      Plenty of blame to go around. Gaming our future for political purposes lets you know that neither side is likely to be taken seriously. I can guarantee if the crap hits the fan, govt. will collectively huddle together and first and foremost focus on protecting the skins of those professional enablers and opportunists who believed that the rules spelled out for them were merely quaint suggestions. This childish “you MADE me break it” routine is getting REAL old.
      I sincerely believe we should HAVE to face some hard times. Folks need a bitter, hard slap of reality that reminds them putting off your problems only makes them bigger in the long run and that there is a limit to what govt. can and should realistically do. Is too much too ask for some adults to step up and shut the children up who believe now is the time to be jumping up and down.
      I wish ill upon no man, but, at some point, you‘ve gotta reap what you’ve sewn. God help you if you’re in a city if and when things get wacky.

    Almost all black people and other minority groups continue to support Obama, even as our entire US economy totally caves in. Obama is great for more entilement growth, helping unions, illegal immigration explosion, running up massive spending,etc., he is the worst president ever on financial responsibility, world affairs, selecting honest advisors, making back room deals,etc., etc. 2012 better come soon, while we still have a republic left? There is going to be some very serious confrontations soon,between the providers and the takers! We cannot go forward, like we are now!

    Wait till Barry’s bed-partners (govt unions) start losing jobs in July-August when the new state budgets for 2012 start and there are no Barry funded federal bailouts! As well as state’s figure their revenue streams are dying up because 20% of the workforce is out of work or under-employed.

When Bush II took over he had only two years before the Democrats took control of the house and senate. We will take back power and fix this seemingly impossible situation.This series of events can also be blamed partially on Bush II as he allowed this outrageous spending trend to take place and actually supported some of it.

      it’s my personal assessment,unfortunately,that we went off the cliff quite awhile ago,(at least in God’s eyes)-we just haven’t splattered yet.

      That IMHO are absolutely right. Here is their problem though; they have not yet realized that we have had it, and will face them soon enough. They will see our full fury and be overwhelmed by a superior force. Many of us have tactical training of some sort, most of us have rifles(hopefully we won’t need them), most of us practice with our weapons. Most of them: the heaviest weight they have lifted is a protest sign, most of them choose to be unarmed, most of them have girlie hands, Most of them have never missed a night on their comfy mattress in their warm houses. It will be like a college football team taking on a high school team from a small rural town.

      I say let them start it, I for one will be on the front lines to meet them. I am sick and tired of their scheme to ruin America right under our noses. It will be our choice, tell our grandkids that we didn‘t have the fortitude to save our country or tell them that WE are the one’s who saved our great republic!!!

      Good points, all. But two more things to consider:

      First, never underestimate the enemy. We may think that progressives are wimps, but I know that many of them are familiar with weapons and are prepared to use them. For comparison, remember that in the patriotic fervor in December 1941 after Pearl Harbor, many in this country predicted that we would wipe out the Japanese within six months. The Pacific war lasted almost four years and hundreds of thousands of casualties.

      Second, notice that the left are the ones starting to talk about civil unrest and organized violence. We aren’t hearing this sort of talk from the Tea Party. They are preparing the population for what they think (and for what some of them are planning) is to come. And by assigning blame now, they hope to convict conservatives in advance for any violence that happens. It’s a neat trick; regardless of the details of what actually happens, the want most people to have already decided who is responsible.

      We are in this mess because of every politician in D.C., not only now but those in the past. I blame them all, and the American people for not stopping them! We’ve lost our jobs because of NAFTA, which came about because of the commie unions! We allowed politicians to tax us with no mercy. We allowed that deviant, Barney Franks, to shove the subprime mortgage market down our throats, which turned out to be the straw that broke the economic back of America, and possibly the world!
      Yes, there are so many other reasons, but these are enough for me to go to D.C. and take a flamethrower to the place! But first, I go to the MSNBC studios … we need to take our country back one media outlet after another.

The Dems are guaranteed 255 (with the census there will be a slight downward movement) electoral votes.       2) Give out more welfare.
      3) Make it easier to get food stamps.
      4) Cut mortgage rates for the poor and also cut their loans in half.

      Ditto… You can smell the fear coming from Dem/Lib/Socialist/Progressive, it emanates from the core of her Obama loving soul! I think it is telliing that she screamed “Sarah Palin for President” instead of Herman Cain for President… since the Left/Progs go out of their way to never mention Mr. Cain because he REALLY Scares them!! A well spoken, conservative, business owning, double masters REPUBLICAN!!

      Yeah, she thought she was being funny when she was trying to put down Sarah Palin for president. This lady could not even wipe Sarah’s shoes! I believe there will be civil unrest because of the mentality of the Libs in this country. They are like thugs and gangsters and Obama is their leader! They want to just take and take and they don’t care how they do it or who they take it from. Go Sarah Palin, a real human being!

      No kidding. They must think the rest of us live in a cave. Obama’s policies have perpetuated and made worse an already bad situation. The New Republicans have been blocked by both the Senate and White House. They can’t even pass a budget because the Democrats who control the Senate keep voting it down and refuse to come up with an alternative; just like the last budget. Obama’s appointees keeping making their own laws and regulations, even though they do NOT have the legal authority to do so. The people at Tea Party Rallies come from all political view points & are sick of Obama’s, Reed’s & Pelosi’s policies. They are peaceful, constructive, never destructive and they leave their rally places cleaner than when they get there. Compare them to Union & other liberal organized protests. They destroy property in the cost of millions. They hurt other people, and never have the welfare of the nation in mind, they are only their to protect themselves and their union bosses.

      Here is how it will be played. If they don’t pass the increase on the national debt ceiling, then the GOP caused the economy to crash, just at the point that we were about to turn the corner(notice that the drop happened in May after we reached the “cap”). If they do pass it, then they will be seen as untrustworthy, because they didn’t keep their promise to cut spending, and it is the spending that sent us over the edge, and we all know that the President doesn’t control the purse strings, Congress does.
      They are setting up the lose/lose now.
