MSNBC Commentator: Cheney‘s Foreign Policy Has Been ’Validated by Obama’

A conversation on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” sparked controversy when Tina Brown called former Vice President Dick Cheney a “wrecking ball” yet conversely,  said he was validated by President Obama.

MSNBC Commentator Says Obama Validates Cheney

“I mean, you know, Cheney seems to be totally in denial still about Iraq. I mean, totally in denial,” Brown said on Tuesday. “One of the things I feel is just, you know, you get reminded again of what a kind of wrecking ball the guy was.”

Just moments later, however, Brown makes an interesting comparison. Newsbusters reports that as the commentators discussed how anti-war Democrats become increasingly militant once elected, Brown called President Obama “Cheney-like.”

“He’s been validated by Obama,” Brown said.

Watch the odd and seemingly video below to see the full conversation.

Cheney’s new memoir, “In My Time” hit bookshelves Tuesday.

It seems like all the “idiots” work for PMSNBC and CBS. I guess with their IQ’s, they can’t get an Honorable and Respectable job anywhere else. Hopefully once Comrade Obama and his Socialist co-horts gets thrown out of office, things can get back to normal, and if we ignore them, they will just go away.

      Interesting topic –
Where did code pink go? We used to see them every night on TV, Cindy Sheehand and company. We used to get up to date news on every bombing and event in Iraq or Afghanistan that killed an American soldier. As soon as Obama got into office, it all stopped, the wars did not stop.

It shows what a fake these clowns are.

We may not use inhanced interrogation, but that’s sure how Osama was gotten. Obama can use it to take credit, when all he did was sleep on it for 16 hours and pass the decision to someone else. Just because it happened on his watch, doesn’t mean he had anything to do with it. He voted present once again, and then took credit for the success of hardworking SEALS, and then turned them over to the enemy to be murdered.

Really? I mean Really?? Are we really leaving Iraq? I do not see any of our servicemen leaving. Dippshitt has been in office for almost an entire term and we are still full steam ahead in Iraq and also Afghanistan. President Craptastic also started is own war in Libya with zero support by Congress or the American people. At some point I wish the liar and chief along with his useful idots on The Blaze would would give us all the talking points for closing GITMO. The only difference between Bush, Cheney, and Obama is Obama does not keep his promises that get him elected. Say good bye to Oblahblah in 2012.

And of course the answer is….they could care less about the casualties, both civilian and especially our military. It’s all about power to them, and thereby the furtherance of leftist ideology. Just like the NAACP only supports liberal blacks, and NOW only supports liberal women. It’s all about the furtherance of leftist ideology.

I’m watching him with his interview with Hannity…..I feel very sorry that he had to endure all the horrible unfair, ungrateful, hateful accusations against him. Maybe he has his flaws, as we all do, but I am highly grateful he was there (as Bush was too) when 9/11 happened and I credit them with the reasons why we haven’t had another attack in all these years…..no matter if they might have been wrong in their nation building ideas (which I’m against). I think water boarding is not torture and was necessary and gave us needed info that saved lives. He’s a patriot and loves this country, as Bush does & I don’t believe they lied – they believed, as the rest of the world (& Dems), that Sadaam did have the WMD and would indeed use them. Many think they were moved to Syria. We could not take the risk and shame on all who say we should have. But think we should have left shortly after Sadaam was taken out & should not try to bring “democracy” to Muslim countries — never works. But just b/c they may be wrong in that judgement, that doesn’t mean they are not patriots.

Hatred, yes you are right. Hatred is of course an emotion and requires nor uses logic. As a rule Liberals use emotion and feelings when confronted with problems, logic and common sense are rarely used. Once their emotionally fueled crusade fails, their lack of logic leads them to anger instead of reflection on why they failed. The anger needs a victim to channel the hatred, Voila! Cheney, Bush(es), Reagan, Limbaugh, Beck. Liberal voters and Pols are intellectually lazy instead of researching and studying a problem they just trust their feelings; War-Bad, Poor-take from the rich education-free college for all. Of course conservatives have solutions as well. Logical initiatives that use past data and predictable human nature to compassionately achieve the goals.

Just because the Cheney clan and the Obama clan (on his mother’s side) are cousin families is not a valid point. For example, Barack Obama is half black, and the Cheney’s are pure white as the driven snow.

Obama was foolish to place the War cost on budget, when Cheney kept it off and said, “deficits don’t matter.”

Obama increased the “official national debt” by $2 Trillion in his first week in office. Was it political Guts or just foolish honesty due to gross political inexperience?

Dick knows the answer, his 30 years of self-aggrandizing, calculated actions speak louder than words. Ask Scooter.

What amazes me are the masses of seemingly totally uniformed people on this website,.. and this is supposed to be Glen’s site !!!,.. Do you people REALLY think it is going to matter one hill of beans worth of difference if one of the so called “republican” candidates wins the “election”?,.. Clinton was the same as Daddy Bush, Baby Bush was the same as Clinton, Obama is the same as baby Bush, and the next POTUS will be the SAME as Obamy!!,.. We have been heading straight down hill for a “one world government” for decades, and it floors me to no end that you supposed ‘informed“ people still run around screaming ”just get obama out!” What utter nonsense! I mean there is such a plethora of information out there to substantiate my statements that I am in shock you “knowledgeable” and politically “aware” people still spout such absurdities like changing the “party” of the president will prevent our national sovereignty from continuing to erode. And these are supposed to be “tea party” folk on this web site ?!? It would be laughable if it weren’t so d*mned scary,.. PLEASE start doing some REAL research people so you can begin to actually SEE the big picture here !!! the MSM ( including FOX!!) are two sides of the same coin,. The political “parties” are two sides of the SAME coin,.. We MUST get rid of the coin if we are to ever have any hope of becoming the great nation we once were,… wake up,….. Wake Up,…… W.A.K.E.
