Molester Beaten to Death by Texas Dad Identified, Disturbing New Details Released

The man who was beaten to death by a Texas dad for allegedly molesting his 5-year-old daughter has been identified by authorities.

Previous news reports had identified the girl as a 4-year-old, but her age was corrected by Lavaca County authorities in a press release Friday, obtained by the Victoria Advocate.

Lavaca County Sheriff Micah Harmon said that the 23-year-old father killed Jesus Mora Flores, 47, from Gonzales, Texas. The sheriff said Flores was not in the U.S. illegally and was in possession of a green card also known as a permanent resident card. Investigators have been working with Mexican Consulate officials to locate his family, the news release revealed.

Harmon previously indicated that it is unlikely that the father, who has not been identified to protect his daughter, will face any criminal charges. It seems even less likely in light of some new details that have been released.

The June 9 killing reportedly occurred in Mt. Olive near a barn where some horses were being kept. The adults were shoeing a horse while the little girl and her brother went to feed chickens, KPRC in Houston reports.

The two kids’ grandfather later said the boy returned and told him that his sister had been taken away by a man (Flores) who apparently dragged her behind some bushes on the property. The Texas dad went out looking for her, calling her name. KPRC reportedly spoke with the family.

Soon after, he heard the sound of his little girl’s screams and rushed to find her. When he did, he says Flores was molesting his daughter. The dad yanked him off of her and repeatedly struck him in the head and neck with his fists, ultimately killing him. Flores, an acquaintance of the father, had been hired to help tend to some of the family’s horses.

But it is now clear that the father walked into a even more horrifying scene than previously known.

“When emergency medical personnel arrived, Jesus Mora Flores‘ pants and underwear were down and the man’s genitals were exposed,” Harmon was quoted saying in the press release, as reported by the Victoria Advocate.

There has been no evidence that has conflicted with the father’s account of the events, Harmon said. The dad was reportedly very remorseful and told investigators he did not intend to kill Flores. Further, the sheriff said the father and his family have cooperated with authorities.

“Despite all the other factors involved, this is still a homicide investigation,” Harmon explained.

Now the Texas dad’s fate is in the hands of a grand jury who will hear his case and decide whether he will face any charges.

“Sheriff Harmon made the right decision in not arresting the father at the time of the incident,” Lavaca County District Attorney Heather McMinn said.

Harmon said in his eight years as sheriff, he has only investigated six homicides. The autopsy on Flores won’t be done for several weeks, the Advocate reports.

“This case has been very traumatizing on the child, her father and his entire family,” he added.

So what is the point of release the father’s name? Is the aclu hoping someone will do a zimmerman on him? This father had every right to protect his daughter and it should happen more often in this country. The liberal, drug dealing perverts have given a green light to all molesters and criminals to do what they want. Time for the law abiding citizens to take this country back.

A 50 year old man tried to molest our 5 year old grand daughter. He tried to act (to her) like he was her boyfriend. He offered to buy her a new little 4 wheeler, he had her swim with his 3 yr old grandson naked. She refused to do the things he was asking her to do. He said if she didn’t he was just gonna take her home (like breaking up with her) She said good, I’m gonna tell Mommy and Daddy. He rode around a long time with her trying to convince her not to tell. It was after dark when he brought her home. Mom asked why her cloths were not wet since they went swimming. This man and his wife were “supposed” friends. People they had known for years. They invited the grand daughter to come over and play with their grandson. My husband and her Dad wanted to go do serious damage to the old pervert, My daughter and I were afraid THEY would get hauled off to jail , because the man was not caught in the act. The police came out and my grand daughter told all that happened. He was arrested. A taped statement was made with my granddaughter of what happened. He and his Lawyers dragged it out for 5 years before it was set for trial. By that time my daughter felt like she didn’t want the girl (now 10) to have to drag it all out again. (I said see it through, but she didn’t ). So he got away with it. To this day, (she is now 15) my grand daughter says things about the incident from time to time, wishing she had been able to get him put away.

Oh, so that’s what a “patriot” thinks, that we should just summarily decide who deserves to be killed without a trial? Crossing the border illegally, automatic death sentence. Forget all that “thou shall not kill” stuff, that’s Commie talk. Which wouldn’t even apply to this case, since despite your vast wisdom, I think I‘ll take the sheriff’s word over yours and accept that the man was here legally.

It doesn’t make any difference wheather the fathers name is ever released. Some idiot might make a stink but I don’t think it would be in their best interest. If the DA procedes it would be a waste of tax payers money, all the man would have to do is plede temporary insanity. No jury would find him guilty.
It‘s done all the time and usually works when it shouldn’t, but it would be justified in this case.

Luckily it didn’t take place in NY or the father would have been in prison for life. All the liberals would have screamed foul on the man who was protecting his daughter claiming that he should have called the police instead as the man hurt his daughter, and him being of a different ethnicity would have made it even worse, they probably would have got the father for racism charges too.

