Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih Caught Lying on Twitter About Drunk Driving Arrest!

Miss USA Arrested for Drunk Driving

Former Miss USA Rima Fakih was caught acting not very lady-like Saturday. The former Miss Michigan was pulled over in her home state early yesterday morning, where sources tell WXYZ she blew a .20, which is more than twice the legal blood-alcohol content while driving limit in the state.

To make matters worse, she spent her time sitting in jail Saturday writing on her Twitter and Facebook accounts that she was out of the state, and a different Fakih had been arrested for drunk driving. WXYZ reports that those updates have since disappeared:

Debbie Schlussel caught the misleading tweets, and notes that this is not the first controversy that Fakih has attracted:

“Fakih’s lawyer, Doraid Elder, is a Palestinian Muslim who represents Islamic terrorists who raise money for HAMAS and college football players who murder people outside of bars. His brother is Azzam Elder, the recently-fired Deputy Wayne County Executive involved in forging a faked contract to give his fellow Muslim, Turkia Awada Mullin, a $200,000 payment from the County coffers.

Fakih just returned from a trip to Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon, where she was feted and celebrated by her terrorist friends and relatives, many of whom are members and top officials of Hezbollah and Harakat Amal (the Shi’ite Amal Militia), as well as “martyrs,” terrorists who died in terrorist attacks against Israelis.  Fakih has gone to Lebanon quite often, since she’s a nobody and a never-has-been here in the States. . . unless you count her recently being honored by the openly pro-HAMAS/pro-Hezbollah, Muslim-dominated American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), whose Michigan leader,Imad Hamad, was a Palestinian terrorist who committed immigration and marriage fraud.  (Hamad raised the money for Fakih’s pageant forays.)  Right now, Fakih’s only hope for a “career” is working for WWE or some other similarly sleazy pro wrestling enterprise.  And she’s in talks with WWE to do a reality show.”

Schlussel caught the Tweet before it was deleted, and linked back to her website, DebbieSchlussel.com,  in the Tweet’s screen shot.

Fakih’s lawyer told the Detroit Free Press that his client is “very saddened and very apologetic for the situation that she is in right now.”

In May 2010, Fakih won the Miss USA Pageant, becoming the first Miss Michigan to win the title since 1993 and the first Arab and Muslim American to win the pageant.

Miss USA Arrested for Drunk Driving

Shortly after winning the competition, a local radio station released photos showing that Fakih had participated in the “Mojo In The Morning” “Stripper 101” contest. While she did not remove her cloths, the photos were indeed racy, and the Miss Universe pageant investigated the matter but allowed her to still compete in their competition, and did not lose her title.

Not a bigot; taken from the Hadith:

      From the Hadith:

Bukhari (52:269) – “The Prophet said, ‘War is deceit.’” The context of this is thought to be the murder of Usayr ibn Zarim and his thirty unarmed men by Muhammad’s men after he “guaranteed” them safe passage (see Additional Notes below).

Bukhari (49:857) – “He who makes peace between the people by inventing good information or saying good things, is not a liar.” Lying is permitted when the end justifies the means.

Bukhari (84:64-65) – Speaking from a position of power at the time, Ali confirms that lying is permissible in order to deceive an “enemy.”

Muslim (32:6303) – “…he did not hear that exemption was granted in anything what the people speak as lie but in three cases: in battle, for bringing reconciliation amongst persons and the narration of the words of the husband to his wife, and the narration of the words of a wife to her husband (in a twisted form in order to bring reconciliation between them).”

Bukhari (50:369) – Recounts the murder of a poet, Ka’b bin al-Ashraf, at Muhammad’s insistence. The men who volunteered for the assassination used dishonesty to gain Ka‘b’s trust, pretending that they had turned against Muhammad. This drew the victim out of his fortress, whereupon he was brutally slaughtered despite putting up a ferocious struggle for his life.

