NBC Correspondent: ‘Our Pollsters are Concerned’ Obama’s Approval Rating Has Hit All-Time Low

Our Pollsters are Concerned: Obamas Approval Rating Hits All Time Low

During a segment on NBC’s Nightly News with Brian Williams, political director and chief White House correspondent Chuck Todd discussed a recent NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll that revealed President Obama’s approval rating has hit an all-time low.

When discussing that the poll‘s findings that show a mere 44 percent of Americans approve of Obama’s performance, Todd made the revealing statement, “Our pollsters are concerned that’s the kind of numbers you have when the public starts to give up on a president as a problem solver.”

Concerned? Does this admission perhaps betray NBC’s true political leanings?

Todd continued:

Now this has taken a hit on the President politically. 44 percent approve of the job he’s doing – all-time low of his presidency. But a more important number that our pollsters say is in there is this idea that is this a long-term setback for him or a short-term one? 54 percent said long-term. Our pollsters are concerned that’s the kind of numbers you have when the public starts to give up on a president as a problem solver. Look, quite a backdrop being painted for this important week in American politics. The debate tomorrow night, the President’s speech to Congress on Thursday. Here’s what all of them are facing. Mood of the country: 73 percent say it’s on the wrong track. That’s three out of four Americans who believe it’s on the wrong track. Why? Obviously, it’s the economy. Listen to this: about three out of four – 72 percent – say we have a ways to go before we hit bottom.

i agree, why are the pollsters concerned? pollsters are supposed to be completely unbias… which REALLY means that the poll is probably more like 100% say long term and 100% say wrong track. … think about it.. they pad the polls because they are clearly bias… that’s all the padding they could get away with to make it look “plausible” …

Well finally the Democrats are seeing the truth. I just hope it stays that way. This country can not stand another 4 years of Obama terrying down our country. He is incapable of running on what he has accomplished which is nothing. So for the next year we get to hear the race card from Sharpton and Maxine Waters. All the liberal garbage they can come up with. It does not change the facts that Obama is not a leader, neither is he presidental material. He needs to go back to being a community organizer that he knows how to do.

My issue here is that the People, will vote someone else in, simply to get rid of the person in office today. We had the same issue after Carter, G. W. Bush and it looks like Obama too…. where anyone is better than what we have today. NOT TRUE

We have to make sure the Media doesn’t select and push there political candidate upon us as the only solution. We have to make sure our candidate rises to the top.

      Rick Perry = Mitt Romney = RINO’s

We need not and must not settle for anything less than a Sarah Palin , Herman Cain , Marco Rubio , Allen West , Chris Christy , Bobby Jindal type…

There is one difference . . . Obama has a major national strategy to affect the elections with fraudulant voters. . . maybe as large as 6% . . . in addition, expect some “surprising development” that will again keep the military votes from overseas from getting counted . . . in some close elections that will be the difference in the house or senate. Get ready for an attempt to make our election process look illegitimate . . . which may throw the entire result into a mess and then . . . who knows what may happen.

A lot can change in a year from now. If today’s poll was next year, then yes, Obama would have a lot to worry about. All the Bolshevik media sees this as an opportunity to use more propaganda to get Obama’s rating higher by next year. The media will start throwing around the notion (once again) that if you don’t vote for Obama, you’re a racist. They will bombard us with the same old, tired race card between now and next year. They will be working double time in their propaganda department. As long as the economy doesn’t pick up between now and next year, I think Obuma could be a one term president. That would be a great legacy for him, to be a one term president. I sure hope that’s the case. Then his scowling, bitter wife can be ashamed of America once more.

      NOT!

I‘m just suprised they don’t have the intestinal fortitude to just come out and SAY IT!!
      (unless they just DID)

They’ve gotten really sloppy and relaxed, and aren’t hiding their secret bias very well the past few years. They either have to go back into hiding, or, they will lose the last of their remaining ratings – even THEIR koolaid drinkers will tire of pablum after a while.
