Sedition and should be put in front of a firing squad.

      If you want the downfall of capitalism and the Constitution, and you act on this belief in any way, and want to replace it with National Socialism, Socialism, Communism, Monarchy, or any other form of government, you should be found guilty of Sedition and be the target of a firing squad.

      Bottom line, George Washington did exactly this. He put traitors and cowards in firing squads and had them shot. Check your history books folks.

      Here is the definition of sedition from the Oxford Dictionary:

      “conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.”

      Now, there is the Sedition Act of 1798, which is no longer in effect. However, I have read it numerous times, and I believe it to be an unconstitutional bill due to its wording.

      There is also the Sedition Act of 1918 which I have not read, and I am not too familiar with it. I will have to read it and understand it in its historical context.

      Talmid of Yoshua – I disagree on the consciences objectors who are already members of the military. I think that if an active military member decides to go that route he or she should immediately be trained to be a combat medic and sent to the front lines to go out and pull wounded soldiers out of harms way and treat them. Of course as consciences objectors they will be unarmed.

    My opinion only ~~~ 1. Deport within the next month ALL people here from the middle east. Doesn’t matter if they are here legally or illegally. They are gone while they can still breathe and start over in their own home countries.
    2. Get rid of ALL mosques in this country within the next month.
    3. Shut down ALL bank accounts, etc. of these folks TONIGHT! Confiscated monies, houses, whatever will be used to pay down national debt.
    4. All people doing business with them must leave as well…. bye, wh and czars!!!!
    5. Next month, we start on illegals from south of the border which will have been secured by then.

And those that donated that money had no idea where it was going?       The current President of the United States triples the number of drone strikes against Muslim suspected terrorists in Pakistan and Afghanistan and kills high value targets. This President did in two years what the previous President couldn’t do in seven: kill Osama Bin Laden. And bring home a treasure trove of information about Al Quaida members and plans. And now some anti-American Imams have been arrested and charged.

      Ironically, what I read here is that all those actions are proof that the current President sympathetic to Muslims. How can I make any other conclusion except that you guys hate the President more than Islamic extremists? It‘s you guys can’t stand it when the United States of America gets the bad guys, so much so that you have to invent wild theories about how it simply isn’t possible that the current President of the United States had anything to do with that.

      To me it’s incomprehensible that some Americans can simply deny the successes the US has had against terrorists. Seems to me that shows the power of hatred, not against our enemies, but against the sitting President. Hmmm, why would that be?