Well, the article mentions alot of spooky stuff about people associated with this woman. First I would like to know why is a Middle Eastern “Fakih” Miss USA? But then again I would also like to know why Dearborn, Michigan and Trenton, New Jersey are just accepted as Muslim now. BUT even then, I want to know how is Miss Fakih‘s Tweeting lies about her arrest any WORSE than the media’s suppression of Muslim-Americans CELEBRATING 9/11? Does anyone remember how BOTH Dearborn, Michigan and Trenton, New Jersey had Muslims out of doors DANCING and CHEERING when the Trade Towers FELL and the Pentagon BURNED? No? Because that story has been KILLED by a “socially responsible” media who feels that the response from you Crackers to the TRUTH would be WORSE than the crime of SUPPRESSING the TRUTH! Has anyone seen GB cover this story about Dearborn, Michigan and Trenton, New Jersey responding on 9/11 to the terrorist attacks? Isn’t “theBlaze” supposed to be all about TRUTH? And again I ask:

How is Miss Fakih‘s Tweet any WORSE than the media’s suppression of Muslim-Americans CELEBRATING 9/11?

I hear what your saying, but what else do we do ?? I am a past drunkard, getting 3 DUI‘s in 8 month’s, after having 3 years and then relapsed and went off the deep end emotionally. I have since remained sober, but only by the grace of God. However, you are right about the laws, they are out of this world unbelievable. I lost my license for 10 years. On all accounts there was no accident or anybody hit and considering I was caught 3 times out of 240 driving experiences, I was fortunate not to have hurt or killed somebody. I know of only one man out of 1,000′s, who is a recovering drunk who killed somebody, and he is probably a nit suicidal at best. Most can’t stay sober and live with knowing what they did and spiral into drinking themselves to death. Listening to his story, it is very difficult to listen to. Knowing innocent people died, to me, it seems if it was me, I would have rather died as well. Amazingly, the victims family have come to forgive him over time. Anyway, I am in school and working on my degree so I can practice in the field of alcoholism/addiction. As a result of them revoking my license, I lost any ability to have job in my career as plumber. Life seemed impossible for some time, I can understand why most people just say screw it and go back to drinking. I don’t have that choice. I turned to the lord and gave up my will so he could mold me. Mold me he has. If you can understand this, it took all of who I was and my experience, to make me who I am today

I would suggest that Instead of having our local governments deal with the dangers of addiction by revoking a person‘s driver’s license (who hasn’t harmed anyone), a privately funded campaign to show the consequences of driving without the consideration of others would be a more efficient way to tackle this problem. Many blessings to you.

The part that gets me is when they lower the blood/alcohol limit and then they are amazed that they catch more people. Duh! An average man can have 2 beers in an hour and he’s legally drunk. That’s nuts. And as far as this idiot response, if your family member was killed by a drunk.. blah, blah, blah.. Far more people are killed by sober, but stupid drivers, than are ever killed by drunks. Maybe we just need to make it harder to get a license. Or set-up road-side IQ tests.

I think what people are getting at is the level for measuring “drunk driving” is so low, that literally any one with three drinks is DUI. The arrest ruins someones life with a DUI and the true drunks have like 8 or more DUIs and are still at it. Most people would be shocked to realize the number of time that they could have been arrested for DUI.

Southernsoul,I don’t know what the answer is to stop drunk drivers but we are a country of laws and the law against drunk driving is the best we have and yes there are many car wrecks caused by non drunk drivers each day in this country but the difference between an accident caused by a non drunk driver and a drunk driver is the drunk MAKES A CONSCIOUS CHOICE TO GET BEHIND THE WHEEL WHEN HE IS IMPAIRED AND DRIVE, if i make a MISTAKE and turn in front of someone its a mistake a drunk behind the wheel is like driving your truck with 7 of the 8 lug nuts missing from one of your front wheels, the chance of the wheel coming off and an accident happening is increased 10 fold, same thing with a drunk behind the wheel with his reaction time slowed down from drinking the chance of him causing an accident compared to a non drunk driver is increased 10 fold. One more point if you EVER lose your wife, son or daughter i can assure you you won’t be so glib, going it‘s blah blah blah you will be living with the likes of a pain you just can’t imagine, and it last’s a LIFE TIME!!! I pray to God you NEVER have to experience this type of lost first hand because it changes you forever.

I totally agree with you Individual. Our laws are fast becoming nothing more than a way to raise revenue. DUI laws are there for this reason. I have lost my youngest and oldest brothers to drunk drivers, and in one situation when it suited the goverment templet, they protected the offender as a federally protected criminal in hiding and threatened to destroy my family if I pushed for there prosecution. This person was guilty of manslaughter, but lives a carefree life on our taxes. Then a kid that makes a couple mistakes, but doesn’t hurt anyone, gets license revoked for ten years, NO TRIAL, Crazy. The laws of this country are becoming so scewed, that the average citizen must be very afraid to even go out into society as if they want something, they will take it from you. They can take a person and destroy there life and make them a permanent ward of the welfare system by revoking driving privelages for ten years without trials if they like, nothing us citizens can do about it.
I was pulled over by motorcycle cops and told no worrys just pulling you over because you didn’t have your seat belt on. I responded, why must I wear that? he says you could become dislodged in accident and cause someone injury. I said your riding a motorcyclle? Crazy world.

