MSNBC Hosts Admit Liberal Bias Toward Tea Party

In responding to the recently released Wisconsin GOP video, “Morning Joe” hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski admitted that the mainstream media have not discussed the numerous examples of violent and negative rhetoric protesters have aimed at Gov. Scott Walker. If the same signs were carried by a tea partier, they noted, the video would be looped and played repeatedly:
h/t The DC
While the MSNBC hosts admitted the bias, it was lost on Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello who complained that tea party counter-protests in Wisconsin have been receiving too much attention:
h/t NRO
Morello — who labeled Gov. Walker as the ‘Mubarak of the Midwest’ — was on hand to play music and lend his support for the protesters.

Posted on February 21, 2011 at 5:59pmthey have no right to a union other than the one afforded them by the state. there is no right to bargain collectively in the US or State Constitution. The right for public workers to do so was put into law by the state legislature, and can be revoked the same way.
Like it or not, those public workers have enjoyed the ‘right’ to unionize at the will of the state, not in spite of it. And the state is saying no more. Why? Well, look at how civil and understanding these workers are being. And the lies, so many lies. Maybe if they insult and lie about the legislature more, then they will cave in, but I doubt it.

Posted on February 22, 2011 at 4:02pmThe recent pro-union protesters and the national tea parties are exactly the same – and I am very proud of all of these patriotic souls. I agree equally with the FOX and MSNBC pundits who describe them. I think it’s great that the tea party demands that the public respect them and obey their wishes whenever “America speaks” at one of their rallies. And I’m sure they are ready to listen to and carry out the wishes of the pro-union protesters who are just as much “America speaking,” in fact, they are representing the will of the country exactly the same by temporarily occupying the public spotlight. It’s quite obvious both factions are patriotic and passionate, and both are quite moral, good-hearted citizens who care about our generations to come. That’s what I think. And I think Congress should treat them both with their due respect, like Senator Scott Brown would.
