Posted on December 1, 2010 at 4:46pmDwight Howard has the right perspective on not only sports, but life in general. Enjoy the journey! Don’t take it too seriously.
I will remember Dwight’s “impersonation” the next time I am tempted to “go viral” about any loss in life! Thanks, Dwight! You are an inspiration!

Posted on December 1, 2010 at 4:28pmMost pro sports has become a business not a game anymore. If they had to play for the love of the game instead of the paychecks. Then there would a lot less players in the game. I know if I payed someone 5 million a year to play whatever game. He better have more touchdowns and goals than anyone else on the field. I quit watching pro sports because it is no longer a game. I have to work and I sure don’t want to watch someone else working.

Posted on December 1, 2010 at 3:08pmI know I sound crazy, but I am starting to think that professional football is rigged. For some teams to play the way they have these last few years is just too unbelieveable for me to accept. I am starting to think they already know who will be playing in the superbowl. I know I sound like a loon.

Posted on December 1, 2010 at 2:43pmI don’t blame him for getting upset. I have long been disgusted at the liberties the media take in order to get a story. They know if they can antagonize a player to the point the player blows up then they will have a front-page story. He should have punched the guy’s lights out.

Posted on December 1, 2010 at 2:42pmAre you saying black people are clowns?
Is every black person a bully?
Just cause someone is black doesn’t always mean they are a damn good player!!!

Posted on December 1, 2010 at 3:41pmHoping VanGrungy was playing the Pat or Stu faux-MMFA role there because otherwise, that’s pretty disgusting.
Just because the subject in question is black doesn’t make every comment about said subject racist.
Personally, I thought it was funny, but yeah, Howard’s a bit of a bully in his playing style and manner. If you’ve followed him for any extended period of time, you’d know that.

Posted on December 1, 2010 at 3:45pmHey Van-a-hole, I’m black too. I called him a clown because he has a reputation as being a funny and fun-loving guy. He‘s a bully because he’s known to use quite a bit of force and he‘s a good player because I’ve SEEN HIM PLAY!

Posted on December 1, 2010 at 5:56pmDwight’s a big fun loving kid. I have no problem with that. As to being a bully, the only place that’s remotely true is on the court. And he better be, it’s the nature of the game. If he doesn’t play tough, he gets called soft. In pro basketball, it you don’t come with a dominating attitude you get run off the court.

@Awakened One that’s what I meant by bully, not necessarily a bad theng, if you have size, use it! I love Dwight, he’s a joy to watch play.
