MSNBC’s New Pitch: We’re Serious About News, We Swear!

In case you hadn’t heard, MSNBC is launching a new campaign to try and pick up some new viewers. As part of it’s “Lean Forward” efforts, the cable network is peeling back the curtain and releasing some behind-the-scenes looks at their on-air talent.

First, forget about the stretchable truth and silly dramatization of prime-time host Keith Olbermann–he can type with one finger extraordinarily fast. Watch the master at work:

Next, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow hilariously claims to be “obsessed” with fact-finding:

And finally, Ed Schultz takes a walk around in a world where common sense and reason are “dead,” but apparently come alive on the set of his progressive talk show:

Change your personel to acheive that goal MSNBC!
I’ve seen these ads and my first thought was (as I used to tell my kids and employees) Don’t tell me about your good intentions…show me results. The folks at MSNBC don’t have it in them to present unbiased news with any sort of integrity. Their liberal and now socialistic leanings are far too ingrained. Without a complete change of personel both on and off set there is no hope of making MSNBC a viable and trustworthy news source.

Hey…maybe Olbermann can show his gravitas by interviewing a clown and a witch and Rachel can show her devotion to facts by trying to imply a Congressional candidate may be taking money from criminals and communists without a shred of proof.

If that doesn’t work then maybe they can bury the story of all the communists who hung out with Ed at the One Nation rally.

Ed Schultz announced on his show today, that has been having trouble with the feeling not only in his hands and feet, but also his chest, forehead, perineum, scalp, lower-calf-region, kneecaps, nape of the neck and his 3rd and 4th chins. THAT’S how much bigger than Glenn Beck he is.

They have changed! They finally understand the American people and don’t want to call us bad names! They want to let us know they are a fair and balanced lot. It is also amazing how the Democrats running for reelection have also changed! No more big spending, no more Obamacare. I am so happy to be able to go back to them. They are all great, afterall.   The only news that can be trusted is on Fox. It’s ok to read stuff here, but don’t read or watch anything else. All other media is suspect and tainted. The best thing to do is just listen to Mr Beck, and repeat what he says, do what he says to do. The constitution is hanging by a thread, and only the elders of the Mormon church can save it.
