From WSVN-TV:
Two battling colonies made up of millions of bees have died after invading a South Florida home.
The bees were found inside the Hernandez home, at 9394 SW 212th Terrace, Tuesday morning. According to the homeowner, Miguel Hernandez, he woke up and found his home surrounded by bees. Speaking in Spanish, Hernandez said, “I went out of my front door, and the entry was full of bees, so I called 911. The fire department told me to lock myself in the bathroom. They got here, and they were not able to enter because of all the bees flying around.”
“I’ll Bee There” Pest Removal arrived on the scene to get rid of the bees. According to Beekeeper Adrian Valero, there were two warring bee colonies inside the home. “Probably like two million bees over here, flying around,” Valero said. “You have two main beehives that they got to the same place at the same time, and they’re fighting each other, so that makes them aggressive against each other, so they tried to kill each other.”

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 3:08pmIt’s very possible, but I myself would rather die fighting for what I know to be right if the only other principled option is to be slaughtered anyway.
Report Post »We can encourage a peaceful resolution, but I doubt the buffoons will accept it. They’ve had their taste of power and are addicted.
Pray and peacefully resist. Let God do His part while we do ours, and hope that we avoid another civil war.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 9:59amBee-u-tiful story! As Stu Pedaso said — sorry about the house, dude, but speak English…great line, Stu.
Bee-ing at ground-zero is an inter-hive war is not a good place to be…I watched a bee war that took place down by my creek last year…the bugs sent raiding parties to attach each others’ hives…aerial duels with stingers slashing…I mean real, true violence on a massive scale…One hive was either wiped out or driven away…now I have one wild hive, still reduced in size but growing again.
The bees took great care of my veggie gardens this year and our flowers were more beautiful than ever…I think because the wild bees had no competition this year and were able to focus on food gathering, which increased pollinating, instead of being on guard against other bees …
Without bees, butterflies and other flying critters that visit our plants we’re done…but you still don’t want to be in the middle of a hive war…really violent stuff.

Posted on December 3, 2010 at 9:30amOh, I don’t think they were made aware that only your opinion mattered. I‘m sure they’ll have this corrected in short order.
Seriously though, TheBlaze is a news site. Not a political site. They post all sorts of stuff ranging from pure entertainment to the most hardcore of news. Why anyone would expect anything differently sort of boggles the mind. Beck himself is a guy who has always done shows based on the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is the entertainment part.
