MSNBC‘s Matthews Calls Out Journalist’s Democrat Bias: ‘Name One You Don’t Support’

When Mother Jones writer David Corn tried to defend Connecticut‘s Democratic Senatorial candidate Richard Blumenthal’s lies about his military service, MSNBC’s Chis Matthews would have none of it:
However, the incident‘s irony isn’t lost to Noel Sheppard of NewsBusters:
With little exception, Matthews is and has been a shill for Democrat candidates throughout his career. Never has this been more disgracefully apparent than in February 2008 when he claimed on the air that Barack Obama gave him a thrill up his leg.
Complicating matters further is the indisputable fact that the entire network Matthews works for is completely in the tank for left-leaning candidates and isn’t at all ashamed to say so.
As such, Matthews chastising a guest for what he and all of his fellow colleagues do on a regular basis is akin to Claude Rains being shocked to find gambling going on in Humphrey Bogart’s Casablanca casino.
Baby steps.

First, he stated that it was a tax hike for those making over $250,000 that Obama was considering, not a tax cut and that it was the taxpayer’s money – not the government’s money. Now this. The old Chris Matthews seems to be emerging again. Welcome back, Chris. Barbara Olson (RIP) would be pleased.

Posted on October 6, 2010 at 9:02amI was thinking the same thing, Tess. I first noticed it at the 10/02 rally. The rhetoric seemed to be purposely toned down and subdued. Van Jones in particular, was extremely mild – to the point where he was ineffective as a speaker. It seems like they are trying to remove their revolutionary pose to achieve their revolutionary ends. Without their “radical pose”, however, they look lost and lack the passion that is neccessary to rally any support. They’ve become boring. This is a very good thing…

Matthews is an actor (albeit not very good) just like the rest of the talking heads on that network. He is more concerned with his makeup than factual reporting. Practically gives me an anuerysm just to watch for a minute. Glad there are others around to pick up the slack and keep me informed. Thanks!

Mathews was absolutely right to show disdain. A Nation honors its heroes, and rebukes those that claim that honor falsely. He should be incarcerated, not permitted to run for public office. And anyone who votes for this dirt-bag, lying thief of others well-deserved honor … deserves the representation they get! A truly despicable human being …

Mathews reminded the president that “ITS THEIR MONEY!!”, so the president isn’t GIVING anything, and he told the president to stop saying that.
Now, Mathews is attempting to hold the line again. Give him encouragement to do more.
We pray and pray for the leftists hearts to soften to the truth. Lets give thanks and encouragement when our prayers are answered…..and pray even more!!