@MBA: Did you even read the article? They did NOT release the father’s (or family’s) name to protect the identity of the little girl. In light of that, what’s the point of your comment?

@UNSTABLE PHENOMENON: Where in this article is there any mention of a lawyer who wanted to question anyone? The local district attorney isn‘t filing charges and won’t unless a grand jury finds probable cause. In fact, the local district attorney said that NOT arresting the father was correct. So are you just making stuff up or have you read something in another article and trying to insert it here?

@MEANS2RESIST: Was there any point to your post other than to confirm your bias? If the story had contained one reference to a black person, or to the Holder Justice Department once again failing to enforce laws equally, then maybe you’d have some justification for your post.

My son was molested at two years old. He was in the custody of my ex at the time. She called me and told me about the situation. I told her to call the police. I arrived at the shitebags apt and nearly put him through a wall. I was hoping the legal route would do what was right. The cops took him into custody, to the police station, to investigate. My ex and my son also went. This shite bag taunted my son, saying, “you know you liked it, your one of us now” and crap like that. The cops wanted to beat this guys brains in. I did nothing for fear of MY imprisonment. They released him due to lack of a credible witness. A two year old is not credible in The Peoplez Republik of Kalifornia. The cops knew he was guilty. He moved before the sun came up.My son is now 27 and I dont think he remembers a thing and I wont

I now have two grandchildren. If this happens again, the cops wont be called. I would prefer to be locked up for life than to endure the guilt that I feel over doing the “right thing” with my son. Touch my family again… I WILL KILL YOU.

@VanceUppercut: illegal border crossing would be considered an invasion in any other time or country. The only reason we do not shot on site is because we are not technically at war with mexico. I agree with this policy for now. However, we still need to purge our country of those that are her illegally. We need to build up security at the border, and we need a leader that is willing to make the hard decision to deport all criminal illegals immediately. An EO bypassing congress, to allow the continuation of criminals (illegal aliens) to freely live and work in the US is wrong. It takes jobs away. Already we see wages rising in CA for low skilled jobs. This is because of the decrease in illegal criminal aliens.

People WILL protect their famlies and their property. There are simply not enough police and, anyway, in most cases they will not be able to get there in time to stop an intruder or violent offender. Its common sense. Where I live in S Jersey, we are “protected” by the state police. No township police force, so you have to be able to have a gun to save your or your family members.

God help us if this dictator gets re-elected president. He, Hillary, Eric Holder and other Communists would like nothing better than to have your right to have firearms taken from you by the UN small-arms ban. Think he won’t do it? How about his immigration bypass of our Constitution………

I was between 3 and 6, and a boy between 17 and 20 (this occured over a period of time) who was the son of my babysitter molested me. I didn’t know (probably because he manipulated me) to tell my parents. I got closure in the fact that he was caught when I was in my 40′s and sent to state prison. I left that baby sitting situation when I was about 7. And I think the mother knew. I don’t remember everything, being so young and traumatized, but I remember enough. It is possible to heal, it just takes a long time.

Even then, once he stands in front of God Almighty, at the White Throne judgement, he will truly undertsand what justice means, when GOD warns ALL, what is in store for those who cause harm to children! Matthew Ch 18 V 6 states what Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, has to say about his type!

The rules of deadly force adopted by all of the states who honor concealed carry of a firearm allow deadly force to be used on any female who is or appears to be being violated. So if the female victim is being raped or fears such she can use a firearm to shoot the attacker. Likewise any passerby who has a concealed carry license for a firearm can use deadly force to shoot (deadly force) the attacker. NOW how is using fists or physical attack any different?

To your point, MBA, it’s long past time for us to strongly question the outing of any name associated with a crime, whether it be the victim or the accused, be it Casey Anthony, O J Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, Richard Jewell (remember him), Steven Hatfill of Anthrax fame, or George Zimmermann. Where is the burning need for We The People to know these names? I would argue none, in most cases, and in many cases great harm is done, such as ruining lives of wrongly accused and tainting juries. Unfortunately, there are probably reasons to publish the names, but I for one can’t think of a compelling reason.

      Dear Family and Child,
Please save these supporting comments for your daughter when she gets older and reflects:
Daddy loves you and protected you to the point he would give his life for you. The man that raped you is not received in the human race by the rest of us.
We are praying for you and your family as your grow in grace and the knowledge of Christ, salvation and the precious gift that you are to all of us.
My daddy did a similar thing for me when I did not understand what was transpiring. I do remember his furvor. He is my best friend to this day. He is in his 80′s and the finest man I have ever known.
Child, live your life well and do not let this be the excuse for poor choices but the reference for the love you have for family, God and your great Country.

