Moore on Reid: ‘Absolutely No Backbone’

Michael Moore appeared on “Countdown” with Keith Olbermann last night. And after he and Keith agreed that those who support the Republican agenda have fallen for something so “simple,” Moore focused his frustration on Democrats — specifically Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid — who have decided to delay a vote on extending Bush-era tax cuts because of the potential political fall out:

Harry Reid, I want to go — I mean I seriously, I want to go down there tomorrow and tell him to, you know, drop and give me 20 right now. I mean I’m serious. This guy, absolutely no backbone. Look at him — who, I mean, it just, it’s just so frustrating, umm — and … somebody’s got to light a fire under these guys. … But I don‘t know what part they don’t get.

Additionally, contrary to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Moore offered a predication about which party will win big in November, saying that Republicans will “nail … everyone to the cross when they take over in November.”

If you can wade through the ranting, you may want to watch the whole thing. The Reid statement comes at about 4:30:

Michael Moore said one thing correct. He said if the leader doesn’t do, you(the people) have to do it. That is right, and We The People are doing it. Yes, we are going to take it back!

That was funny. Watch how Keith Olbermann’s head was about to explode.

Those “Idiots who are the captains of this ship” are the same idiots who were voted in in 2008. The problem they have now is that they can’t hide their agenda any more, like they did before the election. They are exposed now and are being trounced!! Oh yeah, and take off that stupid hat!!

I saw this thing live, I loved when Moore called the Repubs “bullies”, especially after the Repubs had been shut out of virtually all debates & meetings having to deal with the stimulus, healthcare etc.

I’ve made this point before, but…until Scott Brown was elected the Dems had UNBEATABLE SUPER-MAJORITIES, & didn’t need the Repubs to pass anything. The problem was that they have been so far out in left-field that they couldn’t convince thier own members or Brown, Collins, & Snowe (not known for being “right-wing zealots”) & “Bush & The Repubs” are at fault.

Maybe we should just surround DC with a 50′ rubber wall.

Seidl cites Duroc hog Michael Moore, “saying that Republicans will ‘nail … everyone to the cross when they take over in November.’”

We will have to use a forklift to get Michael Moore up to a cross for nailing.

Currently, a good 25% of our health insurance premium costs are contributed to fat people. Fat people like Moore cost us money. We are paying more for health care because fatso Moore and other fat people suffer so many fat related diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure, clogged arteries and diabetes. Those fat people include Michelle “fight obesity” Obama.

We slim, trim and healthy Americans are paying for Moore’s fat. In this sense, Moore is sitting upon us and squashing us. We have a forklift parked down by our shop. If you folks will provide a big wood cross and some railroad spikes, we will provide a forklift to lift Michael Moore to nail him to a cross as a public display of what we think of his hypocritical fat backside.

I am overweight, & I opposed the healthcare act for many reasons, one of them is for what you are speaking of.

You shouldn’t have to “bear my weight”, nor should I have to pay for a drinkers liver problem, nor a smokers lungs, nor a runners knees, nor any other behavior that might impact the “healthcare system”. If the healthcare system remains in private hands…then those “private industries” will decide what “risks” they will insure. When it is in governments hands, the government will decide what activities of risk you are allowed to engage in…because “everything will be covered” & WE THE PEOPLE will not have a say in what risks are allowed or not.

Mr. Moore, like him or hate him speaks his mind. I personally feel he has a broad view on our Broken Financial system and Healthcare system, however he falls short on illegal immigration. Personally I like the guy. Like Beck there is no middle ground Love him or Hate him. I like Beck too. I may not always agree with him, but for the most part he speaks the truth and believes in his convictions, unlike the clowns in Washington. So in many ways Moore and Beck are very much alike. You dig deep and you will get it.

It‘s funny how everybody else’s health is an issue with one of the most unhealthy slobs in the country. How difficult is it to snail around and complain about all the money people made by taking huge risks? Does he ever talk about all the losses incurred by the same people who he says are “wealthy”? Yeah Fatso! Wealthy like you. Except there were no government grants or free publicity from a complicit media. Check out 7:30 – Moore says that it will take the public to wake up and basically bring about the changes that libs like him and Olbermann want.

The public already is waking up, rising up and being vocal about what they want. It’s called the Tea Party! What Moore can’t seem to understand is that the middle class is waking up and realizing that their going to be the new poor class if the progressives have their way.
