Well Ed, we see the new year has not improved your intelligence or your vocabulary. Here’s what the LEFT PROGRESSIVES want to do Ed……DESTROY THE MIDDLE CLASS,,with
    HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT
    INCREASED TAXES
    INFLATION
Yes Ed, barry’s rich friends around the world are getting richer. The poor are getting poorer. BUT, the enemy of Socialism is the MIDDLE CLASS and you and your progressive friends MUST destroy the middle class in order to reach your Socialist utopia. You have destroyed the value of our homes, our retirement, our health care, our schools, our hope for the future.
Sorry Ed, we are not going. THE MIDDLE CLASS must stand together and save America. The rich don’t care, they will move away. The poor cannot fight the hand that feeds them. Together, the middle class must retake our country. obama started a class war and a race war within America. He is a shame to our country for doing this. It is not to destroy obama Ed, he is just a pawn, it is to SAVE AMERICA that we will stand and fight against the policies of this administration that are destroying AMERICA.

Hurt the American Worker? Perhaps through policies to make them unemployed and turn them into beggars? Or maybe by encouraging them to take loans they can’t afford? Oh, and tell them to rely on social security for their retirement when you know it will be bankrupt long before they can receive their benefits.

Encourage outsourcing of jobs? Like encouraging inflexible unions and anti-business regulation. How many oil platforms did we lose from the Gulf drilling moratorium?

Control minorities? Maybe through welfare rolls, fear or constant shrill cries of racism?

Concentrate wealth at the top? Like through sweet heart deals to political contributors? Can anyone say limousine liberal?

Ed did a pretty good job of describing democratic strategy. Your right Ed; I support individual freedom and property rights. I want jobs to return to America and for her to become prosperous again. I believe that all American’s should have access to affordable healthcare and the free market does the best job of achieving that. This is an ideological war that I intend to fight. That’s why I support the Republicans for now and am a member of the Tea Party.

My distaste is not for a Party, I think both of them stink. But I have to say that this guy and the NBC organization are just absolute Progessive Democrat prostitutes. This hack is probably correct that during the next campaign some Republican candidates will say those very things about some Democrats. Just like in ‘06 the Democrats said all kinds of things about Republicans and ended up with the majority they just lost. Big news, Ed. We could probably have figured that out on our own.

But all that crap about outsourcing jobs and controlling minorities is just a crazy rant. Neither of the Party‘s is for outsourcing jobs directly and both Party’s have expanded welfare which is what I guess he means by controlling minorities.

And, both Party’s have had a big hand in destroying the American Dream. I suppose if it were important a case could be made that one Party is worse than the other Party. I don‘t think it’s important. They have both taken away large parts of our liberties and it’s time we take them back. As I see it, one Party takes them away in armloads, the other Party takes them in handfuls. Either way you end up where we are.

I’m sure the majority of the posts here will be anti-MSNBC and other MSM outlets. In my eyes ANY media outlet that is backing the agenda of ANY Party is not looking out for me. I’m tired of having to make decisions like “this turd pile over here doesn’t smell quite as bad as that dung heap over there”. That is how I feel about the vast majority of choices that I’ve been asked to make in 35 years of voting in National elections. We need more Party’s, less laws and regulations regarding ballot access and we need to wake up and get the Government out of campaign finance reform. Why do we accept, in a number of areas, the same people who have a vested interest in a system be the people who make the rules and oversee that very system? The better question might be, why are we surprised when we get lopsided results from that system?

These people always blame the other side for what they are doing. If you look at their actions and not their words you will see that people like this are always disingenuous.
As far as the “American Dream” is concerned if the Progressives (socialists, communists and anti-capitalists) get their way there will only be the elites with power and the rest of us to do their bidding or pay the consequences. Thus no more “American Dream”.

When the premise is false the only arguments that can be used are fear mongering, emotion, sarcasm, ridicule, attacking the messenger and misrepresentation of the facts (lying). Those who expect to reap huge profits from our misery caused by tyranny are experts at these tactics.

They need just a little more time to close the deal. I am sure that as Glenn zeroed in on Soros and the prog plans, the santioned reaction was to attack on humanist grounds. It will not work to mollify the public. The left, has been wounded, and is really pissed at themselves. There will be more and more indignance directed at the patriots.
