Michigan Dems Charged in Forging Fake Tea Party Election Documents

Two Michigan Democrats were charged Wednesday with nine felonies for allegedly forging paperwork in their attempts to get fake Tea Party candidates on last November’s electoral ballot.

As we reported last fall, Michigan was one of several states where “fake” tea party candidates were running for office, propped up by liberals attempting to divide the conservative vote.

Detroit’s local Fox affiliate WJBK reports:

Two former leaders of the Oakland County Democratic Party are facing a total of nine felonies for allegedly forging election paperwork to get fake Tea Party candidates on November’s ballot.  “It is not a partisan statement, and we need to make that very clear,” said Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper.

Former Oakland County Democratic Chair Mike McGuinness and former Democratic Operations Director Jason Bauer face up to 14 years in prison if convicted.  “Some of the people didn’t even know they were on the ballot till they began receiving delinquency notices of filings that were required as a candidate,” said Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard.

The sheriff says 23 statewide races had questionable Tea Party candidates on the ballot and the investigation may go beyond Oakland County.  “It was learned that a scheme was developed by a party leader in Lansing to place on the ballot people pretending to be Tea Party activists and that this was going to be a statewide effort,” Bouchard said.

John Tramontana, a spokesperson for the state Democratic Party, told FOX 2 that this was not a state party issue and it’s not our place to comment.

“What we have here is illegal. It’s forgery. It’s fraud. It’s perjury. It’s those things. Then you cross a different line,” said Bouchard.

    They also had one in Lv,Nev and I believe in Ind. He claimed he is an Irag vet and than Alder in NJ was caught helping run someone as a teaparty canidate. Alan Grayson also denied he was running someone on the teaparty ticket in Fl. I think if you look everyone that was involved one way or the other were THE PROGESSIVE CAUCUS Grayson was the vice chairman I think that crybaby Elison is vice chairman now. We have got to watch these freeks

    If the election is stolen again, it will be the last straw. Did anyone go to jail last time for voter fraud? I doubt it. Theres no way to stop voter fraud when you look at how many people in high places are condoning it. One of these days the people that are paying all the bills in this country are going to protest and go on strike. What will they do then? I shutter to think what they would do when we become unproductive like the millions living off the government. Will that be the day we become exspendable? Will they decide to do as the socialist and marxist countries did when working people became exspendable?

      This will include casting multiple ballots, disappearing valid ballots for conservatives behind the scenes, illegals allowed to vote to ‘prevent the appearance of DISENFRANCHISEMENT’, fellons locked up in prison voting, the dead casting votes, and the dead actually voting twice.

      All these voting anomolies will occur in hotly contested or close races where the republican candidate is believed to be ahead or has a good chance to win.

      All of these will miraculously favor the democrats, prosecutions for voter fraud and ballot abuses will be far and few between, and NO prosecutions will be forthcoming from the DOJ and Eric Holder except for the trumped up laughable cases against non democratic candidates.

      Your right. I can’t even get words to come out right this kind of stuff infuriates me so much. I am from a completely Dem. family, and in college, all I hear about is the evil greedy rich people who corrupt everything. Yet, it always the Dems who are cheating, lying, and using the media to smeer people in any way they can. I can barely stand them anymore….

      I guess the thing is about us vs. them, we are honest people who have integrity. Once I have my doctorate, I am writing a book about the huge difference between us and them, and why it is. It is the difference between knowledge and wisdom. They still partake from the tree of knowledge, while we know we have man no longer has to bear this fruit. We have a plan of salvation. Our savior has carried that cross and provided us a means to escape death. They have no path. They have to rely on their thinking. WHich is part of the flesh, which must be sustained ( water, air, food). So they are constantly acting on instinctual based fear of survival. Even their deeds of charity are based upon reason rooted in these instinctual fears. Those of who have faith, no matter what the faith is, know this life isn’t the end. We believe in miracles. WE empower our spirit over our thinking, through which, we find TRUE life, peace, and contentment .

      “This is how democracy works” …….actually Dems it doesn’t and will never work like this. I hear that we should help other countries with setting up democratic voting and I see stories like this and those Dems out of upstate NY (Troy), the ACORN trash out of Nevada (400,000 registrations thrown out for fraud) and I don’t think we have the best system to teach others how to run a fair election. I know the DOJ will drop the ball all these Dems, since it involves Dems (it always involves Dems if you don’t see that trend already). There should be a HUGE punishment for anyone convicted of voter fraud, since this seems to be a foundation for this Democratic Republic. People involved in voter fraud should be used as an example to others to show that we take this process seriously and not have these clowns get plea deals and no jail time like they did in Nevada.

      There is a way to stop voter fraud if We the People are willing. Here would be my rules to voting:

      1. All LEGAL citizens and immigrants; including members of the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Branches of the federal and state government that want to vote, have to register within 1 year prior to voting. You will have to provide your birth certificate and some kind of government registered ID with picture to register ie. drivers license, military ID, green card, or state ID. You will also be finger printed

      2. Before receiving your VID you must pass with at least a 70% on a test about the US Constitution. This test will be true or false, multiple choice, and fill in the blank. This test will be different every time you take it and there will be 20 different tests available for that year, to prevent cheating. If you fail you can retake the test, but only one time and will be a different test. You can either take the test online at home, there will be a time limit on each question on this test to prevent cheating, or at the registering office. If you choose to do at home and online you must print up the results and take with you when you show your birth certificate and ID.

      3. After passing the Constitution Test you will receive a voters card with picture and signature on it. This card will also have an alpha numeric and symbol code. To prevent fakes all will be in a data base that is only for voting and before registering starts the state govenor will decide how many digits the voters ID (VID) will be.

