There has already been much written about Christina-Taylor Green, the 9-year-old (born on 9-11-2001) who died in the Arizona massacre. And nearly every moment of this interview is heartbreaking. You will understand why Gretchen Carlson is nearly unable to speak by the end.

    The real tragedy is the little girl dying before she really had a chance to live. All we could do is to take this man’s life after his trial. But God will judge him in heaven. So I will leave it there. Be sure to pray for all the people that are involved in this incident. Because that’s where the real power of healing is.

    But as the progressives are calling for a violent unrising & th Tea Party is a peaceful movement, you cant expect them to let small things like facts or the lack thereof to get in the way of them blaming the right before they even know who the hell this nutjob is or was

    2 points.
    1) Like Enlightenedinga, I can’t watch this either. I have a 13 yr old daughter that I almost lost when she was 9 in a horrible car wreck. I have a real heart for children and this kind of thing tears me up. My prayers go out to her family, and the families of all involved with this tragedy.

    2) I am just as angry as everyone else is about the left trying to pin this on those of us on the right. However, when I pulled up this story, I prayed I could make it through the comments without seeing any political postings. Alas, 2 people felt the need to disappoint me. You know who you are, and you should be ashamed. Keep the political comments under the other stories, but please leave them out here.

    I remember working for Prudential about 15 years ago, & a gentleman there had told me how he lost his wife almost 20 years earlier, & that he still thinks of her every day.

    At the time I thought to myself, how could he possible think of his wife every day for 20 years after shes gone.

    A few years later, I lost my wife of 9 years & the mother of my 2 small children in a car accident.

    To this day, 11 years, 5 months & 7 days since, I think of my wife & the mother of my children every day.

    I pray to GOD that I never know the pain this family is going through.

    I cannot believe that this mother had the presence of mind to speak with Gretchen about the loss of her beautiful child. I would have to sedated had this happened to one of my children. She has far more strength than I have or else she is still in shock from the whole thing.

    The death of any child is a great loss, whether it is a nine-year-old child cut down by a crazed gunman or a six month fetus cut out by a sober and deliberate surgeon. My tears are for all the lost children our country loses each day, but for today, my tears flow heavily for this dear child.

      though the news host was sympathetic – the media rushes in to be the
      first to get the scoop – and ethics be damned.

      Please, media – this Mother is obviously still in shock and the reality of her daughter’s
      death has yet to set in. Let her grieve – let her heal – let her alone, please.

      Once, just once – do the right thing instead of the “ratings” thing.

    It’s horrifying. We almost lost our daughter a few years ago in a car accident. It was the most trying and terrible time of our lives. We got lucky, and she lived, and has made a nearly full recovery. The pain of parents in such a circumstance is the worst kind of grief and self-blame and second-guessing, and punishment of themselves.

    My heart goes out to the family of this dear little girl, and to all the victims of this anarchi-lefty’s rage.

      My friend, there is no such thing as “luck” – not in God’s eyes. He is full control of
      all that goes on, and that will go on.

      Jesus saved your baby – and for a reason. Just as Jesus felt it was best to
      take Christina Home – for a reason.

      It’s up to us to learn those reasons – and wisdom that God is trying to open
      our eyes and heart.

      Oh I dont know about that LEARNFROMTHEGIANTS If I had my way I would hook him to an electric chair running about 150,000 volts of electricity but ZERO AMPS without any amps to cook his ass he would just burn from the inside without dying.. then I would take his worthless ass and poor honey all over him and tie him down to an ant hill… then once he has all of the open sores and wounds on his body I would dunk him into a giant vat of rubbing alcohol until I notice that he has gotten used to the burn… then I would rinse and repeat from step 1.

      If I may add, in Acts 17:31 it is indicating that we actually are guaranteed a resurrection.
      This, in that God resurrected His Son, Jesus. That is a guarantee.
      And Jesus resurrected Lazarus.
      This dear little girl will be brought back to life in God’s Kingdom. Pray for that Kingdom, it is our only true hope.

      Born on 9/11 made her doubly special indeed. I imagine soon some nutjob of a conspiracy mystic will also make this claim: she was born on 9/11 so if you add the dates of 1/8/11 in the right way, you also come up with 9/11…they will call it some kind of Karma garbage.

