Olbermann was the poster boy for Left wing journalism. He slandered people without facts and engaged in petty ad hominem attacks. People at CNN trash conservatives all the time. Remember Bob Novak?

Olbermann was a high priest of the fever swamp. He lost control and simply vented for an hour every night.

hmmmmm, Glenn gets thrown under the bus again. The real problem for the liberals is that Glenn presents verifiable facts. It’s not the tone but the facts that upsets them. If Glenn did his show in a robotic monotone they’d still be upset.

I expect an executive order soon, outlawing truth. After all, truth sure causes a lot of problems for the Obama agenda.

Point is that there IS al teast one case that can be called back to something Beck has said, the intended attack on Tides in Ca. However, you also have to look at the left. 99% of thier “demonstrations” end in violence of some kind, with polie involment. How many tea party demonstrations end that way? Were is the violence ther? If it happened, it would most certainly be on the air and repeated every 30 seconds.
There are loons on the right, but most stay home and build bunkers, on the left, they are out burning things down. I watch beck, I have yet to hear him call for violent demonstrations to overthrow the government, but why is the media not saying anything about Piven, or rev. wright, or the new black panthers, or calyipso louie, or bill ayers….the names go on and on.

It will be good news if Comcast starts putting “fair and balanced” news on. Maybe then they will have viewers.

No there was a loon in CA that was going to the Tides Foundation HQ with weapons in his car and he said that listening to Glenn Beck is what led him to do what they were arresting him for. Attempting to attack the Tides Foundation HQ in SF.

I believe that Glean dealt with that last year as soon as it came out. I have been a viewer of Glenn a couple of times when CNN had him on their prime time programming and thought that this guy deserves a show on CNN. Then I checked out Mr. K and the MSNBC crew for a few months, but it was when Mr. KO would always rant against Mr. BO that I went to watch Mr. BO to see if Mr. KO was correct. I initially thought Mr. BO caustic to some of his guests but as I continued to watch I just noticed that there was a stark difference and I liked Mr. BO better, plus my head stopped spinning because of the “NO SPIN ZONE”. LoL

Joe McCarthy a conspiracy theorist? I think he has been vindicated by all the Communist/Marxists running around Washington these days. I think he was ignored and stamped a crazy man now proved correct in his theories. Albeit some decades later but back then they were in hiding, today they stand proud in their destruction of the country. Some folks just know in their gut that something is wrong but…. History has proved old Joe McCarthy correct in his assumptions of the past. The scum were in the government all along, not Holly Wood.

McCarthy wasn’t all that innocent. He said actors like John Wayne was a communist, and if anybody knew John Wayne, he wasn’t a communist. A lot of McCarthy’s names was true however, but where he went wrong for some reason he also put in names of people he might have not liked in general, like John Wayne. John Wayne was one of the most American actors along with Reagen.

i agree, KEITH… McCarthy was right that commie subversives were alive and well and needed to be saught after in the United States, but his “obsession” went way to far with his accusations. I believe he started calling out anyone who may not have been an extreme “conservative” and was on a witch hunt. I think if he had stayed sane and continued a good, thoughtful search of the American enemies, he would have not only been successful in his day, but could have prevented what is happening now, and would have been remembered as one of America’s greatest heros.

He may have done a GOMP or two but that was out of comedy. Now he has to watch every little thing he says or the leftists will blow it out of proportion.

This is why CNN fails at news, they should of asked that guy who was saying Glenn had called for violence what examples he could of given without taking it out of context. Where are the real news casters now a days without Glenn or Bill?

So sickeningly exhaustive….”Yeah, Keith Obermann was over the top, but what about Fox news guys???” Like a bunch of 4 year olds. The difference between the two, (Sean Hannity excluded….he is a schill) is that while MSMBC guys (Olbermann, Matthews, Schultz, and especially that one guy, Maddow) are telling outright LIES and spinning propaganda to their will, the Fox guys, (Beck and O’Reilly) are giving their opinions based on truth, and are EXTENSIVELY telling their audiences where to do their research and BEGGING them to see for them selves.Even if you are a socialist and truly, fundamentally disagree with Beck, you MUST know this is true if you have seen even 1/10th of his shows or heard his radio show. If you are here posting as a robotic operative and disagree with me, then you will fail. We who watch/listen to Beck know the truth, so don’t even waist your time trying to tell us how stupid we are. In the clip, D Zurawik is typical of far-left zealots. He talks over anyone who wants to make a valid point, and just will not shut up. How he compares Fox to the one-sided trash that is on Msnbc is proof again of Progressive fanaticism.
To imply that Fox (O’Reilly and Hannity) don’t allow the other side to be heard is insane. They both have the other side on their shows on a regular basis, and allow them to make their case.

Glenn presents the history of our country, how and why our Rebublic was founded and, of course, how the Progressive movement is very real. Of course the Progressive left doesn’t like him. Why else would they link him to Az? They’ll do anything to shut him up. Glenn’s case against the Left is based on historical facts. Progressives hate him for speaking out against their policies, at the same time, they have no knowledge of history of which he speaks.
Just ask your Leftist ‘friends’….”so tell me, what would your version of the US look like”? They’ll have to expose their socialist views, if they are even able to explain it.