DWISDOM- I‘m sorry for your family’s loss.

Those of us who are waking up to what the real reasons are for these preventative laws should speak up and do something about them. As you very bravely posted, the true point of the matter is that the litigious ramifications of causing someone elses death (vehicular manslaughter) would bring the perpetrator to justice, not slapping him/her with a fine and revoking their license (and subsequently placing them in the protection of the state). There are fatal accidents that have destroyed families’ lives that had no alcohol involved that are far more prevalent than those which involve alchohol. What are they going to come up with to combat that?

“I was pulled over by motorcycle cops and told no worrys just pulling you over because you didn’t have your seat belt on. I responded, why must I wear that? he says you could become dislodged in accident and cause someone injury. I said your riding a motorcyclle? Crazy world.”

Perfect! There should be more people with that kind of integrity. Next thing you know , they’ll outlaw motorcycles. We need to take back our right to personal responsibility. Stay safe.

According to statistics from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA),alcohol related deaths per year have declined from 26,173 in 1982 to 16,885 in 2005.

Its not just about the revenue folks, although here in AZ those convicted of DUI are paying quite a bit to fund the state prison system, which is better me paying higher taxes.

You said to me that i have a closed mind to this subject and i say right back at ya because if you cant agree that driving while your impaired is dangerous all i can say to that is there is no cure for stupid. You know many who have posted here have said that every day there are many more car wrecks caused by non drunk drivers and i will agree with that but there is a big difference between making a one time mistake than making a conscious decisions to drive while impaired everyday. The cops have proved beyond any doubt that driving after you have been drinking increases YOUR chances of causing an accident and if you can’t understand those facts then i am wasting my time talking to you. One more thing you said that i need to get over the lost of my family member, now how did you put it “death is a part of life” well for your information i have got over it but you want to know who have never gotten over it THE DRUNK DRIVER, he has never got over the fact that his actions KILLED someones child, while he was in prison i would get a letter every year on the date of my sons death asking for my forgiveness, but i don’t think he will forgive himself for what HE has done

Is there any way of knowing what this decline is attributed to?
“Its not just about the revenue folks, although here in AZ those convicted of DUI are paying quite a bit to fund the state prison system, which is better me paying higher taxes.”
      Yes they are.
This would happen to a person who has a BAC of .08%
      First Drunk Driving Conviction
      •DUI Base Fine = $250
      •Arizona DUI Surcharge = $200
      •Probation Surcharge = $10
      •Prison Construction Assessment = $500
•Arizona Xtra DUI Assessment = $500 (This means introducing your name into the system, doesn’t it?)
•Jail – Minimum 24 Hours up to 10 Days (what’s this going to do?)
      •License Suspension – From 90-360 Days
•Ignition Interlock Device – Court May Order Installation of Ignition Interlock Device at the expense of the Convicted DUI Offender.
All of this is in addidtion to breaking any traffic laws (if any occured).
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t approve of anyone getting into a care after drinking, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that they are out to harm the public anymore than a fatigued driver, a person on prescribed medication, or someone on a cell phone is. If a person decides to get into a vehichle and recklessly causes the worst case scenario, they deserve a manslaughter conviction or even a second degree

She’s Muslim. She lied. Her behavior is no big surprise.
It’s all “smoke and mirrors”. Always watch what their other hand is doing.
    Wake up America.

A palestinian muslim drinking alcohol??? NOOOOO. Where is CAIR trying to erase this story??? First, she won because she is called a “palestinian” muslim. Period. She should not even be crowned anything but the queen of bacon.

Second, if this were a white girl it would be breaking news on every network including Fox.

Third, where is the outcry from the muslim community saying that her habits do not represent their religion? Where are the fatwahs calling for her to be stoned (with rocks) or hung?

This is why we need to really keep tabs on this stuff. This story will be buried by the arab dollars that bribe/fund the media. Every little mistake should be dissected and catalogued for future generations when we look back and say “how did we end up under sharia law? Why am I paying dhimmitude to these dogs”?