      She seemed special indeed to the world, I pray she is at peace now.

      As a former corrections officer in a maximum security state prison I can tell you the inmates would most definitely take care of him. In an adult male institution there are two demographic groups that you dont mess with. Thats Children (because all are viewed as their own that they cant be with) and Old ladies (who are veiwed as their own Moms). Think about how long Jeffrey Dahmer lasted in prison… the words “Fart” and “Windstorm” come to mind.

      Most of the people out there don’t get it… the reason we call people like this an animal… is that when an animal kills they have no conscience of what they did… they know they killed but do not care what the murder causes to others… this animal pulled the trigger on a 9 year old beautiful little girl… with a future that most of us could only dream of our children being able to have… animal… wait, I have to take that back because I do not know any animal that kills just to murder. Animals only kill if they need to eat or protect them or their offspring… this guy is sick like a rabid animal and you can’t fix him… I say he hangs… have a trial… bring the witnesses up and have them tell what this P.O.S. did to these wonderful people and how with out a conscience pulled the trigger and ended their lives for NO REASON!!! once everyone has told the truth of what he did… walk outside and string up a tree and hang him high… No need to warehouse this disgusting and vile piece of excrement. We don’t need to understand why he wrote all the weird a$$ B. S. on youtube… he is not human and does not deserve to enjoy the same air we breath. Sorry but I have children too… and can not imagine the pain and anguish the parents and loved ones are going through…

      I think this will be a perfect argument to enable citizens to CCW. if there were multiple TRAINED and armed citizens there that P.O.S. may have only killed or injured one or two in this senseless shooting…

      I am so upset that Fox news even asked for an interview from the mom of this precious little girl. I know it‘s news and if Fox didn’t do the interview someone else would, BUT had Fox expressed that they would not even ASK for an interview from the parents out of respect that would have raised the bar for journalism and I think that is much needed.
      Lord, I pray that all involved in this tragedy feels the warm love and support that only you can provide.

      I saw this interview, my grandmother told me this of her own son dying of SIDS when I asked her about it…”the loss of a child is a double tragedy, for the loss to the world of so much love and family; and for the loss of all the good they could have done in the world.”

      I have no children of my own, so I will not claim to begin to understand such grief and loss.

      All I can say is any child lost, is among the greatest of losses to the families and the world.

      I am so sorry for your loss, and this mother’s loss as well. We all live with that fear when the children are growing up, breath a sigh of relief when they finally do, and then it starts all over with grandchildren.       So sorrowful… The Lord is holding this child. Please know that! I feel so sad for these people. I could not imagine what it would be like to lose my daughter, much less in such a horrific way.       This is such a tragic story.One way to honor this little girl might be to carry on in her quest for understanding how this government operates and become a active part of the community around you like she had dreamed of.Seek the answers to the problems around you,Enough people do that and maybe there will be less people that will do the harm this “person” has done.

      I also understand the loss all to well.My Son {little man} died 10 years ago.He was 4 mos. The loss of a child can never be explained to or understood by someone who has not felt the pain.My Heart aches for her and all of us who share the unending pain.

      My heart goes out to you and Christina‘s mom in your ’year of firsts’ without your precious children. My youngest son passed away 17 years ago this month and it is a pain I will carry with me until the day I die. The Christmas stocking that’s hung but not filled; the empty Easter basket, the place at the table on Thanksgiving…I know it all too well. It’s not right that a parent outlives their child. It’s just not right. I pray God gives you and all parents of lost little ones the strength to get thru it, because you never get over it.

      A child looses a parent and they are an orphan, when a spouse looses a spouse they are a widow(er) but what do we call someone who looses a child. It is so unnatural that we do not even have a name for it.

      The lose of an innocent child as a result of something so evil is heart breaking.

      To APATRIOTFIRST I would like to extend to you my heartfelt condolencses and empathy. I have never lost a child and am a father of 5. I do have a small snippet of an incite to it though. 2 years ago my 4 yr old daughter was (thankfully) mis-diagnosed with Leukemia but my wife and I went through hell until it turned out to be viral menigitis which is significantly less dangerous. I will pray for you and your family.