      4. The VID will be valid in the state you registered in and will have the name of the state. When voting instead of showing the volunteers an ID for a ballot, you put your card into a machine and a ballot is given to you. Inside the machine the card is shredded to avoid any tampering. There will be cameras at the ballot machine and a finger print scanners and your face will be saved and entered into the database to verify that you have only voted once. If your face has been recognized and/or your fingerprint shows up from a different polling place you will not receive a ballot.

      5. All voter information will be on a voters database which will be illegal to link to the internet or a state intranet. This data base will be stored only in the voters registration offices and only will be linked to other voter databases within the state. These databases will be only linked up together at prescribed times by the govenor and only at two hours at a time, to prevent hackers getting into any private information of all voters. Since the state has a year to enter all the info before the vote starts the govenor has plenty of time.

      6. If you make a mistake go to a volunteer and just exchange ballots. The ballot that needs to be replaced will be placed into a shredder by the voter only! Volunteers will be at the shredders and only after the voter has shredded the first ballot will they be able to receive a new one.

      7. No busses are allowe within a 5 mile radius from a voting booth. All vehicles will have their tp register their VIN # and put in a data base that covers all times zones in a 10 state radius.Make each party police their own party. What I mean is this if this story is true put these guys in jail and they lose all voting privaleges for the rest of their lives. Not only that they can’t campain for any party or even support any candidate. Then the party they belong to which in this story is the democrats and if their party won those members that won don’t take office and the state has a revote without the members of the winning party. And then in that state no one can run as a democrat for 50 years!

      Now if these people were repubs then the same thing would happen to all involved and then the repub party would not be able to run in that state for at least 50 years! This is the only way to prevent the fraud or at least stop the fraud.

      This is just from the top of my head, had no time to really think about this so I am sure there are holes, but this is at least a beginning. I would love to see the country end all parties and We the People vote for people and the issues they stand on and not a d or an r.

      I hope they didn’t get away with it. The Tea Party needs to take this seriously! When are they going to start filing lawsuits for the lack of equal protection under the law? The Tea Party members are routinely being discriminated against on the basis of race, religion and political orientation by both the Dems and the GOP. They (Tea Party) are being attacked on the streets, in the media, by the president, by the former president’s mother, etc. The police seem to ignore the complaints of voter intimidation, recall-petition destruction, and physical assaults. It’s time to start suing, it is the only thing that they understand. It is obvious to me that the Tea Party is a minority that is suffering discrimination and it seems to be increasing in frequency and intensity.

      Sound like if they can continue to put this together .. these two and others could be facing conspiracy charges .. .as for Dems getting away with all things .. ask Kwame how that is working out (former Detroit mayor) … despite what you hear .. everyone is not in a union or on welfare .. but many like me got fed up and left years ago. The Republicans won big in the last election … it will be an up hill fight to clean up Michigan.       This was a test run for 2012. Now that they see how they got caught they will refine it. They will use the same thing to split the vote so Obama is reelected. Bogus votes were found in prior elections because the votes cast exceeded the registered voters on electronic voting machines. Solution: ACORN saturated the registrations so fraud votes could not be detected. Used in 2008. Used in Nv in 2010.

      Don’t hold your breath to see this reported by the lamestream media becasue they are OBC (only bash conservatives). It is heartening, however, to see that justice is still being served in some parts of our country. Now if only Holder and his Dept of Injustice would learn that they serve ALL Americans, not just those who lean way left. Do you think that this Michigan district attorney could next go after Holder for dereliction of duty? Please?

      I can tell you of a Democrat you can trust — Onslow County, NC, Sheriff Ed Brown. He’s been in law enforcement for 40+ years, and he’s my hero. A republican who serves Onslow County and two other counties, Rep. Walter B. Jones (NC-3) is a man that is greatly admired, respected and trusted. They must have “religion” in their water!

      Not all of us in the Mitten State are Progressives. We have an extremely uphill fight here, as the Dems have a lock on most of the state’s bureaucracy, and they use it to make certain elections always go their way.

      Even some of the local police departments are in on the fix. During the ‘04 Presidential election when I went to my polling station, I and many others stood behind a perimeter line formed by local cops that suddenly rolled up at the poll while buses (I counted 5) full of Dem voters rolled up behind them, emptied, then re-filled and left. It was very well organized, and from the bits of conversation among the bus-riders I was able to hear from across the street, this stop appeared to be just one of many stops they were making and had already made.

      The local cops allowed us to cross the street and enter the poll and quickly left the area after the buses loaded back up and left. None of the poll staff or observers would even acknowledge any questions, completely ignoring as if they weren’t standing there talking, anyone who asked about the buses or the police presence.

      In order to hold a fair election in Michigan, the elections here will need to be monitored/observed, and poll/voting rules enforced, like we would do if we had to organize a fair election in some corrupt little banana republic. The corrupt Chicago machine hasn’t got a thing on Michigan Dems and their union allies.

      I just listened to channel 7, I am surprised they actually named that they were Democrats. The news around here likes to omit certain parts of the truth. Like when the Macomb Daily printed a huge article about Obama’s green Czar Van Jones when he resigned and they left out the part that he was hand picked by Valerie jaret for his work in Oakland, CA and that he was a communist. You would think that it would be news to its readers.

      I notice that the spokesman for the Demoncratic party didn’t say that it was wrong. He does say that it’s illegal and such? That is on the verge of being ludicrous since what was done in this instance is minor to what these people are used to doing.
