      what is wrong with this lady, fine, go ahead, nobody can “live” on minimum wage, its not meant to “live” on. raise it to $50 bucks an hour then, since clearly its not high enough why stop at 7 or 8 or 10, lets make it $50. Come on genius lets make all government positions $50 and see how society reacts. So frustrating and some things are complicated but that is not, i dont need to have a PHD in economics to understand economics 101, i dont get it, i just dont get it. Nobody is defending greedy thieves who make millions on the backs of the poor, come on. But to lump the rightous affluent in with them? stealing is wrong plain and simple and shame on anyone who thinks it is okay to steal/tax someone and spend the money on what they deem is a good cause and think they are in the right for doing so. A minimum wage job is an ENTRY level job, or a stepping stone job to allow one to work towards bettering themselves to become a higher income earner or more productive worker to someday be able to purchase a home.       What an asshat. Raising the minimum wage meant less hiring teenagers and lowskilled or no skilled workers. Even if you raise the taxes on millionaires and billionaires, it would only amount to an additional $24 billion. Congress spends that in minutes.

      perhaps I am just not right, but I can not help but think that the coolest TV event of the century would be to have Sarah Palin and Nancy Pelosi do a cage fight.

      Seeing Sarah get her in the clinch, and elbow smash five pounds of plastic off from Nancy’s ugly face would be better than the super bowel.

      Not only does she have enough money, I’d bet most of it is ill-gotten. The way she bleeds our gov’t when she was Speaker tell the story. She wanted to be treated like a Queen and have we, the people pay her bar bill ($100.000) for all her friends as they flew our jet back & forth to California/D.C.
      Yep, she‘s a user of the Country’s money and a corrupt little twit. This is how the rich get richer, off the backs of anyone she can swindle with her double talk. Ever notices she talks and never says anything?

    Isn’t she one of those “rich”? Why doesn’t she sell all her possessions and give it to the poor? She and her husband have amassed so much wealth in the past few years. The hypocrisy astounds me!

    The hypocrisy is just stunning. I bet Nancy has a nice luxurious pad. …And who makes the jobs? Not poor people. So what if the rich like their luxury. IT’S THEIR MONEY. Having some connections to high-level philanthropy in the US, I KNOW Conservatives give a heck of a lot to non-prof’s ….and most times they do it anonymously. They do it because THEY WANT TO. Not for credit or recognition. GB, RL, SH, just to name a few. Seriously, this woman is either delusional or an instigator. …Or both.

      Man where have you been ? She and her husband are filthy rich living in a mansion..She even owns her own wine/grape growing farm and makes and sells her own wine.. BTW, guess who she got working the fields ?

    Just hearing her speak makes one understand why she leads the Libs. BLAME TAX TAX but bet she never gives. Its always the other peoples monies they want, never giving themselves. Look at what the average Lib gives to charity, very little – its the goverments job, they say, so its other people’s money, not their own.

      If you tell a lie often enough, the people may believe it. And when these rich people buy yahts, don‘t you think they’re providing jobs? Someone made that yaht, someone has to upkeep it, someone will get it when the sell it for a bigger one.

      And get off of it, we don’t want dirty water and unclean air. And raising the minimum wage isn’t always good. They want people to live on welfare. If they were so for getting poor people jobs, they should make it where welfare doesn’t give a very good living. It would encourage people to actually get a job.