Bluebonnet…..not all people convicted of child molestation are molesters. Some are the victims of spouse revenge or some other fraud. Yes, real molesters should be put down like a rabid dog but how do you know who is really a molester unless you see it and do what this father did? You can have your name placed on a DOJ list just for being accused of something by someone and they don’t even have to give their name. You may not even know your name is on the list until you get the letter saying your name was placed there and you didn’t do anything except get someone mad. It is not the best system but when it does work it is good. It does need some fixing before you just kill people because we believe they are molesters.

My first page conviently disappeared.Lets try again shall I.If the perp is caught in the act its one thing,However after the fact is another.Revenge and fraud are the two biggest reasons false accusations are lobbed.IN the eighties there were several large cases where it was done for fraud. The victims admitted lieing. They wanted to see the individuals homeless pennyless and instituitionlyzed. They couched it in satanic worship.Lets not forget the fact that lifetime tracking causes some of these people to commit ID Theft. When the individual is found its the innocent victim of the ID theft not the perp. Now you know why some of these monumental failures of rehabilitation are to be had.It was the innocent victim of ID Theft that was treated not the predator. Its also part of a larger fraud one that has been going on for a long time.[Continued explains this]There are also some cases of prior victims finding the alledged perp and stalking torturing them. Many times these individuals were completely innocent. They didn’t even know that a crime occured who the perp or victim was. This type of victim is very dangerous as they think they have the right to the real victims livelyhood housing cars exc. They feel its owed to them. Please don’t get me wrong the perp does owe it to them,However the innocent victim of their fraud and illusion doesn’t owe them one damn thing

highly unlikely. traumas like this generally are deeply ingrained–regardless of age. I’ve had dear friends who were molested at very young ages–2 and 3yrs. old…and it really messed them up. Because of how traumatizing it is–it can be a repressed memory for awhile–the body and mind is incredible at protecting itself and forming coping mechanisms! But it always comes back around–shows up in other ways…and until you are able to deal with the root of it…it won’t go away. I pray for this young girl–that God will heal her heart and mind–and that this family will have grace and wisdom in helping her heal. It is the only way I know to heal. Though I did it alone. My family was useless! Well…worse than useless, actually…

Please ask some people in those locations instead of blabbering on about parts of the country that you like to make sweeping generalizations about. There are always those triggers…horrible. And I have to say–I have YET to meet ONE true American who does not believe that these types of crimes should be met with the death penalty (or equivalent)–same as murder–in every state. As a fellow Texas, the dad gets my vote for father of the year. As a dad of a 3 year old girl, I wouldn’t have done anything different. The miserable piece of filfth got what he deserved. The dad can be happy that the offender will never hurt anyone again.

“Flores, [an acquaintance of the father], had been hired to help tend to some of the family’s horses.”

It’s a shame (and most likely impossible) that we have to vet each and every person that may come in contact with our children, but be very wary of new “acquaintances” as well as old one’s I guess. The crap sandwich of people who surround us and our kids is ever growing.

Not blaming the father of course. Glad he stopped this monster and as an added bonus… stopped him from hurting another child in the process.

He did what needed to be done; and if a grand jury tries to have him bound over for a trial; then have the grand jury tried for perjury and anything else appropriate. This man defended his daughter; and thus is justified in the outcome that happened.

In light of our current PC environment nationwide, this should never have gone to a grand jury. Given the facts so far, it seems quite clear. Remember, prosecutors are able to get an indictment from a grand jury on just about anything, including the “proverbial” ham sandwich!

The Grand Jury is a different scenario. The ham sandwich is typically indicted at the sole discretion of the prosecutor aka Zimmerman.

Stop the encouragement, and you will stop many of the needless deaths, along with more jobs lost in this country to actual Americans.

Four years old, five years old or thirty five years old……..I don’t care. If I found a man raping my daughter I would spend the next five minutes trying to kill him.

The father of this child did what any parent would do if they found themselves in this situation. I hope that I will never have to take anyones life but in a case like this I would feel no guilt if I did.

    My child comes first.

Amen! I know people get really worked up–especially in child cases…but it is no LESS horrifying as an adult! EVERY case of assault of this nature should be treated with the same outrage and severity! Is a person LESS traumatized just because they are over the age of 18? Simply put. No. Just as bad…so yes–every case should be prosecuted like murder, and EVERY victim should be protected and cared for in the aftermath!

Let‘s see what’s wrong with your statement. 1) The number I’ve seen is 800,000, not a million, but let’s not quibble over small stuff. 2) The people who will be affected by the new policy must fit into a very narrow scope–they had to have been brought to the U.S. before the age of 16, they have to be under 30 presently, have to have been here for at least 4 years, have NO CRIMINAL RECORD, and pose no threat the the U.S. 3) The whole “they will not assimilate” thing has been used throughout history against new immigrants, the Irish, Italians, European Jews, etc. There was a time in this country when it would not have been uncommon to see a sign in a store window saying “NO IRISH, NO DOGS”. It’s a tired argument.
