It was during a different part of the discussion where Joe had a stat put up showing that we have launched 162 missiles while Britain had launched 12, then it was being reported that Britain was “running out” of missiles. It was pointed out that each missile costs about $1.1 million. Joe said “that’s about $200 million dollars worth of missiles.“ Mika then scoffed and said each missile was ”only” $1.1 million.
162 x $1.1 million = $178.2 million

The Muslim Brotherhood are just a useful tool for progressives to use at this point. When they have served their purpose, they too will be thrown under the bus. Stay wide awake, Americans, and force the progressives back underground in 2012. We may not be able to get rid of them totally, but we can make them burrow back in their hidey holes for another generation or so.

Posted on March 23, 2011 at 2:39pmI just was listening to CSPAN radio and the president of the American University of Cairo was saying some interesting things. She had said that she is extremely optimistic that Egypt was not going to fall into extremist hands such as the Brotherhood and that there was a very youth based movement towards moderate, democratic government and lifestyle. While she said that there has been no decision yet as to whether their would be a parliamentary or presidential system, people all over the country are boning up on what all of the options are for their new government and for a new constitution. At the university, they are having packed houses giving classes and information for all things related to creating a government and society which leads her to believe that they want to be seen as real players on the world seen and not marginalized by extremist. Hopefully she is right. It is at least nice to hear the prospective who lives in Cairo, is American and is in contact with the people on the ground.