We may be driven underground in the near future, but by maintaining journals or clippings of what is going on righ now will we be able to subvert our way back to freedom.

They smiled to our faces and catalogued where they drove us as taxi drivers. They copy our medical records and keep them in local red crescents (oooh-did I write that? too bad). We need to wake up and use their tactics against them or our long tem strategy of freedom will be destroyed forever.

Hey Rosie, are you saying that all germans are national socialists? You keep using the same ol’ 21st century blah blah blah…. Create a new talking point. Or is that to difficult for a socialist to do?

Krazy- “Third, where is the outcry from the muslim community saying that her habits do not represent their religion?” Because she is an individual U.S. citizen. And as an individual U.S. citizen, she is free to persue her own individual path to life liberty and the persuit of happiness, many Americans who are Muslim recognize that freedom.

Actually, I have some Muslim friends, immigrants of many years, who have children raised in the USA! They have a real dilemma, especially as they view their daughters in Western life–but they are TRUE IMMIGRANTS! They moved here for the opportunity America presented! They adapted to their new surroundings and appreciate the culture they came from and the culture they live within! Their kids are just like ours and their views are tempered by their Western surroundings–surrounding THEY CHOSE to adopt, by moving here in the first place! I have no problem with that–but what I have a problem with are those that move here to take the best from us and at the same time have the motive to change OUR way of life! The way I see it–you’re welcome to join us in my hot tub–if I’m in a bathing suit, YOU be in a bathing suit; and if I’m NOT in a bathing suit, you may come as you please, but enjoy my hospitality and don’t try to change my tub to your ways! Similarly, when I visit your country, I’ll respect your mores and norms to the best of my understanding. If I choose to live there (which I wouldn’t–who in their right mind would leave the USA?), I’d expect to have your culture impact my family and NOT have the intent that my family impact YOUR culture! One exception, if I were a missionary, a declared missionary, an overt missionary, then I’d be bringing my beliefs into your World for you to examine and adopt or not, but not to persecute!

Most of the Muslims I know have a way of trying to tell me all that is wrong with our society and I just tell them that they do not have to stay here if they do not like it. That always shuts them up.

By toning down the “unacceptable rhetoric now, it will be “acceptable” later. Another subversive method they have learned to use. VERY Alinsky-esque, no?

Not long ago Miss California was attacked by the media and the left for saying that she believes that marriage is suppose to be between one man and one woman. Now we have characters like this and the left will go out of their way to defend her shady past and connection to terrorists. As Michael Savage says “ Liberalism is a Mental Disease ” God help us..we are going to loose everything that is dear to us and our culture if we do not wake up soon. Look at who we have in the White House.

I was one of the loud protesters with Schlussel of her ‘winning’ even before finding out she was a low brow stripper pole dancer AFTER winning, but was called simple minded, Muzziephobe, and what have you just like she was.

Not here but you can imagine back when she won, this was the MSM temperature: “oh isn’t this a sweet little multiculturalism works” story. Bupkus it does, never did, never will WORK, and she fooled some of the people but not all the people, not we who KNOW terrorist sympathizers when we see them.

Not a huge surprise. The standards for Miss USA contest are way below the Miss America contest. Miss USA carries about the same prestige as Miss Pabst Blue Ribbon. Conversely, Miss America is actually a role model.

You don’t find it the slightest bit interesting that this woman is representing us internationally? Personally, I don’t care–she is beautiful, a bit naughty, sassy and apparently enjoying herself. On the other hand, Miss USA, unlike Miss America, is an International Contest, and once again, we find ourselves being ‘encroached’ by mid-Eastern influences? I’m not really OK with that! I don’t think she represents a cross-section of our country. Although, after watching ‘The Help’, I‘m not so sure I’d want the ‘Southern Belle’ type (and I’m a Southerner) representing us either! (Frankly, I enjoyed and laughed at the movie, but I think it‘s makers missed a big chance to ’show it like it is’! I don’t believe the characatures even closely resembled the people, both white and black, employer and domestic help, that I knew growing up (born in 1948)! The whites were no where near as mean nor self-centered and the blacks had a lot more class–although, I can relate to the ‘stereotypes’, like I relate to RoadRunner and Wiley T. Coyote–fun fantasy bearing a faint resemblance to real life!
