MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough Has a New Country Song About 9/11 & America’s Wars (Really!)

Firefighter in "Reason to Believe" music video
Joe Scarborough, former Republican congressman and “Morning Joe” co-host, has released a new country song entitled, “Reason to Believe,” about 9/11 and the wars that followed.
The music video for the song is largely a tribute to the military and their families. At one point, Scarborough sings:
“In an endless war, tell me please how many more have to die before my sweet boy comes home?”
The MSNBC morning host told the Huffington Post the following about the song’s theme:
“It’s critical that we remember the heroes of 9/11 and those who are still fighting in an endless war. They need to come home. It’s time.”
You can buy the song on iTunes. A portion of the proceeds will benefit wounded military personnel through UCLA’s Operation Mend.

It takes decades to restore a normal running govt and military capable of defending itself. We went into the middle east for the first time the day i was born and we are going to be there a long time. So go back to your couch and let the military do its job. That was a touching song.
